试论新闻评论的特殊价值

新闻评论的特殊价值主要表现为它对于个人的三个层面的意义：一是作为个人获得群体认同的手段;二是作为个人内省和自律的方式;三是作为个人自我实现的途径。在社会走向成熟的民主与法治的进程中,新闻评论的特殊可能而且应当得到强化,它对于新闻评论乃至整个新闻传播的社会功能有着积极的影响。     

Associations between adverse childhood experiences and adversities later in life. Survey data from a high-risk Norwegian sample

BackgroundA history of childhood abuse and neglect (CAN) is associated with exposure to later negative life events. CAN at an early age, multiple cooccurring exposures (cumulative events), and a high severity and frequency of exposure have potential detrimental long-term effects.ObjectiveThe present study examines the relationship between the severity of CAN and the prevalence of school difficulties and hardship at school, adult adversity and mental health.Participants and Settings: Participants were recruited from in- and outpatient mental health or substance abuse treatment facilities, child protective services (CPS), and prisons (N = 809, age range = 13–66, mean age = 27.62, SD = 10.47).MethodsExposure to childhood maltreatment was assessed by the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire Short Form (CTQ-SF). After adjusting for gender and age, we conducted a risk ratio regression analysis to investigate associations between severity of child abuse and neglect and hardship at school, adult adversity and adult mental health.ResultsThe moderate and severe level groups of CAN had statistically significant higher risk ratios for experiences of school difficulties, hardship at school, adult adversity and mental health problems. A robust dose-response was found between severity levels.ConclusionAt an individual level the findings highlight the association between exposure to abuse and adult adversity, underscoring the importance of targeting individuals with high risk of exposure to CAN to reduce the negative long-term risk for Polyvictimization.

绝对地说,个体事物不可能与自身同一,因为它要随时空的改变而变化。但随时而变的事物在一定范围内又具有稳定性。且稳中有变、变中有同的个体能相对准确地呈现于思维之中。若在思维中将事物的时空差异以及性质上的变化等因素抽象掉,就能实现事物与自身同一。同一是合理观念。没有它,存在就不能有效言说。逻辑学的同一律可以视为形而上学的同一命题的极简。     

春风化雨，关爱群体中的特殊个体--一名特殊大学生的成长之路

本文主要介绍了笔者所在艺术学院一名特殊大学生的案例情况,通过分析该生所出现的问题,进行深度挖掘,探讨出现此种情况的各方面原因,并就此展开帮扶活动。虽然案例属于个案,但其反映的问题在当今大学生中也较为常见,通过分析此案例,有利于我们高校辅导员吸取相关经验和教训,为更好地开展大学生思想政治教育工作提供借鉴和帮助。     

Democratic reform and the emergence of special needs education in Lithuania

Lithuanian educators began working towards the transformation of their educational system in the late 1980s. The movement away from centralized control and an education based on Soviet ideology was central to the Democracy movement in this country and other former Soviet republics. This paper demonstrates the ways in which the movement towards a democratic system built on contemporary Lithuanian values, beliefs and culture has included concerns for the education of children with special needs. By tracing Lithuanian cultural and historic traditions related to the education and care of individuals with disabilities, before, during and after the Soviet period of Soviet occupation, the authors demonstrate the relationship between social-historic contexts and the development of inclusive schools, i.e. general education settings that serve all children. The current status of education for children with special needs is discussed. This discussion includes current legislation and professional preparation, as well as identifying barriers to democratic reform and the creation of an inclusive educational system.

培养什么样的人以及构建什么样的社会,是教育基本理论研究的一个重要话题."自由人联合体"是马克思对未来社会形态的一种表述,它是人类社会发展的必然归宿,这不仅可由唯物史观得以说明,也可以且有必要从科学发展观加以论证.符合自然根本法则的社会秩序结构基于底层起始的文化建构,以人为本从根本上就是一种科学的发展观.以个体文化过程作为社会建构的起始点,着眼于培养全面发展的自由人,以期涌现出和谐社会的秩序结构,这是教育应担负的重大历史使命.
