Key concepts in postgraduate certificates in higher education teaching and learning in Australasia and the United Kingdom

Post‐colonial theories about liminality, hybridity, unhomeliness, and identity form a novel lens through which to re‐theorise educational development work. Applying these conceptual frameworks allows practitioners and the academics they work with the opportunity to problematise some of educational development’s colonial underpinnings and assumptions. They also enable an exploration of the states of betweenness that form educational developers’ identities and impact implicitly and explicitly upon the nature of their changing practices. This paper seeks to read educational development and research supervisor development in particular “against the grain”. It also seeks to illustrate these concepts through some vignettes of my academic development practice.

Les théories postcoloniales portant sur les notions de “liminality”, “hybridity”, “unhomeliness”, ainsi que sur la notion d’identité constituent un nouvel angle sous lequel nous pouvons réenvisager les travaux dans le domaine du développement pédagogique. L’application de tels cadres conceptuels offre aux praticiens, ainsi qu’aux universitaires auprès de qui ils/elles oeuvrent, l’occasion d’envisager les problèmes associés aux bases et pré‐supposés colonialistes du développement pédagogique. Ces cadres facilitent aussi l’exploration des états reliés à la notion de “between‐ness”, lesquels contribuent à la formation de l’identité des conseillers pédagogiques et ont un impact à la fois implicite et explicite sur la nature des pratiques en mutation. Cet article cherche à effectuer une lecture du développement pédagogique et du développement de la supervision de recherche en adoptant plus particulièrement une approche “against the grain”. L’article cherche aussi à illustrer ces cadres par des vignettes de ma pratique.     

Enacting key skills-based curricula in secondary education: lessons from a technology-mediated,group-based learning initiative

Bridge21 is an innovative approach to learning for secondary education that was originally conceptualised as part of a social outreach intervention in the authors’ third-level institution whereby participants attended workshops at a dedicated learning space on campus focusing on a particular model of technology-mediated group-based learning. This paper analyses the current expansion of the Bridge21 project to mainstream schools against a backdrop of government-led reforms for lower secondary education in Ireland. The key skills central to the proposed reforms aim to make education more relevant to the challenges of twenty-first-century living and, among other goals, to empower students to think critically, communicate effectively and work collaboratively. This paper investigates the viability of the Bridge21 model in facilitating the promotion of a selection of these key skills within the context of two case study schools.     

英语演讲能力与高职学生关键能力培养的研究

演讲作为人们交流的一种重要方式,也是现代社会对人才要求的一项关键能力。以二语习得理论为依据,结合Krashen的输入假说和Swain的可理解输出假说,辽宁装备制造职业技术学院通过以培养和提升学生英语演讲能力为切入点,来带动其他基本能力,最终达到了提升学生英语表达能力、英语写作能力、跨文化交际能力、解决问题能力和自信心及勇气的目的。     

英国《国家设计与技术课程标准》评介

英国的技术教育具有悠久的历史,其课程设置有着自己显著的优势和特点。通过介绍英国《国家设计与技术课程标准》的学习计划和基于标准的评价体系,分析其特点,联系我国中小学技术教育的现状提出了几点启示,为我国基础技术教育的发展和完善提供借鉴。     

高职院校重点专业内涵建设的实践研究

近年来,随着政府和社会对高等职业教育投入的高度关注以及外部环境逐步改善,高职院校的内涵建设与环境优化也日趋重要。其中,专业内涵建设的重要性日益凸显,不少院校把专业内涵建设当作发展学校核心竞争力的重要内容。通过对首批28所国家示范院校之一的南宁职业技术学院重点专业内涵建设的实践研究,探索高职教育的专业属性、专业内涵、实践路径和特色建设及创新发展规律。     

两个无证书两方认证密钥协商协议分析

利用对无证书密钥协商协议常见的攻击方法,分析了两个无证书两方认证密钥协商协议的安全性.基于不同秘密信息泄露情况,分别对两个协议给出了密钥泄露伪装攻击、临时密钥泄露攻击等多种攻击方法.结果表明,两个协议都存在严重的安全缺陷.     

一种基于双线性对的三方密钥交换协议

利用双线性对理论,提出一种三方密钥交换协议,并对协议的正确性和安全性进行了分析。所提出的协议中,用户的公钥由其身份信息经过哈希计算而得,私钥生成中心PKG生成用户的私钥,三个用户间的会话密钥由双线性对计算出。分析表明,所提出的协议是正确的,也是安全的。     

“本科插班生”考试背后的职教深层次矛盾探析

"本科插班生"考试虽然为部分高职毕业生进入本科学习提供了有效途径,但也造成职业教育"终结性教育"的形象被强化、高职教育人才培养体系断裂、职教规模隐性萎缩等问题。这些问题反映出职业教育教育政策与学生的升学需求之间、单一的人才培养规格与市场对人才多样化需求之间、学历层次与学位结构之间脱节的深层次矛盾。抓住这些主要矛盾,调整"本科插班生"考试政策、发展高职本科、建立相应的职业教育学位制度,可以有效解决插班生考试的问题,推动职业教育的可持续发展。     

论项目管理在骨干高职院校项目建设中的应用

项目管理知识因其特有的科学、实效性,越来越多的在教育行业得到应用。本文以笔者所在学校的国家骨干高职院校建设项目的实践为基础,从骨干校建设的启动、组织建设、机制设计、绩效考核等方面,浅议项目管理在国家骨干高职院校项目建设中的应用。     

引进娱乐节目的中国式生长

自从2010年《中国达人秀》第一季获得巨大成功后,引进海外节目的版权取代了单纯的模仿,成为了国内卫视节目制作业的新一轮风潮。《中国达人秀》在节目内容、文化构成、审美品格、受众组成等方面具有成功的本土化经验,通过其经验可以得出对于引进娱乐节目本土化的普遍性建议。
