荷马史诗中关于政治领袖的术语

本文主要讨论了荷马史诗中出现的关于政治领袖的术语，分析了它们、尤其是瓦那克斯和巴赛列斯在史诗中的意义及其在政治生活中的地位，指出其在政治领袖术语的使用上相当模糊，其中不少并不是指真正的政治领袖。它们表明，迈锡尼时代的君主和官僚制度到荷马时代已经崩溃，并不强大的王权开始衰落，贵族政治逐渐兴起，古典时代的希腊城邦已经萌芽。因此，史诗的背景虽然被放在迈锡尼时代，真正描写的却是公元前10－前8世纪、尤其是公元前8世纪的希腊世界。     

Middle leaders and middle leadership in schools: exploring the knowledge base (2003–2017)

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this article is to explore the development of the knowledge base on middle leadership in schools. Since the seminal reviews conducted by Bennett a contemporary scan only of the scholarly literature on middle leaders/leadership in schools has not been undertaken. Consequently, this article looks at outputs relating to this topic by examining research papers indexed in the Web of Science and in SCOPUS between 2003 and 2017. The prime purpose of this review is to offer some reflections on the development of the empirical base on middle leadership in schools since 2003 and to highlight some of the implications for future research. The article concludes that middle leadership in schools remains an ongoing focus of research inquiry in a growing number of countries but suggests that the knowledge base would benefit from more sophisticated empirical studies and greater theoretical analysis.     

Principals as Literacy Leaders with Indigenous Communities (PALLIC) building relationships: one school’s quest to raise Indigenous learners’ literacy

In 2011 to 2012, 48 schools in the Northern Territory, South Australia and Queensland participated in the Principals as Literacy Leaders with Indigenous Communities (PALLIC) project. Central to this project was the establishment of positive working relationships between school principals and Indigenous community leaders in order to improve Indigenous literacy rates. Professional development in leadership skills and effective literacy instruction was provided through five professional learning modules. Participants worked together to create an action plan to support the literacy achievement of Indigenous students in their schools and communities. This article presents a case study of one participating school in Northern Queensland that successfully utilised the PALLIC framework to facilitate leadership actions and activities between Indigenous community and school leaders in order to form productive partnerships for the teaching of reading. In particular, the case study highlights the way that school leaders and Indigenous leaders established shared leadership and shared ways of learning in the school for reading outcomes of Indigenous students.

领导者在组织中起着关键作用，是组织内的核心人物，其主要职能是指挥引导、沟通协调和激励鼓舞等，领导行为是一个通过使用各类权力来影响下属的过程，有效领导的基础是领导者的权威，实现有效领导的途径是合理用权，授权是一种特殊的权力分配形式，是领导者从程序化事物工作中解脱出来的最好办法，领导者要实施有效管理，必须学会授权，而且要掌握授权的艺术，如要掌握好授权的权限和时机，要认真挑选合适的授权人选．要分不同情况采取灵活的授权方式．还应避免授权中的错误。

纵观党的80年历史，中共三代领导核心以马克思主义为指导，着力解决中国化建设在不同阶段面临的不同问题，毛泽东的化观着力解决中国化建设的根本出路问题；邓小平的化观着力探求中国社会主义事业繁荣的实现途径；江泽民的化观着力揭示面向新世纪中国共产党化建设的时代内核与发展方向。     

Applying the communication theory of Diffusion of Innovations to economic sciences: a response to the ‘Using gossips to spread information’ experiments conducted by the 2019 Nobel Laureates

ABSTRACT

Drs Abhijit Banergee, Esther Duflo, and Michael Kremer won the 2019 Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences for their remarkable series of large-scale field experiments to lessen global poverty. The main theoretical framework that they employed was the diffusion of innovations research and practice paradigm (DOI) which has had a long presence in communication research dating back to the 1940s. Here, we reviewed the Nobel laureates’ article, ‘Using gossips to spread information: Theory and evidence from two randomized controlled trials,’ that is illustrative of how economists applied the communication theory of diffusion of innovations to their projects of social change. The present article poses questions and makes recommendations for similar future projects from a communication perspective.

切实加强高校领导干部经常性的思想政治教育,是巩固保持共产党员先进性教育成果的需要;是由他们在高等教育事业中的地位作用和少数领导干部思想政治素质不过硬的现状决定的。必须切实加强对高校领导干部进行以马克思主义基本理论、马克思主义世界观、宪法和“宗旨”、廉政勤政为主要内容的思想政治教育。
