权利义务类型论

一个社会,它的自然权利义务向道德和法定权利义务转变越多,该社会未被法和道德承认却应该被它们承认的自然权利义务就越少,该社会的道德权利义务与法定权利义务就越趋于重合一致,该社会就越公正:如果它的自然权利义务已经完全转化为道德和法定权利义务,以致它的自然权利义务等于零,从而道德权利义务与法定权利义务完全重合一致,那么,该社会就达到了完全公正的境界。     

“人力资本理论”非经济学贡献解读

思的转换与诗的错位——关于中国现代文学“经验”的一种言说

中国现代文学“经验”亟待于我们的认识和新的理论阐释。现代文学“经验”是在两个彼此交集的方向上获取其特定的价值和意义：思的转换和诗的错位,二者间的复杂关系主导了这些“经验”的生成。文章以鲁迅、沈从文和汪曾祺三人为例,对现代文学经验的复杂性进一步做出具体阐释。将中国现代作家的“经验”呈现出来,与其说是一种“启示”,毋宁说是对本土话语的尊重。     

It's not all about school: Ways of disrupting pre-service teachers' perceptions of pedagogy and communication

Many pre-service teachers enter teacher education with problematic or unexamined assumptions about learners and teaching. This article reports on an authentic learning opportunity offered to 22 pre-service teachers in their first year at university, which attempts to disrupt these perceptions about learning and pedagogy. Using a new application of Butin's conceptual framework we show that during the project these participants developed more complex notions of learners and ways of making meaning. We argue that these ‘real-world’ experiences, when offered before pre-service teachers begin practicum in schools, provide more ‘resources’ to problematise the practices and institutional discourses encountered in schools.     

剖析重庆市城镇化发展中的职业教育

职业教育既在经济社会中发挥着重要的基础性作用,又可以提升人力资源质量,确保教育机会均等,是城镇化发展中的重要力量。而城镇化的发展又要求职业教育作相应的变革。针对重庆未来城镇化快速发展对职业教育提出的挑战,对职业教育体系构建、人才培养模式、财政政策、管理体制和文化价值变革进行了讨论。     

光谱法研究芦氟沙星与人血清白蛋白的相互作用

用光谱法研究水溶液中芦氟沙星与人血清白蛋白的结合反应，分别测定了295，310K两个不同温度下二者的结合常数心和结合位点数n，探讨了其荧光猝灭机制；根据热力学参数确定了芦氟沙星与人血清白蛋白之间的作用力类型，以氢键或范德华力为主，并运用Foster偶极-偶极非辐射能量转移原理。测定了其相互结合时授．受体间的距离r；采用同步荧光技术考察确定芦氟沙星对人血清白蛋白构象产生一定的影响．     

Information recall of younger and older skilled athletes: The role of display complexity,attentional resources and visual exposure duration

This study was concerned with the interactive role of experience of athletic skill with other relevant environmental variables (display complexity, attentional resources, exposure time of stimuli) on perception (recall) of structured handball game situations. Nineteen experienced (older) and 19 less experienced (younger) handball players were assigned randomly either to ball‐bouncing (diverted attention) or to calm seated (focused attention) conditions. In each of the two conditions, the subjects were exposed to a total of 36 slides containing 2–3, 5–6 and 8–10 players. Eighteen slides were exposed for 0.5 s and 18 for 1.0 s. All the slides contained structured defence and offence situations. Recall scores were subjected to repeated‐measures ANOVA using attention condition and age as between‐subject factors and task complexity and exposure duration as within‐subject factors. The results showed that the recall of less experienced players deteriorated more than the recall of more experienced players following exposure to complex displays (≥ 8 players) while engaging in a secondary task (bouncing). The findings suggest that research paradigms should be applied in the field of sport which share both ecological validity and a potential to discover the cognitive substrates underlying experience and age in skilled motor performance.
