卓越工程师培养和校外实习基地建设的探索与实践

实施卓越工程师教育培养计划的过程中,校企合作培养模式是卓越工程师教育培养计划的重要组成部分.文章从"先进制造技术"校外实习基地的建设依据、建设措施(包括校外实习基地的选择、校外实习基地的管理体系、校外实习基地的课程建设及校外实习基地的实习质量的监控体系建设)等方面,探索与实践了"机械工程"专业卓越工程师教育培养,对其他专业的卓越工程师教育培养均有实用的参考价值.     

Growing the Profession: Mentoring Undergraduates for Librarianship

Since 2007, Brigham Young University Library has provided a paid internship program for undergraduates that allows them to work with a librarian in an academic setting to help them decide if they wish to pursue a master's degree in Library Science. This article describes the internship program and provides results of surveys given to both interns and library mentors regarding their expectations and outcomes. In a new addition to the program, interns now meet with multiple librarians to gain a broad understanding of library work and how different library areas function together.     

体育教师开发校本课程的动力研究——基于行为改造型激励理论

体育校本课程的开发在新课程改革中具有重要地位,自从《课标》实施以后,校本课程的开发一直不是特别理想。尝试利用行为改造型激励理论去深度剖析影响一线体育教师开发的动力问题,并依据该理论提出改变体育教师消极行为的方法,推动新课标的顺利实施。     

高职教育顶岗实习的学生权益保障研究

高职学生顶岗实习工作中的合法权益由谁承担往往发生争议,这是因为实习学生的身份何以定位造成。目前,实习学生的合法权益发生侵害一般不适用《劳动合同法》、《工伤保险条例》等劳动类法律法规,我们可以适用地方性法规,例《广东省高等学校学生实习与毕业生就业见习条例》,但高职学校实习如何管理制度化、法律法规完如何善等方面的改善都有利于保障学生的权益。     

Effects of learner–instructor relationship-building strategies in online video instruction

Although research has demonstrated that an increased rapport between instructors and learners can positively relate with increased learning gains, perhaps mediated by the positive attitudes toward the course and self-efficacy beliefs in the coursework, little has been done to test what instructional strategies might increase this rapport in online video-based instruction. This study compared online video-based instruction that made use of relationship-building strategies with online video-based instruction that did not use those strategies. The two instructions were identical in every other way. The results show that the attitudes of the college students were positively affected by the relationship building strategies in a statistically significant way (p = .025) and that learning gains were also positively affected at a very near-significant level (p = .052). The implications of the findings are discussed.     

Investigating effects of the quality of field experiences and personality on perceived teaching skills in German pre-service teachers for secondary schools

Quality of field experiences during teacher education as well as individual characteristics of student teachers are considered important for the development of teaching skills. In the present study we investigated both organizational and individual predictors of self-rated teaching skills in student teachers for secondary schools in Germany (N = 443). As predictor variables for teaching skills after a field experience we assessed the perceived quality of the internship as well as personality traits, as control variables prior educational experiences and academic abilities. The assessed quality feature “linking theory and practice” explained more variance in the prediction of teaching skills than personality traits.     

论民办高校政治辅导员的专业素养提升

民办高校政治辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是民办高等教育事业持续健康发展的有力保证。针对新时期民办高校及其学生的特点,政治辅导员必须从思想政治、道德素质、专业知识和科研等方面提升自身的专业素养,民办高校也要完善辅导员的选拔、培训、考核和晋升等制度,共同推进辅导员队伍建设,实现民办高校人才培养目标。     

高职化工类专业毕业设计（论文）的改革实践

针对高职院校化工专业毕业设计（论文）的实施情况,提出毕业论文、生产工艺流程分析报告、毕业实践工作手册等三类适应不同类型顶岗实习学生需求的毕业设计（论文）的分流实践模式,详细解析了不同类型毕业设计（论文）的具体指导要求,并进行了主要问题的剖析与对策分析。     

大学体育对社区体育的促进作用研究

运用文献资料法分析了社区体育发展中遇到的问题及大学体育潜在的优势。结果显示:社区体育的发展遇到了场馆设施不足、社会体育指导员缺乏及锻炼身体的成本较高等问题,而大学体育具有解决以上问题的优势。结论:大学体育可根据自身优势促进社区体育的发展。
