Parental involvement in secondary education schools: the views of parents in Greece

The present study explores Greek parents’ views on parental educational involvement and its impact on adolescent scholastic and social development. Specifically, aspects of parental involvement such as the achieved objectives of current parent–school communication, the psychological climate dominating teacher–parent interactions and parents’ suggestions for improvement of current policies and practices are examined. Four hundred and seventy‐five parents participated in the study. Findings showed that family–school communication is believed to be insufficient in Greece, despite the fact that parents tend to: (1) regard their cooperation with teachers as determinative of adolescent academic and psychosocial development; (2) consider teachers to be friendly and caring; and (3) believe that secondary school provides some opportunities for constructive parental involvement. These paradoxes are discussed and explained as a result of radical changes in current social and educational values, principles and objectives.     

农民工研究30年综述

改革开放以后,农民工随之产生,同时此类研究也渐次增多。总结发现,其研究总体上可分为：关于农民工由来的研究、关于农民工生存境遇的研究、关于农民工发展趋向的研究。该研究重点综述了农民工＂漠然＂的政治境遇、低微的经济境遇、贫乏的文化境遇、艰难的生活境遇、边缘的社会地位境遇及农民工发展趋向等研究成果,期冀此类研究的纵深化、理论化。     

基于模糊物元的城市居住水平预警研究

结合PCA与模糊物元理论,构建了城市居住水平预警模型,并以35个大中城市为例,对城市居住水平进行了评价。研究表明:2008年,35个大中城市居住水平的警情状态均在中警以上;但是从2003年开始,太原、南昌、郑州、海口和重庆等城市预警指数降低缓慢,哈尔滨、合肥、南宁、西安、西宁、银川和乌鲁木齐等城市预警指数不降反升;当前人均住房使用面积、城市建设用地占市区面积比重、居民人均生活用电量、影剧院密度等指标预警指数相对较高,成为束缚城市居住水平发展的主要因素,人均家庭生活用水量、邮政局密度、中小学密度、中小学教师人数、医院密度、影剧院密度、城市建设用地占市区面积比重等指标从2003年开始出现了不良的发展趋势。     

城郊环境污染问题的环境社会学阐释——青岛市李沧区九水东路环境问题的实证考察

随着城市规模的不断扩张,城市环境问题的边缘化日益严重。本文选取青岛市城市扩张的新兴地带——青岛市李沧区九水东路为个案,运用"受益圈.受害圈"、"社会两难论"等环境社会学分析模式,分析青岛城郊环境污染问题的成因,主张从"生活环境主义"理论视角入手,探索解决环境问题的答案。     

基于“Living books”的图书馆潜在知识转移模型构建

引进国外Living books的服务理念,结合中国图书馆自身情况,详细论述了基于Livingbooks的图书馆潜在知识转移服务模型。潜在知识转移模型分为Living books资源建设和Livingbooks潜在知识转移服务两个模块。突破了图书馆传统馆藏资源的局限,拓展了图书馆的服务领域。     

针对普通高校大学生健康行为及相关生活方式的研究现状及实施方案

大学生作为一个特殊的社会群体,正处在前成年期。与此同时,这一时期又是个体养成独立性和健康行为模式的关键时期,个体容易从事多种促进和危害健康的行为。本文从现阶段普通高校大学生健康行为及相关生活方式的研究现状及实施方案这两个阶段进行阐述,以此来说明全面了解现阶段大学生健康行为的成因及差异、探索最佳解决方式与途径、帮助大学生建立健康和充满活力的生活方式的必要性。同时,也为制定有效的干预和预防的措施奠定一定的理论和实践基础。     

St Francis of Assisi and Islam: A Theological Perspective on a Christian-Muslim Encounter

In 1219 an encounter took place between a Christian from Italy, Francis of Assisi, and the Muslim Sultan of Egypt, al-Malik al-Kāmil. This meeting took place at Damietta in northern Egypt during the progress of the Fifth Crusade. Over a period of perhaps three weeks, religious dialogue took place between Francis and al-Kāmil, after which time the Sultan had Francis escorted safely back to the Christian camp. It is possible to discern from the writings of Francis after his return from Egypt that the meeting had had a deep religious impact upon him, realised in the latter years of his life. It can be said that both Francis and al-Kāmil experienced through their encounter what the Christian theologian Bernard Lonergan has spoken of as a conversion into a new horizon. The historical encounter between Francis and the Sultan witnesses to the fact that through religious conversion, it is possible for members of different religious faiths to arrive at a common vision of universal peace and reconciliation.

The passage that John of Joinville, faithful companion of Louis IX, devotes to the Mongols in his chronicle of the Seventh Crusade, known as “La Vie de Saint Louis”, cross-conceives two structures under the sign of hope: historical facts and legends on the one hand, and Christian sensibilities on the other, giving way to a set of “ethnological” observations about what are presented as “barbarian” customs. The text gives a faithful reflection on sentiments which agitated the Crusaders and their King: hope and disillusion. But Joinville's testimony goes far beyond that: it is first and foremost a testimony of love upon which history could be re-written.     

经验与困局:书院制下的生活园区学生党建工作探索

2019年10月,教育部文件精神指出,应积极推动高校建立书院制学生管理模式,开展"一站式"学生社区综合模式建设试点工作。结合书院制在我国高校的发展历史及其特点,生活园区学生党建工作也应因时而进、因势而新。当前,书院制下生活园区学生党建工作正在探索中逐步推进,但在书院党组织的作用与定位、生活园区学生党建的硬件配置与优势发挥、学生参与党建活动的主动性和积极性方面仍存在着一定的问题。各高校须在书院制推行过程中结合实际,重点从机制完善、模式构建、践行"群众路线"等几个方面入手,进一步增强生活园区党建工作的实效性,发挥党组织的引领作用。     

新型城镇化背景下农民工回流的影响因素研究——以江西省为例

新型城镇化的推进,户籍制度改革对农民工的迁徙决策会产生重大影响,而同时农民工回流的决策对于我国中西部欠发达地区的城镇化推进有着重要意义。文章运用“推一拉”理论的思想以“城（流出地）一城（流入地）”为分析框架,利用对曾在外打工的回到江西省内工业园务工农民工的调查结果,实证分析了农民工回流的影响因素。研究发现,能否在城市稳定体面的生活是农民工回流决策的决定因素,户籍制度反而没有政府想象的那么重要。发达地区城市高昂的居住成本、日常生活成本及处于城市底层的就职状态促使外出农民工选择回到原流出地就近就业。
