英语教师持续发展能力与师范生教育改革

基础教育课程的改革及新的《英语课程标准》的制定 ,对高师院校英语专业提出了新的挑战。如何调整培养目标、课程结构及教学内容 ,改革教学方法 ,以培养出具有教师持续发展能力 ,能适应当前基础英语教育改革要求、应对未来英语教育挑战的高素质英语教师 ?本文就这一有关师范生教育的问题进行探讨     

Initial Value Problems for Second Order Impulsive Integro-Differential Equation in Banach Spaces

By an established comparison result and using the upper and lower solutions, one sufficient condition of existence of minimal and maximal solutions to initial value problem for second order impulsive integro-differential equation in Banach spaces is obtained and the related results are essentially improved. At the same time, another sufficient condition of existence of minimal and maximal solutions based on the Kuratowski measure of noncompactness is given.     

VAE乳液对PU乳液共混改性的研究

用VAE乳液对聚氨酯(PU)乳液进行共混改性,研究了共混乳液的稳定性、相容性、初粘力和膜的力学性能等。结果表明,调整VAE乳液的pH值为弱碱性,再与PU乳液共混能得到稳定的乳液,两者显示一定的相容性;加入10%的VAE乳液能有效地提高PU的耐水性和初粘性。     

新西兰职前教师选拔标准及其启示——基于ITE计划的分析视角

新西兰职前教师教育计划对其教师教育起着重要的引领作用。针对职前教师的选拔,它从学术入学准则、学科知识、读写及算术能力、个人和专业素质、信仰与态度等六个方面规定了统一且灵活的选拔标准。这六个方面的选拔标准为我国当前职前教师的选拔与培养提供了有益的参考。     

英国职前教师教育新政策探析——聚焦《教学的重要性》和《培训下一代卓越教师》

为了增强基础教育的世界竞争力,提高职前教师教育水平,英国教育部于2010年和2011年相继出台了白皮书《教学的重要性》和咨询意见稿《培训下一代卓越教师》。其中相关的职前教师教育新政策主要有提高职前教师教育质量、优化职前教师教育的路径、强化大学与中小学伙伴合作、加大对职前教师教育的资助力度。新政策体现了注重政策发展的连续性、注重促进公平与效率、注重巩固伙伴合作关系等特点。     

Focus on the Digital Divide

Developments aimed at transforming initial teacher education in France since the early 1990s are examined and a contribution is made to the debate about the key factors involved. The discussion is contextualised in earlier discussions in JET and in relation to the new reforms for teacher education proposed by the Minister of Education.     

Equal Opportunities and Post‐Sixteen Education: strategies for institutional change,possibilities and constraints

In this paper we describe findings from a research project in the South West of England that enquired into the impact of the changing requirements of programmes leading to teaching qualifications in the FE sector. We utilise the metaphor of ‘learning journey’ as a heuristic to discuss the professional formation of student teachers in training. In so doing, we challenge oversimplified models and assumptions of progress and learning as a linear progression by demonstrating the complexity of student transitions during professional formation.

关于收入分配的几个概念的讨论

收入分配是一个以收入的形成为逻辑起点,经过收入的初次分配、再分配等环节,形成收入在各个社会成员间分布的过程。在初次分配与再分配过程中,收入因生产、流通过程的各种关系、社会过程的各种关系而被不同社会成员所占有、实现、分割并在他们之间转手。在这些关系的作用下,财富由最初简单、抽象形式逐步转化为各种具体的收入范畴,最终形成呈现在社会表面的社会生产成果的最终占有、分布状况。     

'I Might as Well Give Up': Self-esteem and mature students' feelings about feedback on assignments

Lecturers working with adult students balance the need to provide feedback and assess students' work with a concern to protect vulnerable students. This article is based on a small-scale quantitative research project that looked at Access students' responses to feedback on assignments. All students found the first assignment problematic, but thereafter great variations were found, which related to varying levels of self-esteem. Students varied in their attitudes to receiving feedback, their perceptions of the messages they were receiving and whether it was important to them that they receive positive comments. They also differed in the extent of the impact of the feedback, for some students, it was 'only work'; for others, their whole sense of self was at stake.
