试析人员任用的心理障碍问题

对于任何一个社会组织来说，人员任用方面的状况，都是一个影响其事业成败和兴衰荣辱的关键因素。但是，某些领导身上所存在的有关心理障碍，却对社会组织的人员任用工作起着严重的消极作用。本对任人唯亲，论资排辈，求全责备，嫉贤妨能，能上不能下等五种比较典型的人员任用的心理障碍的具体表现和严重危害等问题作了理论上的分析。     

ON MULTIPATH SIGNAL RESOLUTION AND ITS PERFORMANCE BOUNDS

The muitipath signal resolution is reviewed in this paper.The problemsexisted and to be studied are pointed out.Theoretical analysis of the performance ofthe resolution for deterministic signal in the cases where the signal known or unknownis made.Their corresponding Cramer-Rao lower bounds(CRLB)are obtained.     

汉江中下游2007年洪水水量平衡分析

2007年6月中旬至8月中旬,受汉江上游来水和区间性强降雨影响,汉江中下游洪水涨落频繁,持续时间长,为历史所罕见。文章分析了汉江中下游控制站——皇庄、沙洋测站的洪水特性和洪峰变化特征,对两站的洪水水量平衡进行了探讨。     

The permanence and global attractivity of a competitive system with feedback controls and toxic substance

In this paper, we consider a nonautonomous competitive system with feedback controls and toxic substance. Some average couditions for the permanence and global attractivity of the system are obtained. It is shown that our results are generalization or improvement of those of Zhao, Jiang and Lazer [ Nonlinear Analysis: Real World Applications, 5 ( 4 ) ( 2004 ), 265 - 276 ], Xia, Cao, Zhang and Chen [ Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications ,294 (2) ( 2004 ), 503 - 522 ] and Chen [ Nonlinear Analysis: Real World Applications, in press ].     

英语教学中如何转化差生

中学英语教学是教会学生学习第二门语言的基础教学．在教学过程中会遇到各种各样的问题，其中“差生的转化”是一个关键性问题。本文根据笔者多年来的教学经验，结合差生心理特点和科学教学方法，对差生的转化问题作了深层次的探讨．     

超凸空间中的广义Fan—Browder不动点定理及其应用

通过引入强道路转移下半连续的概念，得到了超凸空间中的广义Ky—Fan不等式，从而得到超凸空间的广义Fan-Browder不动点定理、截口定理和最大元定理．

设G=（V,E）是n阶简单图,di是图G的顶点vi（i=1,2,……,n）的度且d1≥d2≥…≥dn,Ni是图G的顶点vi的一个邻集,λ1是图G的邻接谱半径．本文证明了λ1≥√d1,等号成立当且仅当图G同构于K1,n-1。最后证明了当v1v2≠E时,λ1≥√d2＋｜N1∩N2;当v1v2∈E时,λ1≥√d2-1＋｜N1∩N2｜.     

台湾民主国历史上下限研究

1895年中日甲午战争,清政府被迫签订丧权辱国的《马关条约》,割让台湾、澎湖列岛及附属岛屿给日本。不愿做亡国奴的台湾人民。为保卫国家领土。在求内无应、求外无援的情况下成立了台湾民主国。台湾民主国作为历史发展的产物。从萌芽到消亡。存在时间长迭六月之余。文章根据史料对台湾民主国的上下限进行研究,以期对评价历史人物。还原历史事实提供重要的史学价值。

Given a graph G,a subgraph C is called a clique of G if C is a complete subgraph of G maximal under inclusion and |C|≥2. A clique-transversal set S of G is a set of vertices of G such that S meets all cliques of G. The clique-transversal number, denoted as TC (G), is the minimum cardinality of a clique-transversal set in G. The clique-graph of G, denoted as K (G), is the graph obtained by taking the cliques of G as vertices, and two vertices are adjacent if and only if the corresponding cliques in G have nonempty intersection. Let F be a class of graphs G such that F={G|K(G) is a tree}. In this paper the graphs in F having independent clique-transversal sets are shown and thus TC (G)/|G|≤1/2 for all G ∈ F.     

低段识字与写字教材呈现方式管窥——以苏教版识字与写字教材为例

从当前小学语文教学的实践来看,教材内容构成了教学内容的核心部分。对于教师来说,想让学生在自己的指导下学好教材,就必须了解教材。其中教材的呈现方式中体现着编者的意图,隐含了所呈现内容的教学方法。本文试图以现行较有影响的江苏教育出版社出版的义务教育课程标准实验教材小学语文（以下简称苏教版）为例,描述当前识字与写字教材的呈现方式,研究其编排与呈现的逻辑思路和理论依据,以期为小学语文教师在理解其编辑意图、学习教材分析方法、从而优化相关教材内容的教学设计等方面,提供一点思路。
