企业家全球竞争压力感知与企业国际化扩张行为的关系研究

从企业家个人认知和心理特质因素对企业国际化重大影响视角,对105家中小企业进行了实证研究,探讨了企业家全球竞争压力感知这一高层管理者的心理和认知特质与企业国际化扩张行为的关系。研究表明,企业家全球竞争压力感知与企业国际化扩张行为具有倒U型关系,国际市场导向对企业家全球竞争压力感知与企业国际化扩张行为的关系具有调节作用。     

体育教师开发校本课程的动力研究——基于行为改造型激励理论

体育校本课程的开发在新课程改革中具有重要地位,自从《课标》实施以后,校本课程的开发一直不是特别理想。尝试利用行为改造型激励理论去深度剖析影响一线体育教师开发的动力问题,并依据该理论提出改变体育教师消极行为的方法,推动新课标的顺利实施。     

Chinese Students in Kennesaw State University Libraries: Their Perceptions and Patterns of Use

With the globalization in education, there has been an influx of Chinese students studying in the United States. The needs and challenges of understanding their backgrounds and their perceptions about libraries are becoming more present and urgent for librarians who are on the frontline of serving this special cohort. To discover and address the growing needs and challenges, we surveyed 42 Chinese students at Kennesaw State University, analyzed the data collected, and discussed the research results. Our goal is to identify the characteristics common to this group and to provide some insightful information to our fellow librarians.     

Effects of learner–instructor relationship-building strategies in online video instruction

Although research has demonstrated that an increased rapport between instructors and learners can positively relate with increased learning gains, perhaps mediated by the positive attitudes toward the course and self-efficacy beliefs in the coursework, little has been done to test what instructional strategies might increase this rapport in online video-based instruction. This study compared online video-based instruction that made use of relationship-building strategies with online video-based instruction that did not use those strategies. The two instructions were identical in every other way. The results show that the attitudes of the college students were positively affected by the relationship building strategies in a statistically significant way (p = .025) and that learning gains were also positively affected at a very near-significant level (p = .052). The implications of the findings are discussed.     

Disability,Stigma and Otherness: Perspectives of Parents and Teachers

This qualitative study explored the perspectives of parents and teachers in the US with regard to the meaning and implications of disability in the context of schoolling, and of raising a child with a disability. The findings revealed broad conceptual differences in the perspectives of these two groups. Teachers’ beliefs were generally consistent with medical model perspectives on disability as biologically defined. Parents’ interpretations, more aligned with a sociocultural paradigm, were situated in the cultural meanings ascribed to disability and linked with issues of stigma, marginalisation and access. The findings also revealed the existence of master narratives on families of children with disabilities, entrenched in assumptions of pathological functioning and negative outcomes among these families. Implications for professional–family partnerships in the education of students with disabilities are discussed.     

论民办高校政治辅导员的专业素养提升

民办高校政治辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是民办高等教育事业持续健康发展的有力保证。针对新时期民办高校及其学生的特点,政治辅导员必须从思想政治、道德素质、专业知识和科研等方面提升自身的专业素养,民办高校也要完善辅导员的选拔、培训、考核和晋升等制度,共同推进辅导员队伍建设,实现民办高校人才培养目标。     

大学体育对社区体育的促进作用研究

运用文献资料法分析了社区体育发展中遇到的问题及大学体育潜在的优势。结果显示:社区体育的发展遇到了场馆设施不足、社会体育指导员缺乏及锻炼身体的成本较高等问题,而大学体育具有解决以上问题的优势。结论:大学体育可根据自身优势促进社区体育的发展。     

黄河三角洲社会体育指导员的现状调查与研究

运用问卷调查、文献资料、专家访谈等方法,对目前黄河三角洲社会体育指导员的数量、分布、年龄、学历、职业及服务性质等进行分析研究,以期对黄河三角洲的社会体育指导员队伍的建设提供依据,使黄河三角洲社会体育得以快速发展。     

武汉市社区体育发展的现状及对策研究

运用社会调查法,对武汉市部分社区进行调查,分析武汉市社区体育发展的现状,并根据社区体育发展的趋势,提出相应的发展对策。
