小学生的心理健康状况引起了全社会的广泛关注。根据当前学校的实际情况，班主任成为我国小学心理辅导教育中的思想指导者。班主任在学校心理辅导教育活动中，要加强小学生的学习心理辅导、人格心理辅导。因此，小学班主任必须转变观念、学习科学的心理辅导理论、掌握切实有效的心理辅导的方法与技术。     

论我国社会体育指导员发展及需求状况

随着中国社会生产力的高度发展,人民生活水平的提高,余暇时间的增多和对身心健康追求的日益高涨,使得人们对健康的意识越来越强。全民健身活动的蓬勃发展,对社会体育指导员队伍的发展壮大及其建设提出了新的要求。同时,社会体育指导员的发展也加快了体育生活化、大众化、社会化、科学化和产业化的发展步伐。因此,清楚地了解社会体育指导员的发展现状以及需求也越来越重要。     

Delayed Understanding and Staying in Phase: Students’ Perceptions of their Study Situation

Findings are presented from a study of undergraduate students’ experiences of understanding in first-year engineering. At the end of their first year of study 86 Swedish students of electrical engineering and computer science were asked to reflect in writing on their experiences of studying and learning. Fifteen of them also took part in interviews which explored in some detail their experiences of understanding in relation to perceived constraints of the teaching-learning environment. The analyses of the students’ written accounts and the interview data focused on the students’ experiences of studying and of understanding in relation to course work in engineering. The majority of the students reported problematic first-year experiences and testified to a sensation of ‘falling out of phase’ with their studies. This sensation was frequently coupled with a lag in coming to understand course material, which may be characterised in terms of delayed understanding. The notion of delayed understanding is discussed in relation to ideas about students’ perceptions of the learning environment and the impact that those perceptions might have on students’ opportunities to reflect on learning material and develop a solid understanding of course material in engineering education. In conclusion, it is suggested that the the notion of delayed understanding captures the complications of a study situation in which a perceived lack of time to reflect on learning material obstructs students’ understanding of course material in engineering, and also points up a more general aspect of learning observing that time to reflect on previous experiences is an essential component of the process of coming to understand learning material in a particular educational setting.

高校辅导员中存在的心理应激现象,对辅导员队伍的建设、学生的成长进步以及思想教育工作的开展会产生不良影响。研究辅导员心理应激的形成、影响、应对,解决好高校辅导员群体的心理应激,维护好其心理健康,保持高校辅导员队伍的思想稳定,是当前高等院校管理不容忽视的一项重要工作。     

“Chasing my supervisor all day long like a hungry child seeking her mother!”: Students’ perceptions of supervisory feedback

Students’ perceptions of supervisory feedback can have a profound impact on their engagement with and agency in learning. Understanding students’ perceptions is vital to tailoring feedback to their needs. However, little is known about student perceptions of supervisory feedback on master’s theses. To address this lacuna, the present study collected feedback perceptions with a written questionnaire from 434 students in four disciplines (English Education, English Studies, Physics, and Engineering) at a Nepalese university. Quantitative and qualitative analyses revealed that the students as a group did not receive sufficient supervisory support and found their supervisors’ feedback practices unsatisfactory. Despite the inadequate support, they reported emotional, cognitive, and behavioural engagement with the supervisory feedback that they received, and their perceptions of supervisory feedback significantly predicted their self-reported engagement. Furthermore, perceptions of supervisory feedback and self-reported engagement varied significantly across the disciplines. Implications are derived from these findings for improving supervisory feedback practices.     

A change of perspective – Exploring Mexican primary and secondary school students’ perceptions of their teachers differentiated instructional practice

With the increasing student diversity, the establishment of inclusive classrooms has become a top concern of policy-makers worldwide urging teachers to differentiate their instruction according to students’ individual learning needs. As the implementation of differentiated instruction (DI) relies mainly on teachers, previous research has mostly focused on examining teachers’ perspectives on their use of differentiation. In contrast, far less attention has been paid to explore students’ perspectives about their experiences in inclusive classrooms. Therefore, this study aims at examining students’ experiences of their teachers’ actual DI practice. Moreover, this study sets the spotlight on Mexico, a country that has faced changes with a recent proposed educational model. Results from a mixed analysis of variance revealed that students do in fact perceive that their teachers implement DI practices. It appears that both primary and secondary school teachers implement more frequent variants of mastery learning as well as tutoring systems as a means to differentiate their instruction. Implications of the results, as well as further lines of research, are discussed.

高职院校辅导员要适应高职教育形势变化,转变管理思想,运用行之有效的方式开展学生管理工作。该文分析了高职院校做好学生管理工作的意义以及当前高职学生特点和开展辅导员工作情况．指出提高辅导员工作成效的对策和建议：一是辅导员要为人师表、言传身教,树立榜样,做学生的引路人;二是要尊重学生,加强交流,做学生的指路人;三是要明确学生职业发展目标,关爱学生,做学生的贴心人。
