我党执政中自律系统与他律系统的结合类型研究

根据“三个代表”的重要思想和“与时俱进,开拓创新”的时代精神,运用组织健康运转原理,通过对我党约束机制进行历史性的分析,把自律系统和他律系统的结合类型可分为三种类型:利益一致直属相交型,利益对抗互不相容平行型和利益一致根部相交平行型,讨论了各种类型的特点和适用条件,并对我党的组织机构改善提出了合理化建议。     

试论非连续性教育视野中人的发展观

非连续性教育是教育研究的一个新领域，它从人的生存处境出发来理解人、理解教育。学生生活中的危机、挫折、遭遇等非连续性事件是其重要的研究课题，这一教育思想对我国的教育研究有重要的意义。     

Creative teaching of creativity teachers: Polish perspective

The article presents basic information on the strand of psycho-pedagogy of creativity—a unique perspective on creativity teachers’ education in Europe and the world. Psycho-pedagogy of creativity is a major in pedagogy studies, run in Poland, at the Warsaw Academy of Special Education. Our aim is to educate specialists who are open, sensitive and well prepared content-wise in identifying and developing children's and youth's creative potential. We also aim at introducing the studies that function in a wider social context, and presenting the situation of Poland after systemic transformation. It seems that information of this type may prove interesting to researchers and practitioners that deal with education of creativity.     

Different children’s perspectives on their learning environment

This article reports and discusses findings from an ethnographic case study, aiming to gain a deeper understanding of how different children perceive their learning environment in the first grade of primary school, with regard to social as well as academic aspects. The theoretical framework is based on an interactional perspective, where children’s learning and development are considered to take place in a dynamic and ecological system. The reported results are based on interviews with 16 children, and observed teaching situations during the first year of primary school. Research among children demands special ethical considerations, such as how to avoid questions and interest from the researcher affecting the position of children being vulnerable in some way. The findings show that, within a group of children, facing a similar learning environment, there are significant differences between the experiences expressed. The findings presented support the importance of listening to children when planning educational settings. Listening to and taking into account the children’s different voices is an essential part of research and education that strives for inclusion, learning and well-being of all children.     

浅论民事证明责任倒置的必要性——我国证明责任分配制度之完善

民事证明责任倒置是证明责任分配一般原则必要的有益的补充。它的产生与社会进步，人类对公正、正义等价值的追求有着密切的联系。证明责任倒置是实体公正和程序公正的统一，是实现诉讼效益的保障。它的存在是必要的。     

教育影响的弱化和环境影响的强化--论现代教育目的面临的挑战和对策

目的性是教育的本质特征，也是教育对人的影响作用优于环境的根本保证。在现代社会，环境的影响日益强化，开放环境、竞争环境、传媒环境、多样环境从各个方面构成了对教育目的的极大冲击和挑战。发展主体性教育，实现教育的独立性、自主性、创造性，是教育应对环境挑战的对策和根本出路。     

“农民视角”与百年中国文学

２０世纪中国文学农民题材占有绝对优势,这一创作现象说明中国作家与农村文化有着割舍不断的血缘关系,从而构成了百年中国文学的一个基本主题即对农民意识的批判。从思维方式的农业文明特征、叙述方式的传统文化属性和介入现代工业文明话语的失败,也表现出百年中国文学农民话语写作对工业文明的漠然和阻隔。总结中国文学现代进程怠惰与滞缓的经验与教训,已刻不容缓。     

浅议对个别化自主学习的指导与管理

个别化自主学习模式的建立是现代远程开放教育预期的重要目标之一．文章就此问题指出目前在个别化自主学习中存在的问题，提出了相应的解决措施：加强对学生学习观念的更新，做自主学习的主人：加强对学生学习方式的指导，提高自主学习的有效性；指导学生尽快掌握计算机技能和运用多种资源的手段：加强对个别化自主学习的监控以加强对个别化自主学习的组织指导。最终，文章进一步提出了以主体化、信息化、功能化和管理科学化的原则开展学习支持服务的具体措施。

"3L"教学模式是上海电视大学经过不懈的探索所构建的一种适合现代远程教育的教学模式.本文重点阐述了<教育心理学>课程在操作层面上对"3L"教学模式进行的探索和尝试,提出了适合该课程特点的导学策略、自学措施和助学手段,分析了其在实际运作中的成效及问题,并给出了解决问题的一些建议.

V.S. 奈保尔是当代后殖民文学的重要作家。在作品中,书写第三世界人民寻找文化归属和建设家园所面临苦难时,他采用孤独旁观者的视角。同时,奈保尔艺术化地运用象征写作手法,以加深、加强他的写作主题。
