知识管理流派特征分析及内涵界定

利用作者共被引和多元统计分析方法对国内外的知识管理论文进行实证研究,划分出知识管理的五个流派:战略流派、组织变革流派、过程流派、技术流派和应用流派.利用元分析的方法从研究内容、理论基础、研究方法、分析层次等层面揭示了知识管理各流派的研究特征及未来发展动向;归纳出知识管理学科研究的主要内容,探索性地提出知识管理的定义及内涵,以期从整体上把握知识管理的发展状况,为以后的研究提供参考依据.     

明确学习目标 因需施教——甘肃俄语专业教学改革初探

针对我省培养的俄语专业人才不能很好适应社会发展需要的现状,文章从树立正确动机学习与俄语教学模式改革两方面入手进行分析并提出一些建议。调整学习主体内部因素与教学模式改革相配合。力图将内、外因有机结合起来,提升学习效率,培养有市场竞争力的俄语人才。     

反腐题材电视剧:类型及影响的思考

本文从类型学及涵化理论视角分析反腐剧的文本和传播效果,以及受众对反腐剧的消费,认为反腐题材电视剧既难以对社会进行一次彻底的廉政教育,也未必会对社会造成巨大的负面影响。     

The genre of poetry: secondary school students' conventional expectations and interpretive operations

This study examined secondary school students' knowledge of the conventions and aesthetic operations that theorists hypothesize are associated with the poetic genre. Students read texts presented visually both in the shape of poems as well as prose. The identification of a text as a poem triggered significantly more references to the conventional expectations as well as greater appreciation of aesthetic elements that add a layer of meaning. Students also spent longer thinking about the poem‐shaped texts and rated the poems as more enjoyable, challenging, emotionally engaging, and as eliciting more imagery. If poetry triggers the tendency to engage in active and meaningful thinking by guiding us to see language in new ways, it may be one more reason to include it in the secondary school English curriculum.     

空间视角下财政分权的碳排放效应研究--基于半参数空间面板滞后模型

基于2000～2013年中国省份面板数据,通过构建半参数空间面板滞后模型（ S－PSLM）结合工具变量法分析我国地方政府财政分权度对于碳排放的影响。研究表明：财政分权度对于碳排放增长率的影响呈现倒“U型”,该作用随财政分权度的增大而先增后减,由抑制到促进再到抑制;重工业发展会促进本地区碳排放的增加,而周边省份的重工业发展则会降低本地区的碳排放上升压力;自身对外贸易发展虽然对碳排放影响不显著,不过区域间的外贸合作却是降低碳排放增长的有效途径;R＆D研发强度增加有助于减缓碳排放增长,而区域技术创新能力不平衡阻碍了空间溢出效应。     

舞曲的升华

体裁是历史的产物与见证。舞曲从为舞蹈伴奏初始,到脱胎于舞蹈而独立成形,跨过了漫长而多变的历史过程。许多大师为之注入了神来之笔,使其既保留了原乐曲的精华,又升华到一个前所未有的艺术境界。经过历代大师的加工,舞曲成为器乐体裁中重要的组成部分。尽管这些舞曲带有通俗性、大众化的特点,但是它让人们感受到一种心灵的沐浴和文化的震撼。     

Worlds of Literacy Worlds Apart: Reading at Home and at School

This article considers the findings of a literacy survey with Year 7 students who had experienced difficulties with reading. It highlights the range of texts and events that these students were choosing to engage with outside school and the mismatch between home and school literacy. The findings signal a need to go beyond the traditional reading test to uncover the texture of literacy experience and achievement in students' lives.     

The Imagination, and Originality, in English and Classroom Drama

The imagination is essential to drama, but teachers, and leading practitioners rarely examine it in detail. This article considers the sources of the imagination, and the relationship it has with creativity within the context of improvisation. The significance of originality as a criterion of quality, and the place imitative practices have within it, are considered. Alternative functions of the imagination are suggested to counter the concern that intertextuality and self-referencing stifle creativity.     

移动教学模式构建研究——以"仪器分析"课为例

“仪器分析”是化学专业的一门必修基础课程。目前,该课程的教学模式单一,教学效果不尽如人意。分析“仪器分析”课程的教学现状,探讨基于“仪器分析”课构建移动教学模式的可行性,并提出相关建议,以期有效提高“仪器分析”课的教学质量,增强教学效果。
