利用现代传媒信息推动政治教育教学改革

利用现代传媒信息搞教改是一条符合现代信息社会特点,符合受教育者心理特点,符合学习活动固有规律的、可行的改革之路。具体应从三方面着手:要收集相关信息资料,建立传媒信息教学资料库;要抓好各教学环节,尽可能多而有序地利用资料库的教育教学资源;要构建全方位的政治教育教学体系。     

高职院校要以质量为核心,走产学结合之路

高等职业教育在产学结合中还存在许多问题，高职院校要在竞争中求生存、求发展，就必须以培养学生的能力为基础，以质量为主线，构建产学良性发展之路，培养高质量的应用型人才。     

龙崇拜研究述评

20世纪初以来,龙崇拜研究在龙崇拜的起源、龙形的演变、龙崇拜的文化涵义、龙崇拜的性质、龙崇拜与中国政治、少数民族崇龙习俗以及中外龙俗比较等方面取得了丰富的成果,但是仍然存在许多薄弱环节。龙崇拜研究从整体上来说至今仍然处于水平较低的阶段,这种状况亟待改变。     

职业院校“三类六环”实习模式的构建研究

学生实习是职业院校进一步提升人才培养质量,实现“三全育人”目标的重要途径。针对职校学生实习过程中出现的各种问题,结合职业教育教学诊改工作要求,学校可构建“三类六环”实习模式。该模式可以有效避免学生实习过程中出现的一些问题,使学生的安全得到保证、权益得到落实,校企合作更加深入,实习质量得到显著提升。     

Searching high and low: what types of firms use universities as a source of innovation?

This paper examines the factors that influence why firms draw from universities in their innovative activities. The link between the universities and industrial innovation, and the role of different search strategies in influencing the propensity of firms to use universities is explored. The results suggest that firms who adopt “open” search strategies and invest in R&D are more likely than other firms to draw from universities, indicating that managerial choice matters in shaping the propensity of firms to draw from universities.     

The effectiveness of Web search engines for retrieving relevant ecommerce links

Ecommerce is developing into a fast-growing channel for new business, so a strong presence in this domain could prove essential to the success of numerous commercial organizations. However, there is little research examining ecommerce at the individual customer level, particularly on the success of everyday ecommerce searches. This is critical for the continued success of online commerce. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of search engines in the retrieval of relevant ecommerce links. The study examines the effectiveness of five different types of search engines in response to ecommerce queries by comparing the engines’ quality of ecommerce links using topical relevancy ratings. This research employs 100 ecommerce queries, five major search engines, and more than 3540 Web links. The findings indicate that links retrieved using an ecommerce search engine are significantly better than those obtained from most other engines types but do not significantly differ from links obtained from a Web directory service. We discuss the implications for Web system design and ecommerce marketing campaigns.

由于简单化地理解教育理论与教育实践的联系,忽略丰富的"中间环节",致使它成为当前理论与实践联系的"瓶颈"。在教育理论与实践相互推动的四个阶段中,"中间环节"表现为多座"桥梁"以及理论走向实践、实践走向理论两个方向的多种层次内容。要关注教育理论和实践联系的中间环节,不仅需要理论工作者和实践工作者两个队伍在不同结合点上进行合作,还必须克服当前认识上、队伍上和制度上的障碍。     

Teaching–research relations,cross-disciplinary collegiality and student learning

University students experience of cross-disciplinary collegiality and interaction with research-active teachers are explored using the results from two separate, but related, studies. In the first study, variation in students understanding of collegiality and how it is experienced is investigated. The second (quantitative) study explores the relations between students perceptions of collegiality in their learning environment and their learning outcomes and satisfaction. Within the collegiate system of the University of Oxford, students describe collegiality as encompassing a sense of allegiance and as a set of interactions with important others. Interactions were common between students in one disciplinary area and those in other disciplines. They are also found between students in one subject and other students in the same discipline, in the same and a different year of study and, in terms of learning, most effectively between students and research-active teaching staff. Where engagements of these sorts are described as beneficial to learning, students self-report that they adopt deeper approaches to learning, with the strongest correlations being between approach to learning and feelings of benefit derived from being in contact with active researchers. This result, from a student perspective, is a significant contribution to the debate on teaching–research relations in higher education within and beyond Oxford University as it bypasses teaching and focuses on the more important relations between university research and student learning.
