萨特:接受美学的理论先驱

萨特提出了有关文学接受的一系列观点,如阅读过程中读者的参与、情感的介入、阅读即创造、阅读是读者的预测和期待等。这些观点后来为接受美学理论所接受并被文学批评实践反复证明。其中某些观点虽有偏颇之处,然其功绩不容忽视。

生命在阅读中成长——论生本教育的阅读理念

生本教育主张学习的主体是儿童生命自身,承认儿童具有学习的天性和无限的潜能,坚持把学习的主动权还给学生,提出学习是生命的自我提升和自我完善的活动。在这样的理论基础之上,生本教育认为阅读是儿童生命体和知识生命体的对话,这种对话是悟感展开与感悟生成的过程,而正是通过感悟,儿童生发了原智、原德和原美,儿童的生命得以自我成长与提升。     

Narrative transportability,leisure reading,and genre preference in children 9–13 years old

Leisure reading behavior is a key predictor of educational success. Transportability is a trait that determines how likely an individual is to become involved in a story, and past research has suggested that involvement may be related to leisure reading behavior. However, available measures of transportability have not been validated with children or related to leisure reading. To address this gap, children 9–13 years old (N = 136) completed a revised version of the Transportability Scale. A 13-item version of the scale was found to be unidimensional, reliable, and predictive of 6% of the variance in leisure reading (above and beyond sex, age, reading ability, and student performance). Transportability was also related to genre preference and several interesting sex differences emerged. The Transportability Scale provides researchers with a psychometrically sound measure of narrative involvement to advance research on leisure reading.     

How Specific are Specific Comprehension Difficulties? An Investigation of Poor Reading Comprehension in Nine-Year-Olds

This study explores the incidence of poor comprehenders, that is, children identified as having reading comprehension difficulties, despite age-appropriate word reading skills. It supports the findings that some children do show poor reading comprehension, despite age-appropriate word reading, as measured with a phonological coding test. However, the proportion of poor comprehenders was smaller than the frequently reported 10–15%, and smaller yet, when average sight word recognition, measured with an orthographic coding test, was also set as a criterion for word reading skill. Compared to average comprehenders, the poor comprehenders’ orthographic coding and daily reading of literary texts were significantly below those of average readers. This study indicates that a lack of reading experience, and likewise, a lack of fluent word reading, may be important factors in understanding 9-year-old poor comprehenders’ difficulties.

"深层阅读"教学启示

对于英语课文的教学，如果只限于文字理解，只能称作“初步阅读”。若在此基础上，对作品中的人物性格、故事情节、写作风格、主题思想等进行分析、讨论，则上升为“深层阅读”。
