Student feedback channels in Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees: insights for international joint programmes

This article explores the status of student feedback channels and the role of student representatives in the quality assurance and enhancement of Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD) programmes. It provides an analysis of 1941 open-ended survey responses, covering 87 EMJMD programmes and involving respondents of 129 nationalities. The findings indicate that students and alumni feel that they should be involved in shaping key aspects of their programmes. The results suggest that organisational culture, national policies and regulations bear little relevance to students, as their needs transcend borders and contexts. The study suggests that further harmonisation in internal quality assurance processes would be welcomed by students as they recognise good practice in eliciting student feedback. The empirical findings can be useful in providing policy makers and researchers with a snapshot of prevailing issues in student engagement in quality assurance in the context of international joint programmes.

混合身份共同犯罪问题研究

混合身份共同犯罪指的是有特定身份者与无特定身份者利用有身份者的特定身份实施的,仅由有身份者才能构成的犯罪。混合身份共同犯罪的核心问题是其定性问题。这一问题一直在学界存在较大的争议,学者们提出了主犯罪质决定说、实行犯罪质决定说、分别定罪说、身份犯罪质决定说等四种学说。这四种有关定性的学说都存在不可避免的缺点,很难较为完美的解决混合身份共同犯罪的定性问题。笔者提出了以实行行为为混合身份共同犯罪的定性标准,较为妥当的解决了混合身份共同犯罪的定性问题。     

共有产权住房保障模式研究——以淮安为例

淮安共有产权住房保障模式有效解决了传统经济适用房产权模糊、退出困难、权力寻租严重和国有资产流失等弊端,并在实践中取得了明显成效。它以其独特的功能和作用,成为我国住房保障体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分。     

高职院校信息类专业文理分科生源成绩差异分析

运用统计学方法,对高职院校的文理生成绩差异性进行了分析。研究结果表明：以理工课程为主的信息类专业,文理生的基础课成绩差异明显,专业课成绩差异不大。文科生源的增加,并没有降低学院总体的教学水平。在生源减少的情况下,适当增加文科生的招生比例是可行的。通过成绩变化趋势的分析,为提高教学质量提供改进建议。     

中外合作项目学生词汇策略训练研究

为探索策略训练对中外合作办学学生词汇学习的效果,以100名合作办学项目一年级学生为研究对象,进行了为期一学年的词汇策略培训。结果表明：策略培训有助于改善学生学习观念。经培训,学生词汇策略使用意识增强,使用的类别有所增加,使用频率有所提高。策略培训有助于提高学生词汇水平,训练对低分组学生帮助更明显。培训前后,男生较女生在词汇量和词汇策略使用方面的变化更显著。     

共有中应有部分及其处分问题研究

共有中应有部分的问题历来就是物权法中一个争议颇多的问题,随着我国《物权法》的制定与施行,我们更有了一个探讨的平台。笔者认为应有部分的存在与否不应是共同共有与按份共有的主要区别,共同共有中同样具有应有部分,按份共有的应有部分基本上可以自由处分,共同共有的应有部分的处分则受到了很大的限制。     

The way collaboration benefits vocational students: a case study of a joint venture college in China

International collaborations in the vocational and training (VET) sector have grown significantly in the past three decades in China as well as in other parts of the world. Despite its growing prominence, it remains a largely under-researched field compared to the large volume of research on universities’ internationalization. In particular, it is unclear how internationalization practices improve vocational students’ academic and social competencies and readiness for employment. This case study was intended to fill this current gap in the literature by investigating a selected joint venture VET college in China. This study employed a wealth of data as evidence that international programmes could benefit vocational students in their English skills, professional knowledge, intercultural competence, and personal and career development. In additional to the opportunities created for vocational students, international programmes are expected to offer workplace experience and design a curriculum that suits students with different future plans. The findings of this study indicate that international collaborations in the VET sector have the potential not only to better prepare vocational students for life and employment, but also to address the challenges facing the VET system in developing economies.
