推进行业信息化进程的中期评估方案设计与研究

Informatization construction is an unprecedented project, so examining the implementation of its development program termly is around the comer. Besides, based on the problems found during the examinations, the program should be emended regularly to guarantee the successful implementation of the development program in the 10^th Five-Year Plan of Infonnatization. The domestic research on evaluating informatization is concentrated on the estimation of social informatization. In this article, based on the analysis on the evaluating work of informatization, the midterm evaluation indices and the evaluating scheme of industrial informatization construction are discussed, and using CAAC as an exarnple,a midterm evaluation scheme of industrial informatization construction in the Five-Year Plan of Informatization is given.

本文针对评判工作中的不确定性特征^[1]，引进概率论中的随机变量，利用二项式分布及De Moivre-Laplace中心极限定理，建立了评委投票上限模型，并且给出了投票结果的区间估计，介绍了武汉某高校2000年职称评定工作应用的示例。     

Constructive guidance and feedback for learning: the usefulness of exemplars,marking sheets and different types of feedback in a first year law subject

Criteria and standards‐based assessment models are increasingly being adopted by universities as effective practice. However the promise of these models of assessment may not be realised unless teachers can find ways of making criteria and standards understandable to students. Exemplars or examples of previous students’ work of high and low quality can make criteria and standards concrete. Recent research has focussed on the use of exemplars to help students understand criteria and standards, and less emphasis has been given to exemplars simply as guides for students. This mixed methods study explores students’ perceptions of the usefulness of exemplars and different types of feedback for guiding them in completing assessments. A combination of engaging in marking and discussing exemplars, and receiving individualised and standards‐based feedback provides the most helpful guidance for students’ effective learning.     

略论刑事违法性之确定

确定刑事违法性,应当遵循刑法总则和刑法分则相统一、刑法规范和非刑法规范相结合及主客观相统一的原则,以刑法规范和非刑事法律为确定依据。普通刑法刑事违法性确定,要以刑法分则规定为依据,在社会危害性这一犯罪本质特征指导下展开;单行刑法刑事违法性确定要与普通刑法总则性规定相统一,对单行刑法中的总则性规定,应当根据特别法优于普通法的原则而优先适用单行刑法中的总则性规定。     

Criterion‐related validity of two curriculum‐based measures of mathematical skill in relation to reading comprehension in secondary students

This study analyzed the relationship between benchmark scores from two curriculum‐based measurement probes in mathematics (M‐CBM) and student performance on a state‐mandated high‐stakes test. Participants were 298 students enrolled in grades 7 and 8 in a rural southeastern school. Specifically, we calculated the criterion‐related and predictive validity of benchmark scores from CBM probes measuring math computation and math reasoning skills. Results of this study suggest that math reasoning probes have strong concurrent and predictive validity. The study also provides evidence that calculation skills, while important, do not have strong predictive strength at the secondary level when a state math assessment is the criterion. When reading comprehension skill is taken into account, math reasoning scores explained the greatest amount of variance in the criterion measure. Computation scores explained less than 5% of the variance in the high‐stakes test, suggesting that it may have limitations as a universal screening measure for secondary students.
