利益博弈与体制创新:"两个大局"思想的政治社会学分析

以社会利益结构为基本分析工具，从我国改革进程中的利益博弈、利益整合的视角，对邓小平“两个大局”思想的涵义、所面临的挑战以及实现的途径等方面进行了政治社会学的解读。现代社会应该是一个有分化而无悬殊的社会，分化、差异造就了社会发展的活力与动力，而利益的零和博弈与过度悬殊则又造成了政府的政治合法性资源的流失。因此，执政党必须从利益表达、利益聚合的高度进行体制创新，从而不断提高自己的利益协调能力、调控能力和凝聚能力。     

How social relationships influence academic health in the ‘enterprise university’: an insight into productivity of knowledge workers

The comparatively poor mental health status of academics at Australian universities compared with the general Australian workforce poses a public health challenge. Productivity of knowledge workers is a key issue for the new economy. Using the case of one university, I interviewed employees stratified by level of employment and showed that their mental health is adversely affected by social relationships that result from historically‐based bargains. These rely on divergent and sometimes adversarial value systems of employers and employees and a preference for particular institutional policies and practices based on contemporary cultural trends of individualism and economic rationalism that affect social support and social networks in a detrimental way. To redress this burden of mental illness, it is imperative that employer‐employee discourse is changed to incorporate the social reality of the work context. This study offers insights into productivity of knowledge workers generally in service industries of education, information and communication.     

我国高等教育评估制度的合法性审视

以本科教学评估为代表的我国高等教育评估制度正遭受着广泛的批评和质疑,面临着合法性危机.运用社会学新制度主义理论进行审视,可以看出,我国高等教育评估制度的合法性危机不仅源于自身的技术性问题,更有着深刻的制度环境影响.改革的方向应首先适应外界环境变化,不断增强社会的认同度.     

中国职业教育兴衰的制度主义分析--"市场化"制度变迁的考察

职业教育是整个教育体系中最容易与市场机制相联系的教育种类，但中国的职业教育却在市场化的道路上经历了先盛后衰的过程。本文作者力图用新制度主义的分析视角对我国职业教育自20世纪70年代末以来的“市场化”的制度变迁过程予以考察。     

超越传统价值支点——论陈染小说独特的价值确认体系

陈染小说研究一直聚焦于其小说独特的内容和表达方式上,而陈染小说独特的价值体系研究受到了不应有的冷落和忽视。敞开女性私密生活与私语化表达方式是陈染用以拆解传统主流价值支点,重构个性化边缘价值支点的特殊手段,陈染小说的核心意义是建立了一个个性化的价值确认体系——内倾性、过程性、非功利性、非道德性的价值确认体系。     

Immigrant Families and Children (Re)Develop Identities in a New Context

Resolving conflicting linguistic traditions and struggling with new identities are significant challenges for immigrants to the United States. This case study introduces an immigrant mother from Mexico who renamed her youngest son on his first day of first grade to avoid the widespread stereotypes and academic stagnation experienced by her two older sons. Such (re)naming practices constitute and represent the very precarious social and institutional relationships taking place in schools involving immigrant children. In this case study, there was indication of negative aspects of assimilation processes taking place as the family adapted to a new culture and language. For example, the misconception is still widespread that efforts to learn two languages rather than just one diminish a child’s ability to learn other things, which should be learned. However, research in language acquisition and development, points to bilingualism and multilingualism as resources rather than deficits (Souto-Manning, 2006).     

以用户需求为导向的高校机构知识库自存储服务机制研究

认为高校科研教学活动中用户对于机构知识库自存储的需求真实存在,但对机构知识库不了解、不理解,导致了自存储积极性不高。探讨通过建立以用户需求为导向的机构知识库自存储服务机制,如采取提供一站式数字信息共享空间,建立基于IR的个人科研绩效管理体系,制定富有弹性的自存储政策等措施,来解除科研人员的后顾之忧,提高其自存储积极性,从根本上改变机构知识库资源存储不足的现状,促进我国高校机构知识库的可持续发展。     

关于图书馆文化的理论研究

根据现有研究成果和相关实践构建了图书馆文化的结构模型，并且探讨了图书馆馆舍、图书馆馆藏和图书馆设备中蕴涵的各类典型的图书馆物质文化现象，图书馆管理体制和制度、图书馆组织结构、职业资格制度和职业道德规范等中特有的图书馆制度文化现象，以及图书馆服务活动、职业精神、职业使命和职业价值观等方面的图书馆精神文化现象。     

机构仓储工程化的研究和实践

机构仓储的建设可以分为可行性分析、规划建设目标以及建设机构仓储的各种支撑机制等几个阶段;机构仓储的支撑机制主要包括机构仓储软件、流程管理制度、知识产品的版权管理制度以及相关的激励制度等.本文从工程化的角度出发,结合机构仓储建设的实践经验,分析了机构仓储建设过程中各个阶段的关键问题,力图能够为机构仓储的建设提供一个工程化的指导.
