欧盟竞技体育模式的发展特征与效应研究——以欧洲足球为例

一体化走向的欧盟竞技体育发展模式为欧盟竞技体育的集团化发展搭建了平台,创造了活力。为深入把握这一模式的发展特征及其效应,采用文献资料调研和逻辑归纳分析法等方法,以欧盟一体化的发展战略为研究背景,以欧洲足球发展为例,对欧盟竞技体育模式进行系统研究。1)对欧盟竞技体育模式的产生背景与基本组织构架进行了简述;2)从体育赛事体系发展、体育人才资源流动、体育市场资本注入和体育文化冲突与融合4个方面阐述了欧盟竞技体育模式发展的结构性特征;3)对欧盟竞技体育模式发展的正反面效应进行了分析,认为正面效应主要表现为欧盟竞技体育模式发展有利于构建欧洲身份认同,有利于欧盟国家竞技体育水平的整体提升以及有利于提高欧盟体育的国际地位和国际话语权;而负面效应则表现为收入分配不均导致俱乐部两极分化危机,在经济上要承担连锁危机的风险以及商业化背景下欧盟竞技体育价值观正在遭遇挑战。     

中国女排2015年世界杯夺冠技战术特点分析与巴西奥运展望

摘要：采用文献资料法、技战术统计法、三维高速摄像分析法,研究并揭示了中国女排世界杯夺冠技战术特点,为巴西奥运会夺冠提出了对策。2015年世界杯比赛中中国女排网上进攻实力明显提高,扣球成功率高于外国女排,3号位近体快和短平快快攻战术数量比以往增多且进攻效果较好,后排进攻效果得到进一步加强：拦网有了提高,拦网得分高于外国女排：接发球到位率有了进一步提高,同国外女排强队没有差异,但同日本女排相比还存在差距。中国女排与巴西女排和美国队相比进攻和拦网仍存有一定差距。中国女排需进一步加强网上进攻实力,提高二传的组织能力和稳定性。     

Stability and dissipative analysis for a class of stochastic system with time-delay

This paper deals with the stability and dissipative problem of a class of stochastic hybrid system. The system under study involves Markovian jump, impulsive effects and time delay, which are often encountered in practice and are the sources of instability. Our attention is focused on analysis of whether the stochastic hybrid system with time-delay is stochastically asymptotically stable and strictly (Q, S, R) dissipative. By introducing an extra artificial time instance, the equivalent system is obtained and the sufficient conditions are derived by using linear matrix inequality (LMI) techniques. The main results of this paper unify the existing results on H_∞ control.     

Collaborative risk method for information security management practices: A case context within Turkey

In this case study, a collaborative risk method for information security management has been analyzed considering the common problems encountered during the implementation of ISO standards in eight Turkish public organizations. This proposed risk method has been applied within different public organizations and it has been demonstrated to be effective and problem-free. The fundamental issue is that there is no legislation that regulates the information security liabilities of the public organizations in Turkey. The findings and lessons learned presented in this case provide useful insights for practitioners when implementing information security management projects in other international public sector organizations.     

中国地学期刊的国际化思考 ——以Science in China Series D: Earth Sciences为例

通过对比Science in China Series D:Earth Sciences(简称SCES)与Journal of Geophysical Research(简称JGR)、Geophysical Research Letters(简称GRL)和Journal of Asian Earth Sciences(简称JAES)3个国际地学期刊的国际化程度,结合SCES的地域性特点、中国地学研究的发展与国际合作程度以及笔者的工作实际,提出SCES的国际化必须是立足本土的国际化,目前亟待解决的是读者的国际化,并呼吁期刊管理部门制定评价指标时,考虑SCES类期刊地域性的特点.     

Non-centralized control for flow-based distribution networks: A game-theoretical insight

This paper solves a data-driven control problem for a flow-based distribution network with two objectives: a resource allocation and a fair distribution of costs. These objectives represent both cooperation and competition directions. It is proposed a solution that combines either a centralized or distributed cooperative game approach using the Shapley value to determine a proper partitioning of the system and a fair communication cost distribution. On the other hand, a decentralized non-cooperative game approach computing the Nash equilibrium is used to achieve the control objective of the resource allocation under a non-complete information topology. Furthermore, an invariant-set property is presented and the closed-loop system stability is analyzed for the non-cooperative game approach. Another contribution regarding the cooperative game approach is an alternative way to compute the Shapley value for the proposed specific characteristic function. Unlike the classical cooperative-games approach, which has a limited application due to the combinatorial explosion issues, the alternative method allows calculating the Shapley value in polynomial time and hence can be applied to large-scale problems.     

Rapid Lyapunov control for decoherence-free subspaces of Markovian open quantum systems

A Lyapunov-based rapid control scheme is proposed to drive a Markovian open quantum system to a decoherence-free subspace by constructing the control Hamiltonians of the system. Based on Lyapunov theory, we design a general form of control laws, which includes the standard Lyapunov control law. The convergence of the control system to the decoherence-free subspace is strictly proved. By analyzing the relationship between the LaSalle invariant set and the decoherence-free subspace, we propose a construction method for the control Hamiltonians to further speed up the control process. Simulation experiments on a three-level quantum system demonstrate that the rapid Lyapunov control scheme proposed in this paper has a good control performance.

【目的】 探讨数字环境下国际出版领域的新变化,探寻科技期刊的未来发展趋势。【方法】 对学术与专业学会出版者协会2014—2016年出版创新提名及获奖项目中与科技期刊相关的项目进行案例分析,归纳总结出版类项目的发展特征。【结果】 数字环境下科技期刊的内容组织、呈现、存储和获取方式等均发生了变化,科技期刊要考虑提供的内容符合“开放、链接、语义、标准、共享、交流”等网络运行环境的要求。【结论】 “互联网+”环境下科技期刊需要重新确立定位及功能,最大化地利用数字出版优势,为用户带来最佳使用体验。     

林纾与“学衡派”之关系考证

林纾与“学衡派”先后成为“新文化运动”的敌人,这其中有内在的联系。林纾对包括“新文化派”和“学衡派”在内的后辈人物产生过影响。作为他们共同的老师,不论学缘关系远近,影响大小如何,林纾总以言传身教,或作品流布来影响生徒和后辈。林纾与“学衡派”这种内在的联系可以通过考订三个关键人物对林纾的维护来确证。这三位人物就是吴宓、胡先骕、李濂镗。
