以地方特色理念构筑全国文化信息资源共享工程资源建设与服务体系

全国文化信息资源共享工程作为公共文化建设重点工程,对公共图书馆和基层文化站的自动化、网络化,以及资源建设和大众服务方面发挥了巨大的推动作用。公共图书馆大规模开展数字资源建设,形成了丰富的优秀文化信息资源。面向基层服务的数字资源提供能力显著增强。资源建设和对外服务犹如共享工程的两大推进器,因此,必须围绕地方特色资源,构建共享工程资源库群,以及创新地方特色服务,构筑共享工程服务体系。     

农村信息服务体系建设亟待解决的问题——来自革命老区农民信息需求调查报告

在中国,农村人口约占全国总人口的70%左右,同时农业是国民经济发展的基础。农业信息化建设关系到全国信息化建设,更是现代化建设的重中之重。本文以革命老区湖北省红安县农民作为调查对象,分析当地农村劳动人口的基本构成,讨论了该地区农民对农村政策、农业科技、农村市场等信息需求情况,进而对其中存在的问题进行分析,并就加强我国农村信息化建设提出一些建议。     

中文叙词表本体一致性检测机制研究与实现

本文研究了中文叙词表本体（OntoThesaurus,即基于中文叙词表建立的本体知识库）的一致性检测机制,并将其应用在中文叙词表本体共建共享系统（OTCSS）的修订意见提交、叙词表本体更新和全局检查等相关过程的实现中,取得了良好的应用效果。     

用户驱动的国家科学图书馆网站建设

根据“用户需求驱动”原则,分析传统图书馆网站在定位、结构、组织、关联、术语等方面存在的问题,提出“用户、简约、便捷、集成、模块”网站的原则,设计以用户信息流程为主的服务层和以服务知识库、SUR封装为核心的支撑层的网站结构,构建集成化的资源揭示、用户任务下的流程组合、流程驱动的服务导航、情景敏感的帮助体系等。     

全国文化信息资源共享工程服务农村的实践与思考

全国文化信息资源共享工程这项具有伟大意义的惠民工程,强化了图书馆的服务职能,提升了公益性服务单位的社会形象,特别是成为了新农村文化建设和广大农民经济生活、文化生活中的重要组成部分。为深入开展共享工程工作,要持有变"送文化"为"种文化"的服务思想,要服务于当代农民由"要我文化"为"我要文化"的转变,变"三下乡"为"常下乡"的长远服务战略。     

城市图书馆在公共文化服务体系中的多元化建设

公共图书馆作为国家信息基础设施建设的一部分,在现代化公共文化服务体系建设进程中受到了普遍重视。城市公共图书馆服务体系的建设应遵循公益性、便利性、多样性原则。城市公共图书馆服务体系的多元化模式主要表现在运作机制的多元化、服务方式的多元化及社区图书馆（室）建设的多元化等方面。     

Arts sponsorship and the state of the city

This paper explores the correlation between metropolitan social and economic conditions and corporate arts support in the United States. It is hypothesized that the transition from a manufacturing sector economy to an advanced service sector economy is an important local factor for the increase in corporate arts support.By panel analysis, in eleven metropolitan areas between 1977 and 1991 changes in corporate arts support have been correlated with changes in social and economic conditions, i.e., service sector and manufacturing sector employment, service sector and manufacturing sector income, population's educational attainment, and the degree of dominance by the leading local arts supporting industry.Corporate arts support is higher in metropolitan areas where the population is better educated (=+0.60), the local service sector generates more income (=+0.37) and the local manufacturing sector generates less income (=–0.22).Corporations from the manufacturing sector are mostly indifferent towards arts support. In contrast, corporations from the service sector are supportive of the local arts but they also respond swiftly to a loss in their earnings by discontinuing their arts support.     

全民健身与高校体育课程建设之初探

本文以＂健身育人＂为目标,对高校体育课程设置、学制、教材、教法、教学形式以及场地设施等系列问题展开了研讨,尤其对意识性、现代性健身教育、健身技能与运动教学的有机结合、科学渗透进行了探索。     

Cultural determinants of economic growth: Theory and evidence

Shortcomings of neoclassical growth theory and growth accounting are viewed as a challenge for cultural economics. Recently, new growth theory has introduced several growth determinants and has closed the gap between theoretical and empirical research. Whether this development leaves space for cultural determinants in explaining economic growth is in the center of this paper. The theoretical analysis shows how an endogenous growth model can be used to explain the impact on economic growth of cultural determinants. The empirical part uses indices from cross-cultural studies to extend recent cross-country growth regressions. Among other Hofstedes uncertainty avoidance index is shown to be significantly correlated with economic growth.Discussion paper presented at the 9th international conference of the Association for Cultural Economics, Boston, May 8–11, 1996.     

从读者眼中的图书馆到读者心中的图书馆——高校图书馆读者教育工作的思考

目前我国图书馆在环境建设方面取得了很大的成就,但图书馆环境的改善与图书馆服务质量的提高并没有必然的联系.在建好了读者眼中的图书馆之后更重要的是建立读者心中的图书馆,大力推进图书馆的读者教育工作.文章根据作者的实践,提出了建立读者心中图书馆的策略和具体措施.参考文献4.
