论古代云南建水的国际交流

云南建水是中国历史文化名城。自古以来 ,建水就是民族迁徙的途经之路和聚居地 ,国际交流的交通要道和咽喉地带 ,历代王朝的军事前哨和边徼重地 ,民族文化融和的纽带和传播走廊 ,在古代的国际交流中扮演着重要角色。     

On international trade in educational services: an interpretation of the regulations and China’s WTO commitments

The General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) of the World Trade Organization (WTO) covers educational trade services. Hence, all the regulations of the GATS have to be followed in the international trade of educational services. Having acceded to the WTO, China is starting to fulfill the rights and obligations as a member by completely respecting international trade, services and intellectual property laws. At the same time, it is also starting to fulfill some of the commitments it made in the GATS, such as expanding activities on trade in educational services. 论国际技术转让中对商业秘密的保护

在当今的国际经济贸易中,国际技术转让日益增多,而作为技术转让的标的之一的商业秘密在技术转让中的地位越来越重要,因此需要通过法律等各种手段来保护商业秘密。     

建设可持续发展大学的国际借鉴——以加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学（UBC）为例

UBC的经验对我国高校建设可持续发展大学有如下启示:核心是促进师生员工的可持续发展;促进校园共同体的广泛参与;注重过程的持续改进;将可持续发展落实到学校工作的各方面;强调研究的同时也重视教学和服务。

随着经济全球化和区域一体化加强,高等教育担负着培养未来一代的全球观的历史使命将更加艰巨,高等教育国际化已成为不可阻挡的趋势。在国际化时代,我国高等教育既要有国际眼光、国际理念作指导,更要立足于本土的实际运作,坚持“国际化视野、本土化运作”的原则。在本土化运作中,我们要注重比较优势,坚持“引进来,走出去”,把我国高等教育引向国际舞台中心。     

对学术期刊规范化编排的思考

学术期刊实施规范化编排能够扩大期刊的知名度和影响力，提高学术论的利用率，使学术期刊在新兴媒体的挑战下获得新的发展机遇。学术期刊在实际工作中遇到许多客观上的障碍，如版面紧、作写作习惯、编辑工作量加大、主管部门评刊标准等等，这是规范化标准不能彻底执行的重要因素。山西财经大学学报编辑部在规范化编排方面总结出了一些成功的值得借鉴的经验。     

The role of further government intervention in Australian international education

Trade in Australian education services has expanded rapidly over recent years. The sector is the third largest exporter of Australian services. In 2001–2002, exports of education were about $A 4.2 billion. Government assistance to the sector includes export market development, regulation of education standards, and funding education activities; university research and development, for example. This paper examines the case for further government intervention in the export of education, and the appropriate forms of assistance if further government intervention is justified. The paper predominately focuses on assisting higher education exports because this activity dominates education exports.     

Exploring a new silent test of phonological awareness

This is the preliminary study of a test of phonologicalawareness which does not require that subjects speak or hear toparticipate. The test was designed to minimize memory loads, and tomeasure speeded written naming and segmentation-by-sound. Spelling datacan also be collected. Subjects have 45 seconds to name items in each oftwo sets of line drawings. The average frequency of the names variesacross these sets. In the third set, subjects must name the items, andalso segment the written names into their constituent sounds. This taskwas administered to disabled and normally-reading adults, with twocommon tests of phonological awareness. The new test discriminatedbetween the readers as reliably as the benchmark tasks, correlating witheach better than they correlated with each other. The new test was thenadministered to deaf adults, who performed similarly to the disabled(hearing) readers. The data represent the first direct demonstration ofphonological abilities in deaf subjects, using a task designedspecifically for that purpose.

中国加入WTO后 ,教育服务的观念逐渐被人们所认同 ,提出了“教育服务产品”、“教育服务是一种知识服务业”、“开放教育服务市场”、“教育服务贸易”、“国际教育服务贸易”、“教育服务能力”、“教育服务优势”等概念与观点。我们应彻底改革教育观念 ,真正树立教育服务理念 ,树立教育服务国际化、全球化的观念 ,努力开放教育贸易市场 ,发挥我国在教育项目上的优势 ,充分发挥教育服务的贸易经济作用 ,推进我国教育服务市场化、贸易化和国际化进程     

论经济法的使命与和谐社会构建

社会主义和谐社会，应该是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。这一目标的实现需要制度化、法律化保障。经济法的使命就是通过国家对社会经济的调节实现社会经济结构和运行协调、稳定和发展的目标，这与和谐社会的构建理念是一脉相承的。构建和谐社会，经济法大有作为。
