高校学术创新团队建设应注意的问题

高校科技要出更多的原创性科研成果，就必须抓住机遇，建设强有力的学术创新团队。因此，目前学术创新团队的建设已成为高校十分重要的任务和目标。处理好学术创新团队的定位、人员组成、团队文化等问题是学术创新团队建设成功的关键。     

Content teaching: innovative and traditional practices

Innovative teaching is sometimes perceived as opposite of traditional teaching, since it is regarded as student-centred and takes on the form of guided construction. This distinguishing feature led to an expectation that traditional teaching practices will be replaced with innovative ones for the purpose of fostering learning. The goal of the present research is to examine this issue by taking a closer look at teaching practices within an innovative learning environment, and their implications for teachers and teacher educators. Our qualitative research was conducted in a secondary school which has implemented such a learning environment. The data analysis is based on sociolinguistic discourse analysis. The findings reveal a variety of teaching practices, which allows teachers to choose the most suitable one for a particular learning requirement. We conclude in proposing to adopt a more complex approach to teaching, and to relinquish the dichotomy between traditional and innovative teaching practices. Theoretical and practical implications of this proposal are presented in the discussion.

培养学生的探究学习能力是高中化学教学的重要课题.教师在教学过程中根据教学内容和学生实际优化实验,创设教学情境,进行开放性教学,鼓励合作探究并重构评价方式,从而不断提高学生的探究学习能力.     

Identification of Good Practices in the Implementation of Innovative Learning Methodologies

We intend to present the partial issues resulted from the development of the European Project DelnTRA ＂cooperation for innovative training methodologies deployment in the European Labour Market＂--Stage 4： Identification of good practices in the implementation of innovative learning methodologies. This project is included into the Lifelong Learning Programme Leonardo da Vinci, Partnerships, DG Education and Culture during the period 2008-2010. The partnership （formed of eight different multi-agent organizations, directly linked to training, entrepreneurial and social environments） has identified more than 20 good practices in the field of innovative learning methodologies and has elaborated the report of stage 4. Our specific contribution is represented by the three best practices identified for Romania, under the comparative frame developed by the partnership.

知识经济时代,学术权威的创新精神、开放合作精神、自由民主精神以及崇高的道德品质和严格的学术规范等精神气质更加彰显。高校充分发扬这些学术权威精神,为创新人才的成长营造积极进取、勇于创新、严谨治学的向真向善向美的学术生态环境,是其实现培养创新人才目标的重要举措。     

环境监测实验教学模式改革与实践

针对目前环境监测实验教学与实际工作相脱节的不足,提出了将验证性教学改为以校园周边真实环境为监测对象,同时与创新性开放实验相结合的新教学模式,并进行实践探索。结果表明：学生参与实验的积极性普遍提高,其操作技能、独立思考解决问题的能力也得到了明显提高,同时为综合素质较高的学生提供了参与科研活动的平台。     

小群体教学模式在高校田径教学中的实验研究

采用实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和专家访谈法等方法．以湖南工业大学体育学院体育教育系2009级男生一、二班为研究对象,探讨高校田径课教学中实施小群体教学模式的意义。结果表明：小群体教学模式能促进学生问的互帮互助、互评互议,有利于提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高学生学习兴趣和参与意识;有利于发挥学生的潜力,促进学生的个性发展;有利于学生综合能力和社会性的培养;有利于发挥学生的主体性和教师的主导性作用,教学效果比传统教学模式显著。
