本文基于发包方视角,通过规范分析与实证研究相结合方法探讨国际服务外包中获取发包商初始信任的影响因素。结果显示:提供商的善意、任务承诺和保障机制均显著影响发包商的初始信任,保障机制对初始信任的影响最大;提供商的能力因素、保障机制和初始信任显著影响发包商采纳服务的动机,初始信任对采纳提供商的动机影响最大。研究结论对于我国国际服务提供商与跨国公司建立信任的外包伙伴关系,提升其在国际服务接包市场上的竞争优势有重要启示。  相似文献

The complex and ever-changing nature of teachers’ work challenges their well-being. Teacher well-being and “fitness” includes versatility, mental strength, and commitment to promote effective teaching and learning. In framing this notion, we seek to understand the ecological influences impacting on teacher well-being and “fitness” in the twenty-first century. Drawing on the ecological theory of Bronfenbrenner, this interpretive qualitative study explored the perceptions of pre-service teachers in relation to their teacher well-being and “fitness.” Data were collected from a teacher well-being survey completed by 120 final-year undergraduate pre-service teachers. The survey shed light on themes at four levels: the microsystem (individual and collective capacities); mesosystem (interrelationships between contexts); exosystem (organisational); and macrosystem (societal and legislative influences), compounded by the influence of time at the chronosystem level. These ecological influences were perceived to impact on teacher well-being and ability to be “fit” for sustained performance.  相似文献

This study is an investigation of the views and perceptions held by one group of mentors, mentees and university lecturers about the recent policy changes in Initial Teacher Training (ITT) which have led to the closer collaboration between Higher Education Institutions (HEls) and schools under the umbrella of partnership.

It takes the form of a survey and uses a structured questionnaire and semi‐structured interviews as its source of data collection.

It then analyses and interprets the data obtained with the aim of using the information gathered to make recommendations for the future of partnership.  相似文献

In this article, we present results from an international research study on biodiversity education in pre‐service education of primary school teachers. The study was carried out between 2004–2006 in four teacher education institutions in Cyprus, England, Switzerland and Germany. We used document analyses and in‐depth interviews with 27 teacher educators and 22 student teachers to examine the integration of biodiversity into the pre‐service teacher education programmes, and the student teachers’ satisfaction with their respective education. In all teacher education institutions, aspects of biodiversity education were integrated mostly in the natural science modules which provided students at least with some information on the scientific aspects of biodiversity. Few modules included aspects of the controversial nature of biodiversity conservation in relation to economics, ethics, social and political concerns, and methodological approaches on how to deal with this. In the institutions in Cyprus, England and Germany the teaching focus was content‐oriented, whereas in Switzerland a situated method‐oriented approach was used. The student teachers in Switzerland felt more confident to teach about biodiversity in school. All interviewees thought it necessary to prepare primary school student teachers on how to address biodiversity in schools, and strategies on how best to achieve this are critically discussed.  相似文献

Abstract

This article documents observations of pre-service teachers about how both students and teachers are using information technology in 374 secondary classrooms in Ontario, Canada. Also reported are some of the challenges that have resulted since the advent of this technology in these schools. The findings have direct implications for teacher education. Not only must teacher candidates learn how to use and apply this new technology, but they must be made aware of other issues (such as classroom management issues) stemming from the integration of information technology in the classroom. Teacher education programs must remain current: one way of doing this is to investigate ongoing classroom practices and issues. This article helps to identify both  相似文献

国立中央研究院是近代中国第一个全国性的最高学术研究机构,其成立标志着中国近代有系统的科学研究事业的开端。从其1928年正式成立到1949年迁台未果,在这20余年间,归国留学生为其做了大量工作。从最初的拟议、筹备到成立后初期的运行发展,蔡元培院长、杨铨和丁文江等总干事以及担任筹备委员的众多归国留学生积极为其出谋划策,使其在短时期内初具规模,并取得了许多引人注目的成绩。抗战期间,留学生们更是义不容辞地担负起保护各研究所仪器设备的责任。抗战胜利后,以留学生为主体的评议员积极筹划第一届院士的选举,为其顺利进行立下了汗马功劳。中央研究院形成了一套比较完整的组织、管理体系,取得了丰硕的科研成果,这为新中国的科学发展奠定了坚实的基础,提供了宝贵的经验。留学生们不仅把西方科学移植到中国,而且把西方研究科学的机构体制也移植到国内,对近代中国科学事业的发展贡献突出。  相似文献

避开资本主义而实现现代化,这是科学社会主义的一种追求。俄国十月革命开创了非资本主义道路实现现代化的探索,这是它的伟大意义之一。但苏联未能成功地找到这条道路,中国特色社会主义理论体系为探寻非资本主义现代化道路提供理论指针;落后国家无产阶级取得政权后,常出现"超越阶段,急于过渡"的错误,原因在于对本国所处的社会主义发展阶段缺乏清醒的认识和准确的把握,社会主义初级阶段理论的提出,架起了联结经典社会主义和现实社会主义的理论之桥;中国特色社会主义理论体系彰显了马克思主义与时俱进、开拓创新的理论品质。  相似文献

随着时代的变迁、普通话的推广,合肥话发生了不少变化。通过对合肥方音中特有声母为语音变项的调查分析表明:其方音色彩较浓的浊擦音正朝着普通话的方向快速演变。受所处方言区与周围的方言区双重影响的[l]声母变化的进程相对缓慢。  相似文献
