知识经济时代的激励不足影响我国企业发展的重要因素。按照生产要素特别素质股和股票期权的引入,将可能导致分配,激励制度的一场革命。有效地把管理的个体利益和企业组织的整体利益相结合,将管理的远期利益和企业组织的长远发展相结合,能完善企业经理结构,提高决策质量。而有效的资本市场,经理劳动力市场、配套的下策法规和科学的考评系统是实施股票期权激励的前提条件。

南宋所编诗文选本在中国学术史上的地位

南宋编选诗文的风气颇盛,原因有四。南宋诗文选本出现了新的品种,表现出多样性的特征,分类趋于精细,反映出独特而丰富的文化内蕴。南宋诗文选本有序论,有圈点、评点,形成一种新的选本形式,而且在后代成为传统。选评者身份的多样化和选评宗旨的多样化,使诗文评点的内涵和形式均很丰富。这些诗文选本除了具有入选作品自身的文本价值文献价值之外,还具有传播价值和理论意义。编选者着重从具体作品的分析入手揭示理论,与纯理论自有不同,因而成为古代诗文理论之新形式。这些诗论、文论思想虽然比较零碎,但细加整理分析,则可以发现其中所蕴涵的系统性和完整性;在诗论、文论方面作出了重要的贡献。此外,在南宋诗文选本中出现了一些有关诗文批评的重要论题、概念、范畴、术语     

论新生代散文的虚构观念

20世纪80年代中期以来,“新生代散文”在世界汉语文学界掀起新的散文气象。相较于此前的散文话语言说方式,它呈现出比较鲜明的特征。核心点就是写作主体在意识与书写中继承现代汉语散文“真实”性传统的同时,对其内涵的突围与拓展。     

Teaching handwriting skills to children with intellectual disabilities using an adapted handwriting programme

Children with intellectual disabilities often struggle with handwriting, but there is very little research to inform intervention approaches. In this study, we developed a teaching manual based on Handwriting Without Tears®, a comprehensive handwriting programme designed for typically developing children. Three children with intellectual disabilities participated in the study and received handwriting instruction based on the manual three times a week over a 32‐week period. Our aims were to explore whether Handwriting Without Tears® can be used as a comprehensive handwriting curriculum for children with intellectual disabilities and to evaluate improvement in handwriting skills. We found that the intervention was successfully incorporated into small group teaching sessions within the child's regular classroom, and that all three children made improvements. Our data show promising results and support the need for larger evaluation studies.     

A comparison between the workplace cultures of Saudi Arabia's private and public education institutes

In Saudi Arabia, it is generally perceived that private special education institutes (SEIs) provide a higher quality education than their public counterparts. Parents tend to trust and invest in private rather than public institutes. This is principally attributed to the greater financial capacity of private special institutes, which ensures services can be provided more effectively. Investigating this perspective, this study seeks to bridge the gap often observed and commented upon between public and private SEIs, and to reflect critically on how the needs of all students with intellectual disabilities can be met within the public system. A comparative case study of two SEIs in Saudi Arabia for students with intellectual disabilities, one public and one private, was designed. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with parents, teachers and principals. A key finding of this study is that there is a major difference in the workplace cultures of public and private institutes. This results in several observable factors that were found to contribute to the quality of provision for learners.

论林氏刊物散文雅俗融合的审美价值取向

在20世纪30年代上海都市文化语境下,以林语堂为中心的《论语》《人间世》和《宇宙风》等散文刊物,一方面积极顺应读者文学消费的需求,使散文作品具有浓郁的市民趣味,另一方面又竭力用文人情致来提升市民趣味,力求达到雅俗融合,从而形成了独特的审美价值取向。林氏刊物在散文创作上寻找雅俗平衡的努力,为中国现代散文建设做出了贡献。
