夫妻财产制若干疑难案例的法律思考

夫妻财产制在夫妻关系中占有重要地位，实践中的大量纠纷也因此而发生。夫妻财产制与民法的其它制度如共有制度、代理制度、无权处分制度有密切联系。现行法对夫妻财产制的规制有疏漏和模糊的地方，导致了司法实务中的不少困惑和两难。

中国智力障碍者生活质量核心指标的再研究

智力障碍者生活质量已成为国际社会研究的热点之一。我们对中国智力障碍者生活质量进行了跨文化研究。前期研究确定中国智力障碍者生活质量有七个主要成分,本次研究是对前期研究的深入。本次研究有以下新发现,智障者本人与家长和教师在对智障者生活质量核心指标方面有较大差异,智障者本人在生活质量方面反映出7个指标、家长在对智障者生活质量方面反映5个核心指标、教师在对智障者生活质量方面反映3个核心指标,智障者本人、家长和教师都认为健康是智障者生活质量中最重要的指标。研究结果给我们的重要启示是:以人为本,尊重智力障碍者的自身愿望,充分了解他们的需求,是提高他们的生活质量的重要前提。     

晋国内乱得失论

晋国立国六百余年间的多次内乱，可分作前后两个阶段考察，前期的内乱迫使文侯、献公、文公等君不断改革，使晋国成为北方的强国。后期的内乱，致使私家势力膨胀，最终导致了晋国的灭亡。     

福建省残运会参赛者服务需求的现状调查分析

采用文献资料、访谈调查、综合分析法等方法,对福建省第六届残运会参赛者服务需求进行实证研究。结果表明:不同年龄、不同项群残疾参赛者存在着对安全服务需求程度最高的共同规律;不同区域间,不同区域间,南平参赛者在安全、情感服务需求程度最大,福州参赛者在生理、安全服务需求程度最小;不同性别中,男参赛者对生理、安全服务需求程度占较大的比重。     

Why and how people of limited intelligence become calendrical calculators

Abstract

Calendrical calculation is the rare talent of naming the days of the week for dates in the past and future. Calendrical savants are people with low measured intelligence who have this talent. This paper reviews evidence and speculation about why people become calendrical savants and how they answer date questions. Most savants are known to have intensively studied the calendar and show superior memory for calendrical information. As a result they may answer date questions either from recalling calendars or by using strategies that exploit calendrical regularities. While people of average or superior intelligence may become calendrical calculators through internalizing formulae, the arithmetical demands of the formulae make them unlikely as bases for the talents of calendrical savants. We attempt to identify the methods used by a sample of 10 savants. None rely on an internalised formula. Some use strategies based on calendrical regularities probably in conjunction with memory for a range of years. For the rest a decision between use of regularities and recall of calendars cannot be made.

“文学写作”是人类特殊的精神活动。千百年来，人类创作的文学作品浩如烟海，但对于“文学写作”这一复杂精神现象的理解和探求仍很肤浅。从“生命形式”这一独特角度，结合一些作家、作者的创作实践，从整体性、有机性、创造性等方面，探讨“文学写作”中的复杂思维活动，有助于对“文学写作”现象的新的思考和把握。     

“个人信息世界”——一个信息不平等概念的发现及阐释

个人信息世界是作为信息不平等研究(特别是其整体性研究)的基础性概念而提出的。这一概念提出的背景是现有信息不平等研究采用的逻辑起点具有局限,其经验数据基础是访谈调研收集的有关40位城乡居民常规信息实践的录音誊写数据,其形成过程是针对这些数据所做的定性(质化)分析。本文主要阐释了从这一分析过程中得出的概念要素(个人信息世界的内容、动力、边界)的含义,给出了个人信息世界的正式定义,并展望了个人信息世界概念对信息不平等研究的可能贡献。     

Commentary

This paper examines the sociological implications of sport as a male preserve. Sport is a gendered cultural form that has been dominated by men and masculinity. The effects of this domination upon broader patterns of social relations have been misrepresented in much of the literature on sport and gender, where sport is often conceptualized as a static fact, rather than as a dynamic social practice. Analysis of sport as social practice directs attention to the manner in which sport gives meaning to broader patterns of social relations. In the case of gender relations, sport as a male preserve has contributed to the oppression of women through the objectification and dornination of their physicality and sexuality. A feminist alternative to sport as a male preserve challenges gender inequality by challenging sexual stereotypes and patriarchal control of women's bodies.
