计算机辅助心理咨询的探索与思考

社会转型,中国入世,必然引起社会许多方面急剧面深刻的变化,这些变化必然引起人们心理上的一系列变化,这两种变化又必然对我国的心理咨询工作提出越来越高而且越来越广泛的要求。然而,由于种种原因,我国心理咨询队伍远远滞后于现实需要,短期内又无法培养出足够的人员。计算机辅助心理咨询可以使心理测验和心理诊断、心理指导、心理辅导和心理训练自动化和半自动化,使心理咨询客观化,这必将大大提高心理咨询的质量和效率,收到以机助人的效果。计算机辅助心理咨询可以走入机关、学校、企业甚至家庭,从而成为大众自我心理教育、自我心理调节的得力工具,更好地发挥心理咨询“助人自助’的功能。计算机辅助心理咨询的技术基础是人—机对话,它的技术体系包括计算机辅助心理测验和心理诊断,计算机管理心理发展档案,计算机辅助心理指导、心理辅导和心理训练。     

项目教学法在《机械基础》课中的应用

项目教学法是师生共同实施一个完整的项目工作而进行的教学活动,在整个教学过程中既发挥了教师的主导作用,又体现了学生的主体作用,充分体现职业教育“以能力为本位”的价值取向。在《机械基础》课教学中,实施项目教学法的具体步骤包括项目的准备、计划制定、计划实施、评估和交流。     

EFL teachers’ perceptions of English language policy at the elementary level in Taiwan

Due in large part to the trends towards economic globalization, English has become the most widely disseminated and ubiquitous international language. The purpose of the study was to investigate what Taiwan’s EFL teachers at the elementary level believe about the policy of English as a compulsory subject and how they perceive the benefits and obstacles of the policy’s implementation. Ten elementary English teachers in Tainan City and its suburban areas participated in this study. Data were collected through teachers’ interviews, classroom observation and document analysis. Results found that all ten teachers agreed with the policy for English as a compulsory subject at the elementary level. They observed both positive and negative sides of this top‐down policy. Classroom observation and interview data revealed that EFL teachers had to plan their English classes with the constraints on a large class of students with mixed levels of proficiency, limited teaching hours and resources. Parents’ expectations of and attitudes towards English learning also became an obstacle.

Proportionality Assumption in Latent Basis Curve Models: A Cautionary Note

Latent basis curve models (LBCMs) have been popular in modeling change when the change trajectories are unknown or nonlinear. The estimated change trajectories from LBCMs are often viewed as optimal and used as reference points against which other change trajectories are tested. However, there is a proportionality assumption underlying LBCMs that has received little attention from researchers. This study uses a Monte Carlo simulation to show that violation of this assumption can potentially result in substantially biased estimates of the means and variances of changes and covariate effects on these changes, leading to incorrect statistical inference. The implications of the simulation study are discussed and alternatives to LBCMs are suggested for use when the proportionality assumption is likely to be violated.

关于建立民事举证责任制度的理性思考

民事举证责任制度是为弥合理性有限和法的整体性之间的非连续性而设置的一种特殊制度。这种制度是人们为追求社会的法治状态所作的一种价值选择。     

Teacher evaluation policy as perceived by school principals: the case of Flanders (Belgium)

In Flanders (Belgium), a new teacher evaluation policy was issued which placed a lot of autonomy with school principals to develop and implement a new teacher evaluation system. In this study, we explore how Flemish principals perceive the new teacher evaluation policy and what influences their perception. Results demonstrate that principals perceive the policy as clear, but they are rather negative about the need, practicality, and complexity of the summative teacher evaluation. This perception is influenced by policy, context, and individual factors as is demonstrated in our qualitative analyses.     

对基础教育课程改革的理性反思

伴随着新课程改革的深化，逐步显现出更深层次的问题。需要对新课程改革理论基础、价值取向、思维方法、教育效益等方面进行理性的反思，试图为深化新课程改革提供一些启示。     

地方高职院校人才培养目标定位的理论基础——以番禺职业技术学院为例

人才培养目标是各级各类学校依据教育目的的总体要求和不同类型教育的性质任务,对受教育者提出的特定的规格标准。地方高职院校在确立人才培养目标时,哲学层面必须以马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说为指导;心理学层面必须充分认识到人的智能的多元性;教育学层面必须遵循我国社会主义教育的基本价值观和目的观,并在实践中体现高职教育的高等性、职业性、地方性的属性特点。番禺职业技术学院结合自身特点,把人才培养目标定位为培养"一技之长 综合素质"的高技能人才,这一定位充分彰显了番禺职业技术学院的办学特色。
