中学思想政治课教学改革的几点思考

Life trajectories of youth committing to climate activism

This article draws from a study investigating the life trajectories of 17 youth climate activists from 14 countries through semi-structured, life memory interviews using Internet-based methods. The interpretations of the interviews focus on the ways in which participants constructed the meanings and functions of experiences and how they represented the nature of the process of their committing to climate activism. Included in the interpretations are the nature of moments of consciously committing, the role of both concern for nature and for social justice, the dynamic and ceaseless process of committing, and the role of the youth climate movement. The discussion highlights the uniqueness of youth and of climate change in the process of committing. The research contributes to the limited but important literature on the life trajectories of youth climate activists.

文化带的建设模式为我国整合资源、协同推动区域文化建设提供了重要途径和有力抓手。场域内的优秀传统文化是文化带建设的核心无形资产,创造性转化创新性发展是文化带优秀传统文旅在新时代下实现资产增值、增强溢价能力的必然选择。同时,从游客视角来看,扩大品牌形象的认知、增强品牌形象吸引力和影响力,促进其在全球文化交流互鉴背景下国际化传播,是文化带传统文旅发展的必然趋势。从客观品牌形象塑造的视角来看,文化带传统优秀文旅品牌重塑的基本要求,一要科学凝练文化元素,唤醒传统文化之魅,又赋予其现代化之魂;二要形塑受众易感知的文化品牌形象符号,将艺术审美价值与品牌市场战略深度结合;三要重视品牌生命周期,其品牌理念应与时俱进,同时要有精准的受众定位。从受众主观感知视角来看,文化带传统文旅品牌需加强国际传播,其立足点是挖掘文化内涵,促进传统文旅品牌的价值传播,其突破点在于保持主体自觉性,利用好亲缘文化圈,提升国际传播能力。     

Performing mundane materiality: Actor-Network Theory,global student mobility and a re/formation of ‘social capital’

ABSTRACT

Social capital is a puzzling actor; made real by its allies. It has been ‘out-there’ in the form of scientific publications for decades. Although some characteristics are common to all elaborations of this theory (networks, trust, and norms), there remains confusion in determining a ‘coherent concept’ of social capital. In this paper, we make use of such ‘incoherence gap’ to open an experimental theoretical and, subsequently, analytical space. Based on empirical research with mobile students and assemblages of non-human actors, the paper offers two investigative gatherings. First, the Bourdieusian approach to ‘social capital’ is discussed, allowing relational ontologies to enter the scene. Second, consideration is given to issues of performativity and the relevance of materiality for empirical social capital investigations. Despite the degree of ontological security social capital has managed to achieve, we question the disregard for the performative role of non-human entities in the context of global student mobility.     

#Fallism and alter-globalisation: South African student movements as multi-institutional responses to globalisation

ABSTRACT

The South African student movements collectively referred to as #Fallism or #MustFall were more than resistance to fee increases. They were, and continue to be, movements targeting multiple institutions of Western coloniality and globalisation in tertiary education to establish economic and social equity, placing #Fallism within the broader global backlash against neoliberalism, neoconservativism, and Westernisation. This article makes three core claims: (1) modes of domination in globalisation are multi-institutional, thus alter-globalisation movements are also multi-institutional, (2) The goals of #Fallism in South Africa were, in part, related to alter-globalisation, and (3) #Fallism should be considered as a multi-institutional, alter-globalisation movement.

未来 10年 ,将是国际政治、经济新秩序的建立并替代旧秩序的关键时期 ,围绕建立国际政治、经济新秩序的国际政治斗争将在世界范围内全面展开。尽管美国和西方国家在国际新秩序的构建过程中不可避免地将居于主导地位 ,但决不是说第三世界国家就可以任人宰割 ,无所作为 ,完全屈从西方的优势。相反 ,第三世界仍然是 2 1世纪国际政治、经济和安全新秩序建设进程中不可或缺的力量 ,具有不可替代的作用。首先 ,尽管第三世界的整体实力较之美国与西方居于劣势 ,但也有所长 ,且呈增势 ,与美国和西方的实力对比差距无疑正在逐步缩小。其次 ,全球化加深了世界各国的相互依赖性 ,美国及西方国家在政治、经济、安全等领域对第三世界的依赖也在加深。第三 ,在政治上 ,第三世界还是制约美国及西方的霸权主张 ,促使国际新秩序臻于合理的中坚力量。第四 ,从国际格局看 ,第三世界还是世界走向多极化的重要政治基础。第五 ,第三世界是解决全球治理问题 ,建立国际安全保障体系的基本力量。在美国和西方国家占居实力优势和主导地位的不利条件下 ,第三世界国家要挫败美国与西方支持的国际新秩序模式 ,争取建立符合自己发展利益要求的、以公平、公正为原则的国际政治、经济新秩序 ,必须经过不懈努力。首先 ,要坚持不懈地发展综

追求国家利益是国家对外行为的根本动因,国际机制的创设与国家利益之间是一个极为复杂的动态博弈。不论是霸权国家还是非霸权国家,作为理性的经济人,都在不同程度上存在机会主义倾向,导致了国际合作的不确定性。根据博弈论等经济学理论,霸权国家主导创设国际机制有其内在动机。国家机会主义行为的产生也有其内在根源,因此在国际机制创设过程中如何减少机会主义的发生,维持稳定的国际合作显得尤为重要。
