教学经验移植:新手教师的成长策略

刚进入工作职场的新手教师为处理教学难题,常常移植其他优秀教师的教学经验。新手教师进行教学经验移植时是按照一定的步骤进行的,首先是选定移植对象;其次是＂父本＂的生成;再次是＂母本＂的确认;最后是实现融合创新。新手教师进行教学经验移植需要考虑移植的条件,并采用一定的方法。     

The integration of biodiversity education in the initial education of primary school teachers: four comparative case studies from Europe

In this article, we present results from an international research study on biodiversity education in pre‐service education of primary school teachers. The study was carried out between 2004–2006 in four teacher education institutions in Cyprus, England, Switzerland and Germany. We used document analyses and in‐depth interviews with 27 teacher educators and 22 student teachers to examine the integration of biodiversity into the pre‐service teacher education programmes, and the student teachers’ satisfaction with their respective education. In all teacher education institutions, aspects of biodiversity education were integrated mostly in the natural science modules which provided students at least with some information on the scientific aspects of biodiversity. Few modules included aspects of the controversial nature of biodiversity conservation in relation to economics, ethics, social and political concerns, and methodological approaches on how to deal with this. In the institutions in Cyprus, England and Germany the teaching focus was content‐oriented, whereas in Switzerland a situated method‐oriented approach was used. The student teachers in Switzerland felt more confident to teach about biodiversity in school. All interviewees thought it necessary to prepare primary school student teachers on how to address biodiversity in schools, and strategies on how best to achieve this are critically discussed.

Promoting inclusivity through and within teacher education programmes

Promoting inclusivity is a core aim for many teacher education programmes throughout the UK, USA, Canada and other highly diverse nations. However, despite this aim, teacher education programmes continue to face challenges in preparing teachers who feel confident in addressing issues of diversity and inclusivity in their classrooms. The purpose of this research was to present an in-depth examination of how one initial teacher education programme coherently promotes inclusivity through various pre-service programme structures and experiences. Data were collected from four senior programme administrators, 10 faculty members and 25 teacher candidates via interviews, focus groups and professional development journals. Results provided a complex analysis of programme coherence related to the multiple ways in which inclusivity was interpreted and experienced within the teacher education programme. Specifically, three different interpretations of inclusivity were identified across participant groups: integrative, dialogical and transgressive. Each of these interpretations were manifested in varied ways through programme structures of field-based placements, curriculum and pedagogies. Based on this analysis, the paper concludes by identifying critical issues related to the preparation of inclusive educators as a foundation for future research and teacher education development.     

清末江淮官话音系中的声母系统述论

胡垣《古今中外音韵通例》居于官话音系发展的最后阶段,反映的也是清代江淮官话语音系统。《音呼声韵总谱》音系中见、精系声母的腭化,照系声母的独立性,仍母与日母合并等现象,充分表现了清代末期江淮官话声母系统的语音特征。     

单步法求解常微分方程初值问题

在科学和工程技术实例应用中,有许多数学模型是以常微分方程的形式建立起来的。因此,常微分方程求解问题是一个在科学计算中占有相当重要地位的问题。由常微分方程的理论可以看到,虽然许多常微分方程的解是存在的,但是却并不能用简单的初等函数来表现出来,甚至有的不能给出解的具体表达形式。因此,对于常微分方程初值问题的数值解法的研究是非常必要的。本文主要介绍了两种单步法,即欧拉法和改进的欧拉法来求解常微分方程初值问题,并通过具体的数值算例来进行比较,表明改进的欧拉法具有一定的优势。
