安全操作系统中用户账号的管理

很多安全操作系统都是基于类UNIX系统开发的,并按照TCSEC或CC的要求引入了强制访问控制和审计等安全机制,但是并未保证用户账号的唯一性,从而可能造成审计记录的混乱和用户权限的不正确重用,这就要求改变原来的类UNIX系统的账号管理方式。提出了在系统调用层截取修改系统账号文件这类事件以保证用户UID唯一性的方案,使得即使超级用户(包括通过成功的攻击而获取的超级用户权限)也无法任意修改用户账号数据库。这种机制已经在SLINUX系统中得到了实现。最后给出了该机制在SLINUX系统上的性能测试结果。     

‘With the Irish in France’

In January 1916 a party of journalists from seven Irish newspapers visited Irish regiments serving on the western front. Such a privilege came at a price. Organised by the Department of Recruiting for Ireland, it was made clear to the journalists that this embedded tour had an agenda: they were ‘to set down what they saw there for the benefit of recruiting in Ireland’. This article examines the extent to which the three national titles included on the tour accepted this role of communicating and legitimising recruitment policy. It sheds light on the involvement of two national newspaper editors in shaping recruitment policy in Ireland, illustrates how each of the three national titles reported the tour, and examines the effects such reportage had on recruiting in Ireland.     

计算机类专业校企合作嵌入式人才培养模式研究

为适应新经济、新兴产业对计算机类高素质应用型人才的需求,探索新工科背景下人才培养方式,以盐城工学院软件工程专业为例,提出一个校企合作嵌入式人才培养新模式,从人才培养目标、课程体系与内容、师资培养、教学模式和教学管理体系等几个方面探讨人才培养改革思路与具体做法。初步实践表明,该培养模式可增加学生面向就业的实际项目经验,提高学生工程应用能力与就业质量,是计算机类新工科建设人才培养的一种有效模式。

服务台由N个部件串联的M/G/1(E,MV)可修排队系统的平稳分布

文章考虑到服务台是由N个不同型部件串联组成的M/G/1(E,MV)可修排队系统,其中服务台工作当且仅当N个部件都工作.假定每个部件的寿命服从指数分布,故障部件的修理时间服从一般分布.通过引入顾客的“广义服务时间”和队长过程的嵌入Markov链,得到了嵌入Markov链的平稳分布的递推表达式以及平均队长.     

基于嵌入式数据库的海量存储技术研究与应用

将嵌入式数据库Berkeley DB应用到网络性能管理系统(NPMS)当中,较好地解决了网络管理系统中海量数据的存储问题,大大提高了系统的数据存取速度,改善了系统的整体性能。     

常用嵌入式高级编程语言比较

嵌入式系统开发过程中使用的语言种类很多 ,但仅有少数几种语言得到了比较广泛的应用。论文选择了Java、Ada、C/C + +、Modula -2作为讨论对象 ,对它们的发展过程、趋势和技术性能特点进行了比较。

Information literacy in science writing: how students find,identify, and use scientific literature

For undergraduate students to achieve science literacy, they must first develop information literacy skils. These skills align with Information Literacy Standards and include determining appropriate databases, distinguishing among resource types, and citing resources ethically. To effectively improve information literacy and science literacy, we must identify how students interact with authentic scientific texts. In this case study, we addressed this aim by embedding a science librarian into a science writing course, where students wrote a literature review on a research topic of their choice. Library instruction was further integrated through the use of an online guide and outside assistance. To evaluate the evolution of information literacy in our students and provide evidence of student practices, we used task-scaffolded writing assessments, a reflection, and surveys. We found that students improved their ability and confidence in finding research articles using discipline-specific databases as well as their ability to distinguish primary from secondary research articles. We also identified ways students improperly used and cited resources in their writing assignments. While our results reveal a better understanding of how students find and approach scientific research articles, additional research is needed to develop effective strategies to improve long-term information literacy in the sciences.
