我国区域城市化效率的动态评价   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
运用DEA分析方法,分别从动态和静态两个角度考察我国各省市的城市化效率。首先利用我国各省2002~2006年间的数据,通过对Malmquist效率指数进行分析,发现我国大部分省市处于效率变动的无效状态,即城市化效率不断降低,这主要是由技术变动的无效导致的;其次,运用CCR模型,借助投影分析,通过比较实际投入值与目标投入值,发现处于DEA无效状态省市的投入要素非集约化度很高,其城市化过程仍旧主要依靠投入要素的粗放型扩张,在要素的投入方面均不具有集约效率。  相似文献

This paper seeks to analyse the proposals and assumptions in the Consultation Paper: Teachers Meeting the Challenge of Change (DfEE, 1998a). Although the Consultation Paper claims to be about the modernising of the teaching profession, it is argued here that it is a deeply conservative paper written with the economic and employment legacy of the New Right. The proposals are considered in relation to the tradition of teacher criticism and blame. The conceptual framework of post-fordism and neo-fordism is used to explore the form of modernisation proposed for teachers' work and conditions.  相似文献

Purpose: This paper examines the benefits of using an outcome-based education (OBE) method within agricultural extension outreach programmes for professional and farmer audiences. Design/Methodology/Approach: The method is elaborated through two practical examples, which show that focused, short-duration programmes can produce meaningful skill development and impacts at the farm level. Both examples addressed pressing problems that were evolving during the education programme, and we sought a method that would respond adaptively to local circumstances and unanticipated changes. Key aspects of the method include strategic planning to properly focus education programmes, and the integration of data-driven decision support tool development to reduce uncertainty associated with the use of high-risk pest management inputs. Findings: Professionals and farmers increased their knowledge and skills related to pesticide management, and follow-up evaluation documented high levels of adoption of risk reduction and mitigation practices by farmers. Practical Implications: We recommend OBE for several reasons: (1) it uses a group process to elicit an accurate view of the system that learners operate within, (2) it provides cohesive and active learning with the potential for continuation, and (3) it enables feedback between all stages of programme development and implementation. Originality/Value: The most novel aspect of our adaptation of the OBE approach is the integration of, and feedback between, participatory programme design and tool development throughout the process, which maximises the value of each, and their ability to deliver outcomes. The OBE method integrates science, technology and social learning, and connects these with authentic problem-solving tasks to perpetuate learning beyond the classroom to where outcomes are attained.  相似文献

Intensification, speed of change and faster pace of life have recently emerged as significant issues in studies analysing the current academic climate. This article takes up the ‘social acceleration thesis’ as a conceptual resource for capturing the relationship between the individual experience of time and the changing structure and operations of contemporary academia. Using qualitative data from the UK, it analyses the texture and implications of the accelerating pace of academic work-life. It argues that such pace is both resented, as well as strategically managed by academics. In this way, the analysis opens up more agentic approach to the overall dynamisation in academic work-life and argues that it is possible to conceive acceleration as practical and even thrilling. Against the background of such an approach, the article concludes by stating that acceleration in academic work-life is an ambivalent experience and by questioning recent propositions under the label of slow academia.  相似文献

以信息技术为媒介的远程工作成为现代工作的新范式。本文基于自我决定理论及自主-控制悖论,建立了远程工作强度变化对任务绩效和情绪耗竭的影响机制模型。研究通过问卷调查的方式,利用江浙沪627位远程工作员工的调查数据检验了理论模型,结果显示:(1)远程工作强度与任务绩效呈倒U型关系,与情绪耗竭呈U型关系;(2)远程工作强度与自主性呈倒U型关系,与工作强化呈正向线性关系;(3)自主性中介了远程工作强度与任务绩效之间的关系,工作强化中介了远程工作强度与任务绩效和情绪耗竭之间的关系;(4)年龄、远程工作规范和远程工作支持在模型中具有显著的调节作用。研究结果明晰了远程工作悖论效应的非线性影响机制,深化了该领域的理论研究,帮助组织在实践中"扬长避短",更有效地管理远程工作。  相似文献

利用每天4次的1°×1°NCEP/NCAR全球再分析格点资料、卫星云图、中尺度自动站和常规气象等资料对Saomai在登陆前迅速加强为超级强台风的原因进行了分析。结果发现,环境风垂直切变的变化和暖海面(高SST)是Saomai加强尤其是迅速加强的重要原因;另外,Saomai空间水平尺度的迅速缩小也和强度迅速增强有密切关系。  相似文献
