实现思品课教学生活化的策略

生活就是教育,教师要把教材与生活相联系,才能激活思品课堂。本文从选取生活场景、创设生活情境、参与生活实践等方面探究将思品课教学生活化的策略,力求达到激发学生兴趣,提高教学效果的目标。

中国传媒“集团化”过程不仅是一种市场行为 ,也是一种行政行为 ,它与纯市场行为又有所不同。中国的新闻集团化过程 ,应当与新闻改革联系起来 ,走一条发展创新之路。本文结合实际分析了中国媒介改革创新的层级走向与可行性。我国媒体边际调整已结束 ,主流媒体的品牌形象能否呼之欲出 ,则在于更进一步的改革     

聋校毕业生准备式就业教育模式研究报告

本校在前四届毕业生中开展了为期 2个月的毕业生就业前职业技能培训 ,内容包括 :印刷包装、工艺美术、缝纫、理发、手工饰品的制作、自行车修理等。结果表明 :准备式就业教育模式 ,不但在理论上可行 ,而且在实际运用中既对毕业前聋生进行了系统性地劳动技能训练 ,而且培养了聋生就业前良好的择业心态 ,取得了较好的经济和社会效应 ,对毕业生进入社会后择业、就业产生了积极有益的影响 ,真正使其成为“能自食其力 ,服务于社会的有用型残疾人才”。

Attitudes of academic staff towards their own work and towards external evaluation,from the perspective of self-determination theory: Estonian case

The purpose of this study was to ascertain the attitudes of academic staff towards their own work as well as towards external evaluations. The study was based on (1) an analysis of assessment reports of institutional accreditations conducted by the Estonian Quality Agency for Higher and Vocational Education and (2) self-determination theory on intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. The satisfaction of academic staff with their own teaching and research competencies was measured and links among the following attitudes were analysed: sense of competence, intrinsic motivation for research, attitudes towards assessment of students and towards external evaluations. The results indicate that a correlation between attitudes towards work and towards external evaluation exists and that the attitudes of academic staff at universities and professional higher education institutions differ. The study involved 252 academic staff members and showed that competent and intrinsically motivated people perceive external evaluation more positively, thus supporting self-determination theory.     

论中国古代文人的自恋心理

中国古代文人在自我与环境的冲突中,采取或反抗,或亲近,或逃避的态度以消弥心理的焦虑,从而相应产生“宏大的自我”“被贬低了的、如影的自我”及“潜藏着的迫害者”,这就是中国古代文人的“自恋”。借鉴新弗洛依德主义的观点和方法,分析了自恋心理产生的文化背景,并在此基础上剖析中国古代文人自恋心理的3种状态——自我中心、自我依恋和自我虐待,并揭示了自恋对中国文人和文学的深刻影响。     

The relationship between resistance to change and Romanian teachers’ attitude towards continuing education: the moderating role of conscientiousness

Previous research highlights that personal factors are more important than contextual factors in explaining teachers’ behaviours in relation to learning participation. The present study explores the relationship between two personal factors (dispositional resistance to change and teachers’ attitude towards continuing education) and the moderating role of conscientiousness on this relationship. The data have been gathered from 142 teachers from the field of special and public education, using three questionnaires: Revised Adult Attitudes Towards Continuing Education Scale, Resistance to Change Scale and IPIP-50. The main results show that, firstly, conscientiousness has a moderating role on the relationship between dispositional resistance to change and enjoyment of learning, and secondly, teachers in special education consider their continuing education as being more important than teachers in the regular system. Knowing this, we can predict and increase teachers’ participation in continuing education and can improve training design.
