低纯度Gd制成的Gd5Si1.8Ge2.2的磁热效应

实验中使用国产2N级金属Gd粉为原料，用电弧熔炼法在氩气气氛中制备了Gd5Si1.8Ge22合金，并通过X射线衍射仪和超导量子磁强计分析手段对合金的性能进行测试和分析．发现合金没有重现一级磁相变和巨磁热效应，这是由于国产2N级Gd中杂质等因素时磁相变、磁热性能产生了重要影响，导致一级磁相变的破坏及磁热效应的大幅度下降．     

Person-centred reviews and transition: an exploration of the views of students and their parents/carers

The person-centred review (PCR) is a model for the review of a student’s special educational needs (SEN) which places the young person and their family at the centre of the process. This mixed-methods, exploratory study investigated the views of 16 students with SEN aged between 10–11 years (Year 6) and 13–14 years (Year 9), and their parents/carers on their PCRs (which were mostly held at transition). Attention was paid to potential changes in the young people’s locus of control and feelings towards school. Findings indicated that the PCR is a collaborative, constructive and reassuring process for families where a wealth of information is shared openly and honestly within a relaxed, yet structured, meeting. The young people were generally positive about the process, although many felt daunted beforehand. Some parents felt the meeting was too long and not entirely accessible to children. The study did not conclude that the young people’s locus of control or feelings towards their education changed following the PCR. Implications for good practice are discussed, particularly for educational psychologists and in the context of the SEN and Disability Code of Practice.

Common legacy,different paths: the transformation of educational systems in the Czech Republic,Slovakia, Hungary and Poland

The goal of this work is to better understand the institutional changes in the educational systems of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. We demonstrate that the educational reforms implemented during the transformation introduced very different institutional arrangements in the four countries, despite the fact that their systems shared many common characteristics at the beginning of the 1990s. Differences between the national approaches to educational reforms are particularly reflected in the modes of education decentralisation, the level of school autonomy, accountability and funding mechanisms. We believe that different institutional arrangements may have contributed to the divergent achievements of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland in the PISA programme.

制度分析的层次问题与国际制度研究

经济学和政治学中的新制度主义理论大都将某一层次的制度作为自己的分析对象,而把更高层次的制度作为给定的外生变量.从关于国际制度层次划分的代表性观点来看,构成性制度相对于限制性制度而言是更高层次的制度,普遍性制度相对于特殊性制度而言是更高层次的制度.这种将国际制度区分为不同层次的视角,有助于我们认识国际制度研究中新自由制度主义与建构主义之间的理论争鸣.     

用于再生伪码测距时钟恢复的新型码片跟踪环性能分析

为了提高低信噪比条件下再生伪码测距系统中的复合伪码时钟恢复性能,采用了一种新型的码片跟踪环.此码片跟踪环是一种改进型的数据转换跟踪环,两者之间的区别在于,码片跟踪环的Q路输出直接乘上了时钟分量,而数据转换跟踪环乘上了I路的转换检测器输出.在准方波伪码测距信号的情况下,详细分析了码片跟踪环的跟踪(均方定时抖动)性能.分析对比了不同码片信噪比条件下的码片跟踪环和数据转换跟踪环跟踪性能.分析表明,码片跟踪环和数据转换跟踪环在大信噪比条件下性能一致;而在小信噪比条件下,码片跟踪环性能明显好于数据转换跟踪环.     

Science in the Trenches: An Exploration of Four Pre-service Teachers' First Attempts at Teaching Science in the Classroom

This paper explores four students' attempts at teaching science in the real world classroom during their initial student teaching practicum, including their struggles and successes. When pre-service teachers enter their initial practicum experience they are confronted with differing teaching philosophies of their own, their university professors, and their school mentors (Sullivan, Mousley & Gervasioni, 2000; John, 2001; Fu and Shelton, 2002). Within this situation, preservice teachers struggle to find their own niche of teaching science and learn to reflect as both learner and teacher (Kelly, 2000). Our goal as science teacher educators is to help pre-service teachers have an easy transfer from personal university experiences to teaching science in the real classroom environment while maintaining the integrity of newly learned teaching strategies (Segall, 2001). This work adds to and helps guide science teacher educators in identifying difficulties pre-service teachers' experiences in the transition from methods courses to practice.     

风险治理与和谐社会的构建

社会的快速发展与变化是转型期的一个重要特征,而这一社会特征又引发另外一个问题:社会风险。社会风险是现代社会尤其是由传统走向现代社会过程中的必然产物。风险的大小与社会和谐的程度是成反比的。转型期的社会风险有两种:内生型风险和导入型风险。在中国目前表现为四种形式:经营性风险、制度性风险、结构性风险和生态性风险。要构建和谐社会,必须对社会风险进行治理,包括社会风险控制、社会风险分摊、社会风险吸纳。     

一种非线性方程的强非线性共振的转迁集

运用多尺度法和改进的L-P方法,通过引入参数变换把较大的摄动参数ε转换成小参数α,从而使讨论的非线性方程可用多尺度法和L-P方法求其近似解。求出了该方程亚谐共振(即k=1/2)时的分岔响应方程和转迁集。
