增程式混合动力集装箱龙门起重机能量智能控制策略

针对集装箱龙门起重机的具体工况需求和特点,构建一种适用于集装箱龙门起重机的增程式混合动力系统,提出并分析该动力系统的能量智能控制策略,设计相应的智能控制模型.通过以动力电池组的荷电状态（State Of Charge, SOC）和集装箱龙门起重机运行能量需求为模糊输入,以动力电池组的充电功率为模糊输出,实现了对增程式混合动力系统的智能控制.仿真结果验证了该控制策略和控制模型的可行性和有效性.     

Racial contacts across the Pacific and the creation of minzoku in the Japanese empire

Focusing on the work of the Japanese sociologist Koyama Eizō, this paper critically explores the development of Japanese race studies from the late 1920s to the 1940s. During this period, Japanese intellectual discourses on race developed in the context of the need to manage heterogeneous populations within the Japanese empire and contain the growing mobility of populations in and outside of the territory. Reflecting Koyama’s keen interest in racial/ethnic contacts and interdisciplinary perspectives, his intellectual work symptomatically exemplifies not only the convergence of knowledge production and the dominant imperial regime but also the transpacific implications of Japanese race studies. On the one hand, my study examines Koyama’s preoccupation with racial/ethnic contacts in relation to imperial security and also traces how his study intersected with the discourse of American social scientists who were also interested in Japanese migrations. On the other hand, the study examines how the development of the idea of minzoku in Koyama’s discourse coincided with contemporaneous attempts to mobilize diverse populations in the empire. Thus, my research reveals a complex dynamic of integration and differentiation in discourse on Japanese race studies in the interwar era.     

Experiences of Danish Business Expatriates in Russia: Power Distance in Organizational Communication

Rapid globalization of business processes stimulates many companies to dispatch their employees – business expatriates – on overseas assignments. Russia differs markedly from many other cultures in terms of specific communication norms and rules. Understanding such differences in organizational life is crucial for the success of business expatriates working there. This study employs in-depth interviews with eight Danish business expatriates who worked in Russia and examines the differences between the Danes and the Russians in terms of communication characteristics related to Hofstede’s cultural dimension power distance. This work enhances scholars’ empirical knowledge of power distance, which has rarely been investigated qualitatively.

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对城市竞争力的概念、内涵进行了论述.研究认为,大型体育赛事对城市竞争力的提升有着重要的影响;在工业化、信息化、全球化的进程中,大型体育赛事与城市发展的双向推动,成为一种时代发展的必然.     

中国传统武术功法与现代核心力量训练的研究

现代核心力量训练已经成为很多运动项目必要的训练,是解决快速运动中稳定性与爆发力的有效途径。中国传统武术中的功法是武术技击中取胜的核心内容,多被各门派视为秘传,因而没有被系统地广泛流传,其中就有核心力量的理论与方法,对它进行挖掘整理将会对现代核心力量训练发展有积极的促进作用,并引发我们对传统武术文华继承发扬的缜密思考。     

我国女排后备队伍专项身体素质的调查分析

为我国青年女排及女排后备队伍的科学训练提供相关专项身体素质的资料,就参加2008年3月全国青年女排集训的8支女排后备队伍运动员的专项素质测试成绩进行数据统计与分析研究,并与我国甲A女排专项素质数据进行比较。结果表明：我国女排后备队伍运动员的专项素质与甲A女排存在一定的差距,女排后备队伍各队之间身体素质呈显著性差异,网上高度对女排后备队伍竞技能力起决定性作用。     

公民社会理念下的学校治理与校长权力

社会结构变迁促使公民社会成为社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分。本土化的公民社会理念为学校变革提供了背景因素和理念支持。学校变革不仅要适应这种外部环境的变化,也要主动开辟一种治理的路径。这种路径分为对学校的治理和学校共同体内的道德领导。在此二重作用下,校长权力在本义、来源和运行上都将发生深刻的变化。     

热喷涂技术在电站设备中的应用

分析了电站设备中的电站锅炉、风机、磨煤机等设备的损耗原因,介绍了使用热喷涂技术对设备进行防护的措施。可以使用电弧喷涂技术、等离子喷涂技术或火焰喷涂技术喷涂高温材料的方法防护并维修电站锅炉的锅炉四管,喷涂耐磨材料防护并维修风机和磨煤机等。

根据电力系统谐波检测的基本要求,介绍谐波、间谐波的含义及起源、危害和检测的方法。展望电力系统谐波检测方法的发展趋势。     

发电厂厂用电源切换方式的探讨

分析厂用电切换时施加在电动机群上的电压,即母线残压的变化过程;指出为提高快速切换成功率,应根据实际情况确定允许的合闸相角差;提出新型切换装置应具备快速切换、同期捕捉切换、残压切换功能。
