竞技体操现场技术姿态特征识别系统

人体动作姿态的识别是当前研究的热点,而对于运动员技术姿态的计算是非常困难的但其应用十分广泛。针对竞技体操现场中运动员的技术姿态识别展开研究,通过监控设备对竞技体操现场进行图像采集,对图像进行关节点标定,利用加权量化矩阵表示技术姿态特征用以解决不同关节点的权重区分度问题,经过权重修正后的关节点相对坐标作为技术姿态特征用以解决标定关节点时产生的误差所造成的识别精度下降的问题,基于多种姿态特征建立技术姿态描述算子并构建特征数据库,用于训练基于支持向量机的多类分类器,以实现竞技体操现场中对体操运动员技术姿态特征的识别。实验表明,提出的方法实现了11种体操运动员运动姿态的特征识别,在识别效率和精度上具有令人满意的结果。

采用实验对比法,就踝关节柔韧训练法在游泳教学中的作用进行探析。结果显示,加强踝关节柔韧训练,可使教学周期平均缩短11,3％,学生的游速也提高了。

Collaborative research for sustainable learning: the case of developing innovation capabilities at Volvo Cars

This paper aims to make a contribution to the stream of literature on action research by describing a longitudinal collaborative research project which evolved out of a long-term, participation partnership with Volvo Cars. The collaboration was aimed at developing innovation capabilities in the company and accumulating knowledge on how capabilities are developed. The paper provides insights into the design of collaborative research projects to enable mutual, sustainable learning. It draws on key notions in the literature on collaborative management research and action learning, highlighting the research design of the project at Volvo Cars and its relations to action learning. The paper describes how the research design opened the way to establishing a learning system at Volvo Cars while simultaneously generating new scientific knowledge within the area of innovation capabilities. The paper provides rich and detailed data on a collaborative research setting and highlights key aspects related to organizing and undertaking collaborative research.     

研究生导师与辅导员合力育人——价值意蕴、现实困境与路径选择

研究生导师与辅导员合力育人是适应研究生成长成才需要的内在要求,是优化思想政治教育协同育人的重要途径,也是高校落实立德树人根本任务的现实需要。本文以湖南省高校为例,针对现阶段高校合力育人机制普遍运行不畅,育人成效不显著的实际问题,以研究生导师与辅导员为调研对象收集数据,从两个育人主体视角分析二者合力育人存在的问题以及原因,并在此基础上探索构建合力育人机制的有效途径,提出通过优化布局、完善机制、增进共识、搭建平台等多种渠道,确保两个育人主体的作用发挥出合力的最大功效。     

论地方院校研究生联合培养基地的构建

在新形势下积极探索研究生联合培养基地培养模式,对我国高层次创新型人才的培养有十分重要的作用。建立研究生联合培养基地,要充分结合自身的实际情况和特点,因地制宜,从实际出发,根据各类学校不同学科、特点,提出不同的要求和作法,并根据实际情况的改变而随时调整。     

本科生校际交流联合培养模式改革的思考

开展本科生校际交流联合培养是高等学校人才培养模式改革的新尝试,这一交流平台的搭建,不仅有利于学生整体素质的提高,而且可以有效推进高校间多领域的交流和合作,有利于优质资源共享、优势互补,达到共同发展的目的。在校际交流工作实施过程中存在思想认识、制度建设、学生管理等方面的问题,高校需从完善管理机制、建立健全规章制度、优化课程体系、加强二级学院间的交流和合作等环节入手,逐步改善合作的效果,确保改革的顺利进行。     

Chinese business students’ changes in beliefs and strategy use in a constructively aligned PBL course

This study adopted a longitudinal retrospective case study approach to investigate Chinese business students’ transitional learning experience in a problem-based learning (PBL) course with innovative assessment practices. The study focused on students’ beliefs and strategy use in a constructively aligned PBL course for business communication. Eight students who had made notable progress were chosen for retrospective analysis. The data included 48 journal entries, interviews, and writing samples collected at different stages of the course. This study identified taxonomies of participants’ beliefs about learning and writing, their perceptions of assessment, and their strategy use for learning. It also examined changes in beliefs, perceptions, and strategy use to determine the nature of the students’ learning experience in this PBL course. Findings suggest a recognised need to design PBL courses that align social constructivist learning principles with students’ beliefs and strategies. The results also highlight the importance of developing appropriate assessment rubrics to enhance student engagement with PBL learning for improved outcomes.     

关于共同危险行为法律制度的几点思考——兼评《关于审理人身损害赔偿案件适用法律若干问题的解释》之第4条

2003年12月4日最高人民法院审判委员会第1299次会议通过的《关于审理人身损害赔偿案件适用法律若干问题的解释》之第4条,在新中国民法中首次确立了共同危险行为法律制度。但是,由于人们对其比较陌生,经常将它与其他侵权行为相混淆。深入研究其起源和发展状况,有利于揭示该法律制度的创设意义和发展规律;对其构成要件做深入分析,有利于把握其实质,并最终将其与其他侵权行为区分开来,对于澄清理论误解,引导司法实践,都具重要意义。
