南唐后主李煜是五代时很有成就的一位词人,从国主到囚徒的沧桑巨变,使他前后两期的词呈现出不同的风貌。从时段上看,李煜前期的词多描写风花雪月,未脱“花间”习气;而国破家亡后的俘虏生活及由此产生的孤寂、悲凉的心境,使他的词转为写思乡之情、亡国之恨,而这恰恰也成就了其被称为千古绝唱一批词作,使这位亡国之君成为了词史上承前启后的“南面王”。  相似文献

用纯语言(包括属性值、属性权重、专家权重)形式对高等院校图书馆图书采购招标中书商的选择排序进行了量化处理。首先由专家按各自偏好给出语言评价矩阵、语言属性权重,然后用纯语言加权算术平均算子和纯语言算术混合集结算子对群决策矩阵进行集结。该方法简便易行,且能充分用专家所给的信息,所得决策结果科学、合理。最后通过实例说明该方法的实用性和有效性。  相似文献

在数字通信中,信道的多径传播和衰落特性常在接收端引起码间干扰(ISI)并降低信噪比,严重影响了通信质量。本文研究了空间分集与盲均衡相结合的空间分集均衡技术(SDE),提出了一种基于等增益合并和判决反馈盲均衡的空间分集均衡算法,以克服码间干扰并消除衰落对通信系统所带来的不利影响。通过计算机仿真对空间分集均衡算法和传统盲均衡算法的性能进行了对比,结果表明空间分集均衡技术优于传统的盲均衡技术,提高了数字通信性能。  相似文献

Corporate mergers and the consolidation of ownership in the American communications arena have long been sources of concern. U.S. regulatory and antitrust policy traditionally attempted to secure a “diversity of voices” structurally, largely through rules regarding ownership. Although the meaning of diversity was always problematic and undertheorized, the Federal Communications Commission long set ceilings on the numbers of broadcast outlets any single person or corporation could own and enacted cross-ownership rules such as a prohibition against a corporation owning a newspaper and broadcast outlets in the same market. These rules, and the FCC's authority to make them, were upheld, occasionally even compelled, by the federal appellate courts. In the last 20 years, however, legal trends, in conjunction with political developments, have undermined the diversity rationales behind ownership rules and associated structural regulations of mass media. Paradoxically, even as media corporations are becoming larger and presumably more powerful, ownership regulations are being rescinded or struck down. This article explains this history. It concludes with a suggestion that the First Amendment metaphor of a marketplace of ideas is misplaced, and of how our thinking about media ownership and diversity might be better served by the metaphor of a mixed media system.  相似文献

绿春县城一带13个村落延续了700多年的"阿倮欧滨"祭祀,不仅是哈尼族传统文化的可贵传承,更是哈尼族生态保护的典范实践。表层意义上,"阿倮欧滨"联合祭祀不断强化着祭祀圈13个村落的地缘联系,以及母寨"窝拖布玛"在其中的神圣地位;深层意义上,联合祭祀是对红河南岸哈尼族地区至关重要的水源地"阿倮欧滨"及其周围林地的持续有效保护。"阿倮欧滨"祭祀作为绿春哈尼族传统文化深层内核机制,持续不断地发挥着对当地生物多样性的保护功能。  相似文献

Science educators are confronted with the challenge to accommodate in their classes an increasing cultural and linguistic diversity that results from globalization. Challenged by the call to work towards valuing and keeping this diversity in the face of the canonical nature of school science discourse, we propose a new way of thinking about and investigating these problems. Drawing on the work of Mikhail Bakhtin, we articulate epicization and novelization as concepts that allow us to understand, respectively, the processes of (a) centralizing and homogenizing culture and language and (b) pluralizing culture and language. We present and analyze three examples that exhibit how existing mundane science education practices tend, by means of epicization, towards a unitary language and to cultural centralization. We then propose novelization as a way for thinking the opening up of science education by interacting with and incorporating alternative forms of knowing that arise from cultural diversity. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The prestige accorded to standard language varieties, particularly within the field of education, together with language management role of schools with respect to the variety and the extent to which linguistic differences construct discontinuous relationships between the school and specific social groups provide the rationale for this paper. This qualitative study, based on a friendship focus group design, was conducted with two groups of 12-year-old children from contrasting ‘ideal type’, socio-economic groups over the period of one school year. Findings outline specific practices where the linguistic expectations and demands within school-space create different implications and outcomes for middle-class and working-class children as a result of their linguistic experiences in non-school space. The implications of these linguistic interactions on patterns of engagement with the school among the children in the sample are also considered.  相似文献
