中等职业学校校长国际化培训的研究与实践

职业教育国际化是现代社会尤其是现代经济发展的客观需求。中等职业教育要顺利实现国际化,首先是领导者要有国际化意识、国际化观念、国际化思想和国际化管理能力,这样才有可能主动参与职业教育国际化,推进中等职业教育国际化的进程。杨凌职业技术学院这几年举办陕西省中等职业学校校长国际化培训经验充分证实了这一点。     

“一带一路”背景下国际留学生培养模式构建研究

随着“一带一路”倡议的提出,来华留学生规模逐渐扩大。探索构建国际留学生创新应用型人才培养模式的重要意义,分析来华留学生培养现状,提出构建创新应用型人才培养模式措施,以期促进我国留学生教育的改革及发展,为“一带一路”建设服务。     

International Counseling Doctoral Students' Teaching Preparation: A Phenomenological Study

We conducted a phenomenological study of teaching preparation with 11 international counseling doctoral students. We identified four primary themes: (a) international identity becomes salient in teaching, (b) acculturation occurs in teaching, (c) teaching is relational, and (d) support system is critical to teaching preparation. Multicultural implications for preparing international doctoral students as emerging counselor educators are provided.     

一切有形,皆含道性 ——高校理工科课程的课程思政原则与教学策略

课程思政是一种新兴的育人模式,是将思政教育融入各专业课程,促使专业教学体现立德树人的教育理念。为了给理工科教师开展课程思政提供纲要性的指导,本文详细阐明了在理工科课程中开展课程思政的必要性、教学原则和教学规律,提出了具体的课程思政教学策略和教学要点,也对开展理工科课程思政教学所需要的教师素质提出了明确的要求。本文可望为理工科的课程思政教学提供较为全面的理论支持,有助于培养德才兼备、专业精湛的新时代学子。     

Counselor Educators’ Perceptions of and Experiences with International Students

Thirty-six counselor educators’ perceptions and experiences with international student trainees were examined in this online survey research. Findings support the issues identified in the literature as confronting international students and also surface some issues specific to students in counselor training. International counselor education students tend to experience more difficulties in areas related to language, clinical training, adjustment, and cultural differences. Similarities and differences were also found within international student categories involving western and non-western countries and between international and domestic students. Counselor educators in general reported favorably on working with international students. Findings support attention being given to further examine the specific training and supervisory needs of international counseling students.Portions of this article were presented at the 2003 Southern Association of Counselor Education and Supervision Conference, Chattanooga, U.S.A. and at the 2004 American Counseling Association Convention, Kansas City, Missouri, U.S.A.

公立高等教育筹资市场化：国际比较的观点

高等教育筹资市场化是指大学在市场经济条件下，依据市场经济运行的机制和规律，重构其筹资模式、运行机制和控制体系的过程。公立高等教育筹资市场化是当代国际高等教育筹资发展的基本趋势。从国际比较的观点出发，公立高等教育筹资市场化的主要表现形式有国家拨款的市场化倾向、社会力量投资、高校创收、贷款、收取学费等。面对市场化的两难选择，国际高等教育筹资都遵循一个基本的原则，就是兼顾公平与效率、公益与市场之间的合理平衡。     

全球霸权体系与当代国际恐怖主义

自从世界意义上的国际体系形成以来,大规模的战争和暴力是不同体系之间转换的基本形式.两极体系解体后,美国的霸权体系扩展到全球,国际恐怖主义暴力是当前体系转型中的能量释放,恐怖主义对国际社会具有极大的危害性,但不是国际社会的主流.国际社会的主流仍是国家间的竞争和合作.     

如何合理设计政治课堂教学中的问题

课堂教学中问题的设置要依据教学内容、目的、要求来进行,是探究式教学中尤为关键的一环。本文意在阐明课堂提问的关键在于要优化设计课堂教学中的问题,良好的、阶梯式的问题呈现,才能激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生的思想情感得到升华,才能将知识应用于实践。     

International experience,universities support and graduate employability – perceptions of Chinese international students studying in UK universities

Recent policy developments in English Higher Education have resulted in employability placed in the spotlight, whereby the success of universities will be measured based on graduate employment. This represents the latest focus placed on employability in the sector, as universities are increasingly expected to provide employment-ready graduates to meet the demands of a global economy. In response universities have invested considerable energy into initiatives and services to enhance the employability outcomes of graduates. However, institutions have largely been UK-centric on their focus, with limited attention paid to the employability needs of international students. In this paper, we report the outcomes of a study centred on the largest group of non-EU domiciled international students in the UK, those from Mainland China. Drawing on survey data we examine Mainland Chinese students’ attitudes to their employability and the support they engage with through their UK University. We pay specific attention to the opportunities presented through the ‘international’ nature of the HE experience, and consider how these are utilised by both the students, and their institutions, to develop their future employability. We conclude by proposing recommendations for universities and institutions to enhance the support offered to this often overlooked, but significant group of students.
