对转型期我国竞技体育纵向及横向利益集团冲突进行研究。结论　应充分认识及肯定我国竞技体育利益集团主体的逐利行为; 应以政策投入方式对其进行积极的导向, 以法规及制度的形式完善利益约束机制, 控制利益差别的过分悬殊; 对中央与地方权力进行合理划分及职能界定, 完善利益补偿机制等。

基于趣味性情境的“三位一体”博物馆教育——对儿童讲解辅导中兴趣与情境的重新认识与提升

面向儿童群体讲解自然科普展览是许多博物馆开展教育活动的重要方式。然而,传统讲解无法激发儿童兴趣,难以进行学习迁移和延伸。本文以云南省博物馆“远古云南”展厅为例,从三因素情境性兴趣模型出发,运用“情境认知与学习理论”和“情境教学法”对兴趣和情境进行深度分析,提出“情境化讲解辅导设计三步法”。通过实践,实现多样化情境和趣味性紧密结合,形成融合趣味性、教学内容、教学方法的“三位一体”博物馆讲解辅导,鼓励儿童把学习变为实践,逐步建立起自我与自然的联系。     

基于本体构建的协同推荐研究

通过构建领域本体,利用用户兴趣与领域本体中概念的映射关系,构建用户兴趣本体,发掘用户兴趣模式。研究用户兴趣本体相似度的计算方法,并通过用户兴趣相似度进行垂直加权,通过时间新颖度进行水平加权,从而利用改进的加权关联规则挖掘算法对用户感兴趣的领域本体中的概念进行挖掘,实现面向内容的协同推荐。     

高职院校学生阅读现状调查分析与图书馆服务对策

文章在对广东省各种专业的近一千名高职学生问巷调查结果的基础上。认真分析了目前高职学生的阅读现状，并针对普遍存在的问题提出了提高学生阅读兴趣和阅读能力的设想。     

图书馆在版权平衡中的多种利益角色分析

多种利益角色的存在是图书馆版权平衡提出的现实基础；如何科学合理地划分图书馆在版权平衡体系中的利益角色是实现图书馆版权平衡的最终落脚点。现对这两者的相关理论问题进行探讨。     

Ecological Study of Graduation Rates and GPA in a Library Credit Course

The purpose of this ecological study was to examine the impact of a library credit course on graduation rates and GPA using pre-existing records. Over 20?years of aggregate institutional data were analyzed to evaluate the course's impact on first-time-full-time, white, and black students. Results were mixed: students who took the course were less likely to graduate than their peers who did not take the course but enjoyed slightly higher GPAs at graduation. It was discovered that students taking the course are not representative of the overall student body and struggle academically. Implications for revisions to the library credit course are discussed.     

Institutional policy process improvement: using structurating activity theory to inform practice

Organizational communication scholars are increasingly called upon to use theoretical knowledge to address problematic processes in public institutions. This article reports a process improvement project focused on a university conflict of interest (COI) policy as an example of how scholars can engage theory to improve ongoing policy processes. The project team included communication scholars and research administration staff who designed, implemented, and evaluated the mixed-methods project guided by structurating activity theory. Baseline survey results were used to design the process improvement project. Results of the follow-up survey indicate that researchers who participated in some aspect of the process improvement project (i.e. attending a policy café, using the redesigned website, or reading the new Quick Reference Guide) reported higher levels of policy communication and knowledge and more positive attitudes toward the COI policy than researchers who had not engaged with process improvement efforts. We offer theoretical and practical implications of results for organizational communication scholars and practitioners.

通过对透析法、酸析法和冰冻法提取丝胶效果的比较,得出冰冻法是提取丝胶的较好的方法,其最佳的提取条件是:pH=4,-20℃,冰冻时间为13 h,丝胶液浓度为32.8%。
