坝上油菜蜂花粉中总黄酮的超声提取及含量测定

目的 :从油菜蜂花粉中提取总黄酮 ,并测定其含量。方法 :采用超声技术提取总黄酮 ,用比色法测定总黄酮含量。结果 :油菜蜂花粉中总黄酮含量为 (30 .5 0± 1.0 0 ) % ,平均回收率为 99.6 0 % ,RSD =2 .95 % (n =6 )。结论 :运用超声技术从油菜蜂花粉中提取总黄酮 ,可提高提取率 ,节省提取时间。     

Informed learning design: teaching and learning through engagement with information

ABSTRACT

While higher education teachers are able to use information in sophisticated ways to learn and communicate within their disciplines, they may not be accustomed to teaching their students to use information creatively and reflectively to support their work in a course. This article introduces informed learning design, a curriculum design model by which teachers specifically enable students to learn course content through intentional engagement with information. Drawing from informed learning pedagogy and the variation theory of learning, the design model outlines an instructional pattern for enabling student awareness of critical aspects and features of the object being studied related to both information use and course content.

随着新课改的推进,传统的"标准"式评课有被当前流行的"理念"式评课取代之势。"标准"式评课既有客观性和可比性,又有机械性和片面性。"理念"式评课既有开放性和人文性,又有主观性与不可比性。"矛盾"式评课则能兼顾教学的过程与结果,体现出科学与人文的结合。     

高中数学新课程中算法教学现状的调查与分析

算法是当前高中数学课程改革中引入的新内容.经过对实验区师生的调查访谈发现,课程改革中有关算法的理念得到了广大师生的赞同.但是还存在以下问题:(1)学生对于算法概念的理解不够全面;(2)算法在计算机和相关数学内容中的应用很差;(3)教师在教学中获得的支持不足.这些问题主要是由于课程自身、教师观念,课程资源和教师培训几方面的原因造成的。     

论清代词选的编纂及其意义

清代编纂词选蔚成风气，词选的编纂大多有着强烈的转变风气的意识，能够坚持自己的审美标准，从源头上把住质量关，如实反映唐宋词或清词的创作面貌。在具体操作过程中也做到认真、务实、负责，从原作的校勘到词调的考证、词人里爵的还原都是一丝不苟。     

东边外蓝印花布考论

东边外蓝印花面布以家织布为材料，由镂刻成各种图案的纸版，通过漏印的办法将防染浆刮印到底布上，再放入盛有靛蓝染料的缸内浸染，即成为蓝地白花的蓝印花布。提取染料的植物蓼蓝当年在东边外大面积极 种植，历史曾有多少家染房，生产的蓝印花布品类繁多，用以作被褥、衣服、帘帐等。蓝印花布有很高的艺术价值，制版的技术源于民间剪纸，保留了纸的艺术特色；图案的题材有花鸟、动物、人物、字等，以花鸟为大宗，内容喜庆、吉利，为人民大众所喜爱；蓝印花布的蓝色近属中性，给人以沉静、平和的感觉，和我国名的青花瓷有异曲同工之 妙。     

Learning styles in engineering education: the quest to improve didactic practices

This article discusses a dilemma that engineering educators encounter when attempting to develop pedagogical methods: that of finding efficient and scientifically valid didactic practices. The multitude of methods offered by educational consultants is perplexing. Moreover, the popularity of commercially offered solutions such as learning styles testing makes them appear attractive. The study presents one case of application of learning styles, the consequent problems and evaluation of results. It concludes that the use of learning styles is not supported by current pedagogical theories. Practices to foster interdisciplinary understanding between learning sciences and engineering are proposed in order to improve engineering education, most notably collaborative projects between university departments.

Asking the ‘Right’ Questions. Identifying Issues in Developing a Technological Solution

It is well established that technological education is not just about the development of technical expertise. A socially constructed view of technology aims to recognise the culture of technology. Technology education as expressed in the New Zealand curriculum provides an opportunity for societal issues to have equal space with technological capability and technological knowledge. However, when technological activities focus on solutions it is all too easy for stakeholders' positions to be ignored. There is a need for a teaching approach to engage in a liberating technological literacy discourse where values and beliefs of all participants directly and indirectly involved in the activity, are examined. This research monitored a professional development programme where identification of the values represented in a familiar object provided a model for discussion and the development of a teaching environment that promoted consideration of values during problem-solving. The data have been collected from primary school teachers who developed teaching programmes for Years 1 to 8 (5–12 years).     

高校科技产业的发展模式研究

笔从我国高校发展高科技产业的内外因分析入手，说明了高校立足自身的条件和优势，自主创办科技企业的历史必然性及其实质意义。并透过对该平台 功能与发展模式的比较分析，阐述了现阶段高校科技企业功能与模式创新， 对于加快大学科技成果转化进程，实现高校科技企业超常规发展所产生的重大影响与作用。在此基础上，进一步提出了我校科技产业的发展模式与产业方向，论述了其集团化运作模式及管理上的特点。
