论杨绛《我们仨》中的知识分子人文情怀

杨绛先生的长篇散文《我们仨》自始至终彰显着近代中国社会与文化此起彼伏之中的知识分子人文情怀。其主要表现在三个方面：一是挚爱亲情的浓墨抒发;二是爱国情操的本然流露;三是知识分子人格精神的宁和凸现。这三个方面浑融一体、交相辉映地诠释了杨绛一家在梦魇和苦难中的知识分子人文情怀。

调查研究发现,由于高职院校教师和学生间在教育及管理观念、教师角色及信息获取上存在差异,目前高职院校教师权威开始弱化,师生冲突普遍存在.为此,高职教师需要重新思考其在师生关系中的角色定位,加强与学生的沟通交流,加强专业学习,提高综合教学能力,加强德行修养,以构建新型教师权威.

女主人公钟雨对老干部充满想象的浓烈情感夹杂了太多英雄崇拜因素。她对老干部爱情上的"忠于",被置换成知识分子对党和国家的信仰。张洁选择这种私人性表达方式,既开始了新时期文学叙事方式,也连接了"五四"文化传统,具有特殊的文学史意义。     

Getting good at small talk: student-directed learning of social conversation skills

For students with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), learning social skills is an intricate but essential task to facilitate social inclusion and participation. Limited research is available on social skills interventions for adolescents with ASD and intellectual disabilities (ID). This article presents a case study that illustrates how the Self-Determined Learning Model of Instruction was used to improve self-chosen social conversation skills in a Norwegian 14-year old student with ASD and mild ID. This case study illustrates that, also for students with ASD and ID, giving them the opportunity to set personally relevant goals may improve their autonomous motivation, thereby increasing the likelihood of goal attainment.     

公务监督过失犯罪及其对策研究

国家公务人员监管不力是近年来特大安全事故发生的重要原因。我国刑法缺乏安全事故中负有直接监督职责的公职人员的责任规定,或者对其处罚有悖罪责刑相适应原则。在厘定公务监督过失的概念及该类犯罪的主体、特征的基础上,分析设立"公务监督过失罪"的现实必要性,进而提出具有建设性的立法建议。     

从“文斗”到“武斗”:礼法约束下“斗秧歌”田野调查

以海阳大秧歌中的民俗武术活动“斗秧歌”仪式为个案,运用田野调查等方法,从民俗学视角对“斗秧歌”的过程及民俗语境进行分析。认为:海阳大秧歌吸收了军事武术中的兵法谋略与民间武术技术动作,族群生存斗争与比武较技是“斗秧歌”吸收武术元素的重要动因,其逻辑形式表现为礼法约束下由“文斗”到“武斗”的递进,“文斗”体现兵法谋略智慧,武术是“武斗”的主要支撑力量。“斗秧歌”受到礼法约束,以强化乡间社会秩序的稳定,反映了中国传统社会治理中的礼法并施思想。剖析其民俗语境发现,“斗秧歌”是族群生存抗争的仪式手段、护卫生存环境的民间演习、展示个人魅力的艺术舞台,也是地域武术传播的民俗载体。武术与“斗秧歌”之间的融合互动关系,显示武术与民俗活动深厚的历史渊源及武术具有的多元价值属性。

本文列举了数字图书馆馆藏数字信息资源建设的几个主要方面所涉及的知识产权问题及应对策略。     

技术差距、知识产权保护与经济增长——基于跨国数据的实证分析

实证分析显示,当一国技术水平接近技术前沿时,严格的知识产权保护有利于经济增长,相反则会阻碍经济增长。不同发展阶段的国家,符合本国经济利益的知识产权保护程度是不一样的。在发展中国家相关工作不断取得进展的前提下,评价其知识产权状况应该采取相对较低的标准。     

Understanding China as practicing Chineseness: selected cases of Vietnamese scholarship

The notion of post-Chineseness is enlisted to analyze Vietnamese Sinology as a comparative agenda. Post-Chineseness refers to the cultural preparation and the political process of mutual acknowledgement among those who consider one another sharing (some kind of) Chineseness, practically defined according to the context and its trajectories, at each time and each site. Chineseness can thus have various, if not entirely irrelevant, meanings. Vietnamese Sinologists have relied on different kinds of post-Chineseness to make sense of their relationship with the encountered Chinese to select and determine the mode of self-understanding, the purpose and a strategy to reconnect, and the normative criterion to assess and manage the relationship. Chinese Vietnamese are significantly less numerous than Chinese Malaysian, Thai, and Indonesians. However, the history of Vietnam is considerably closer to China than are those of Korea and Japan, in terms of length of merger. The post-Chineseness of Vietnamese scholarship therefore complicates its role-identity vis-à-vis China, intellectually as well as practically.
