系统思维在心理治疗中的应用

精神分析、行为疗法和认知疗法的理论都具有决定论色彩、直线因果式的思维方式和单线性的动力学描述的局限。在心理治疗过程中应用系统思维是吸取和综合运用认知理论、行为主义理论、人本主义理论方法的有用成分，形成一种包容众长又优越于传统方法的整合的系统治疗方法。系统治疗方法代表着心理治疗发展的整合趋势，是一种在融合了各种治疗思想和技术基础上产生的新的治疗模式。     

音乐疗法对运动员运动性失眠的影响

通过查阅文献资料,总结了有关专家对运动疲劳以及音乐疗法研究的理论和成果。对运动性失眠产生的原因、主要的治疗方法、音乐疗法的历史背景和现状及音乐疗法对人体生理与心理的良好作用等方面进行探讨和研究,为教练员和运动员在训练和比赛后能及时消除运动疲劳以及运动性失眠提供参考依据。     

Supporting the emotional labour associated with teaching: considering a pluralistic approach to group supervision

This paper puts forward a framework for supervising teaching staff whose roles involve supporting the emotional well-being of young people and young adults. Initially, the increasing focus upon the interface between education and health is outlined and the potential for this ‘emotional labour’ to cause distress to those in helping roles is considered. Further, as a means of supporting these professionals, the rationale for, and importance of, reflexive practice is outlined. As such, self-care is promoted and clinical supervision related to this work is recommended. To account for the wide variety of ways of working with young people, a pluralistic framework for group supervision is outlined. This psychologically informed framework emphasises the importance of the supervisory alliance and breaks down the process into supervisory goals, tasks and methods. Each element is briefly described and the framework is suggested as a means of supporting those working in these contexts. This proposition is considered alongside a number of associated potential challenges and is outlined purposefully as a provocation to consider the implications of working in such a way within school settings.     

Adlerian Therapy With Recently Romantically Separated College‐Age Women

Most female students in college will experience the breakup of a romantic relationship. Romantic separation can negatively affect their emotional state, social relationships, and understanding of personal identity. Adler's theory of individual psychology (IP), with its focus on social interest and personal worldview, is a useful theoretical framework for assisting this population. In this article, the authors offer a case study to illustrate how college counselors can use an IP approach to meet the unique needs of recently romantically separated college women.     

Learning of musculoskeletal ligament stress testing in a gross anatomy laboratory

Human anatomy in physical therapy programs is a basic science course serving as a foundation for subsequent clinical courses. Integration of anatomy with a clinical emphasis throughout a curriculum provides opportunities for reinforcement of previously learned material. Considering the human cadaver laboratory as a fixed cost to our program, we sought opportunities to add value to the resource via vertical integration into a clinical skills course taught later in the curriculum. We designed an opportunity for second-year physical therapy students to revisit the human anatomy laboratory to study select clinical musculoskeletal tests and the associated anatomy in a clinically relevant context. Students performed select orthopedic ligament test on human cadavers, then incised specific structures and repeated the tests. Students were able to feel and visualize the function of pertinent anatomy associated with the clinical tests. Ninety-five percent of respondents reported that the ligament stress testing experience enhanced their understanding of orthopedic clinical tests with 91% reporting an enhanced understanding of anatomy related to specific clinical tests. Likewise, the experience was perceived as enjoyable and valuable with 86% of respondents reporting the experience as enjoyable and 100% responding the experience should continue as part of the curriculum.     

论音乐治疗对培养中学生心理健康的作用

鉴于音乐治疗功能和当代中学生心理健康教育的重要性的现状,本研究主要探讨音乐治疗对中学生心理健康的教育。通过对中学生心理健康的分析,在多元智能理论的指导下,结合音乐治疗理论,积极开展音乐治疗在中学生心理健康教育中的运用与实施,改善中学生的身心健康。     

业余足球运动员踝关节损伤的原因及治疗

通过查阅相关资料,并参与山西省太原市业余足球比赛若干场次,对在比赛中踝关节急性损伤的运动员进行各期治疗并进行对比,观察疗效。结果显示：业余足球运动员踝关节损伤后未处理的,痊愈率为17％;只进行前期处理的,痊愈率为50％;进行前期、中期、后期治疗的,痊愈率为100％。     

图书馆阅读疗法本土化困境及其消解

近年来我国阅读疗法的研究已经具备了越来越多的本土化特征,但阅读疗法理论和实践具有局限性。阅读疗法只有通过规范化、多元化、网络化发展渠道,与"身心灵"导引相结合,并整合多种治疗方法,才能最大限度地发挥作用。     

绘画团体心理辅导对初中生心理耐挫力的干预研究--以自尊为切入点

为探讨以自尊为切入点的绘画团体心理辅导在提升初中生心理耐挫力中的干预效果,将心理耐挫力问卷总分在0-12分的16名初二学生随机分为两组,8人为实验组,8人为对照组。实验组参加绘画团体心理辅导,每周一次,每次两小时,共8次;对照组同时进行日常的心理活动课。采用心理耐挫力问卷、自尊量表在干预前、后对被试进行测查。结果显示：与对照组相比,实验组被试在干预前的心理耐挫力和自尊量表得分无显著差异,在干预后的心理耐挫力和自尊量表得分显著提高。研究表明以提升自尊为切入点的绘画团体心理辅导是提升中学生心理耐挫力的有效方法。
