世界一流大学的精神文化对我国创建世界一流大学的启示

世界一流大学的历史证明,大学精神文化是造就世界一流大学的根本.而我国创建世界一流大学过程中存在着大学精神文化的缺失,需要我们从独立精神、学术自由、特色理念和创新精神等方面向世界一流大学学习.     

Time to confront Willis’s lads with a ballet class? A case study of educational orthodoxy and white working‐class boys

This is a retrospective study tracing the longer term effects on identity and aspiration of white working‐class boys from an area of high social deprivation. The boys were members of an acclaimed boys’ dance company and have been retrospectively interviewed as young men in their twenties. Documentary and film material dating from the time they were 14 year olds and the film Billy Elliot were used in the interviews. A media discourse driven by a view of boys ‘in crisis’ that is blind to social class and the difficulties faced by some girls was uncovered. This is found to pervade the entire Billy Elliot discourse, which focused on the sensation of a boy performing ballet rather than on the class background and historical context of the miners’ dispute. The paper questions the discourse of laddishness and the social identity that is attached to the term ‘lad’.

福泽谕吉和张之洞,分别在1880年和1898年发表了同为《劝学篇》的著作。两部论著同样以开启民智、劝学兴国为目的,但是,由于两者的经历、所处社会地位等不同,导致了两本著作存在许多差异。本文主要从福泽谕吉和张之洞对＂理想国民＂的不同描绘,分析两者不同的国民观,试图找出决定这种异同的根本性文化因素。

基于绝对关联度的多属性决策问题研究

针对多属性决策问题,提出了一种新的不完备信息下的多属性决策方案。该方案假设属性值采用区间灰数形式来表达信息的不确定性和模糊性,针对属性值的经济属性进行数据预处理,然后将属性权重值进行集结得到方案集的决策矩阵,通过对灰色关联度分析方法进行拓展,提出了基于区间灰数的绝对关联分析,计算各方案与最优方案的绝对关联度,并以此对方案进行排序并择优,通过实例说明了所提方案的可行性。     

Boys' underachievement and the management of teacher accountability

This paper investigates the ways in which discourses of teacher accountability were negotiated by teachers within hearings held for the Australian Inquiry into Boys' Education. In the Inquiry context, dominant interpretative repertoires positioned teachers as obliged to ‘acknowledge’, ‘address’ and ‘actively respond’ to an essentialised version of male students' ‘learning needs’. These repertoires functioned to equate the provision of ‘boy-friendly’ interventions with ‘professional’ classroom practice – suggesting significant discursive constraints on teachers' capacity to make sense of boys' underperformance outside of this dominant framework. Attention is paid to the ways in which these repertoires supported teachers to manage a positive identity in a context where they were positioned as largely responsible for male students' underperformance. At the same time, such constructions are interrogated with regard to their broader function in naturalising the surveillance of teachers, and reproducing boys' underachievement as something for which (particularly female) teachers have to account.

竞技理念规定着竞技活动的具体发展,并塑造着竞技活动的主体——人。因此,要想将以人为本的时代精神贯彻到竞技当中,并通过竞技培育自由而全面发展的个人,首先应当对竞技理念进行提升。同时,竞技理念与竞技秩序是内与外的辩证统一关系,竞技理念的实现要求竞技秩序提供外部环境,这又带来了探讨竞技秩序问题的必要性。本文即立足马克思的人性观——这一人本思想的最高成果,反思流行的竞技理念,试提出使其合理化重构的建议,进而分析相应的竞技秩序,希望能为竞技活动的人本化发展提供某种参考。
