将创新阅读植入小学语文教学的探究

新课改的贯彻与落实,是在素质教育的背景下推行的,而且在很多科目上都已实施。语文课程作为重要的传承文化和传播道德的重要科目,越来越受到重视,其中改善教学质量的关键在于对教学方法的改变。创新化阅读活动的开展,不仅有助于学生阅读能力的提升,而且对于学生实现综合素养的提升也大有帮助,并能为学生写作水平的提升带来好处。基于以上的诸多因素,开放式阅读更适合在小学语文课堂上呈现,成为重要的阅读模式,加入创新要素,实现知识分享的效果,给小学语文教学带来极大帮助,提高整体语文教学水平。     

半序线性空间的分子结构

给出数域F上线性空间的一类更一般的统一框架 ,即广义线性空间的概念 :设T是论域 ,F是数域 ,V(T) ={ρ｜ρ:T→F}, ρ ,σ∈V(T) , a∈F ,规定 ( ρ σ) (x) =ρ(x) σ(x) ,(aρ) (x) =a( ρ(x) ) ,则V(T)为F上的广义线性空间 .在该框架下引入半序关系 ,构造一类半序线性空间 (V ,≤ ) : α ,β ,γ ∈V , a∈F ,若α≤ β ,则1 )α γ≤ β γ且γ α≤γ β ;2 )当a≥ 0时 ,aα≤aβ,当a <0时 ,aβ≤aα .同时构造了分子概念 :格L中的元素a称为并既约元 ,若 x ,y∈L ,a=x∨y,则a=x或a=y ,L中非最小元的并既约元称为L中的分子 .并讨论其分子结构 ,从而为进一步探讨线性空间上的代数结构、序结构及拓扑结构的复合结构奠定理论基础     

中国金融业混业经营趋势及风险分析

开放的国际环境中，金融市场上的竞争，既是企业之间的竞争，更是不同体制的竞争。在金融服务综合化大行其道、混业经营已成主流的当今世界，我国的金融业虽说仍在分业经营的制度框架内运行，但银行、证券、保险诸业之间，已建构起多种形式的业务合作关系，初步形成了金融混业经营的态势。加快我国金融改革，尽快实现真正的金融混业经营，是一种历史的必然选择。受各方面条件制约，我国当前宜组建金融控股集团；同时，还应加强金融监管，建立严密的金融风险防范体系，以提高我国金融机构的竞争力，确保我国的金融安全。     

Towards a network governance of European lifelong learning: a structural analysis of Commission expert groups

ABSTRACT

The influence of the European Commission (EC) expert groups on policy coordination within the European Union has received a growing interest among researchers, who have assessed their role in policy-making processes, their participation patterns, their transparency, and their knowledge-generating process. This article interrogates the structural configuration of the networks, and the relationships between the actors, formed through the Commission expert groups on adult learning, and under the Education and Training 2020 work programme, respectively, by means of a Social Network Analysis. So attention is paid on the mutual-constitutivness of a social network and its members, or the potential power within a network, and of a network, to influence member states’ domestic adaptation of communitarian policies. Our analysis points at noticeable differences between the connectivity of each of the Commission expert groups, and the groups emerging from the two forms of network governance these produce in the adult learning, and education and training domains. A key result, however, is that two actors (i.e. Flemish Department for Education and Training, Ministry of Education and Culture of Finland) stand out as fully embedded in both forms of network governance, and represent highly connected ‘informal’ brokers across policy domains.

School Belonging,Ethnic Identity,and Psychological Adjustment Among Ethnic Minority College Students

This study considers how the psychological adjustment of ethnic minority college students may be linked to a sense of school belonging and ethnic identity, two constructs related to individuals feeling like they belong to a larger group. Using self-reports from 311 undergraduates from ethnic minority backgrounds, school belonging was found to be negatively associated with depressive symptoms, and positively associated with perceived self-worth, scholastic competence, and social acceptance, while ethnic identity was only found to be positively associated with self-worth. Furthermore, the interaction between ethnic identity and school belonging was significantly associated with self-worth, suggesting that in the absence of a sense of belonging at school, stronger ethnic identity was linked to higher self-worth. College students reported the lowest levels of self-worth when they were neither connected to their college nor connected to their ethnic group.
