医药中间体2-甲基哌嗪工业化合成的研究

以工业级乙二胺和环氧丙烷为原料经开环加成和催化环合两步反应合成了2-甲基哌嗪,两步反应收率分别为84.9％和73.9％,总收率为62.7％。采用活性镍为催化剂,实验验证产品性能良好,经GC分析产品纯度超过98％,外观呈白色结晶体,成本较低,此法适合于工业上大规模生产。     

高铁闪锌矿精矿的氨浸工艺

在25℃、氧分压为600kPa、固液比为1∶7的条件下,以碳铵-氨水-双氧水-催化剂体系氧化浸泡高铁硫化锌精矿8h,锌、铜、镉的浸出率分别可以达到97%、98%、95%,而铁浸取率在0.5%以下.     

Study on the distribution of active centers in novel low Ti-loading MgCl2-supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst

Novel MgCl2-supported Ziegler-Natta (Z-N) catalysts prepared using a new one-pot ball milling method caneffectively control the amounts of Ti-loading in the catalysts. Complex GPC data on polypropylene synthesized by thesenovel catalysts were analyzed using the method of fitting the molecular weight distribution (MWD) curves with a multipleFlory-Schulz function. It was found that multiple active centers exist in these novel catalysts. Detailed study of the effects ofthe Ti-loadings in the catalysts on the distribution of the active centers showed that the Ti-loadings in the novelMgCl2-supported Z-N catalysts might affect the proportion of each type of active centers; and might be the main factorresponsible for the effect of the Ti-loadings on the microstructure, the molecular weight and molecular weight distributionwidth of the resultant polymer, the catalytic activity and polymerization kinetics.

Ethene/norbornene copolymerization by [Me2Si(3-tertBuCp)(NtertBu)]TiCl2/MAO-catalyst

Ethene/norbornene copolymerization by the catalyst system [Me₂Si(3-^tertBuCp)(N^tertBu)]TiCl₂/MAO was investigated in detail at 30 °C, 60 °C, and 90 °C. A mass flow controller was used in this work to obtain kinetic data and investigate temperature's effects on activity, norbornene incorporation, copolymerization parameter, microstructure, glass transition temperature, and molar masses were described. High copolymerization valuesr _ξ and high alternation are determined. The number of isotactic alternating sequences is much higher than that of the syndiotactic alternating sequences.     

环境友好催化剂催化合成乙二醇二乙酸酯

评述了环境友好催化剂催化合成乙二醇二乙酸酯的研究现状及发展前景,指出多数环境友好催化剂易与产物分离,减轻了对设备的腐蚀与环境污染,催化剂能够不同程度地重复使用,但有些催化剂制备工艺步骤多,成本偏高,寿命较短,还须进一步加强研究。     

丁酸系列酯的合成研究

报道了以固体氯化物为催化剂,催化合成丁酸系列酯的研究．结果表明,该催化剂具有廉价易得,反应时间短,操作方便,无三废污染等优点,其最高酯化率和产品纯度均在９８％以上     

对甲苯磺酸催化合成橙花素

介绍了乙醇和 β -苯酚为原料 ,在对甲苯磺酸催化下合成橙花素的方法 ,讨论了反应时间、催化剂用量、反应摩尔比对合成工艺的影响     

铜-铬-钼-稀土/二氧化硅及铜-稀土/二氧化硅复合加氢催化剂的研究

在本研究中制备了一系列Ｃｕ－Ｃｒ－Ｍｏ－ＲＥ／ＳｉＯ２和Ｃｕ－ＲＥ／ＳｉＯ２催化剂。研究结果表明：在Ｃｕ／ＳｉＯ２催化剂中,引进Ｃｒ、Ｍｏ和稀土氧化物后能显著延长催化剂寿命。这一结果并用ＸＰＳ光谱对催化剂表面及用ＴＧ对催化剂抗结焦性能进行了分析研究结论为：Ｃｕ－Ｃｒ－Ｍｏ－ＲＥ／ＳｉＯ２和Ｃｕ－ＲＥ／ＳｉＯ２催化剂的负荷比Ｃｕ／ＳｉＯ２催化剂显著提高。
