广东导游人员队伍现状分析与发展探究

本文依据2011年广东省中、高级导游员研讨班公布的,截止至2011年6月30日广东导游员的统计数据,对广东导游员队伍存在的问题及原因进行探究,并提出相应的解决办法。     

But is it fair? Developing students’ understanding of grading complex written work through peer assessment

Peer assessment of long written tasks poses particular problems as these tasks typically involve complex learning and solving ill‐structured problems which require divergent responses. Marking reliability of this kind of writing task is difficult to achieve. The author illustrates this through an evaluation of two implementations of peer assessment, involving 81 students, in a UK university. In these implementations, all peer assessor grades were returned to students (not just mean grades). In this way students were exposed to subjectivity in marking. The implementations were evaluated through questionnaires, focus groups, observations of lectures and tutor interview. While students reported a better understanding of quality in student writing as a result of their experience, many complained that peer assessors’ marks were not ‘fair’. The article draws on recent research on the reliability of tutor marking to argue that marking judgements are subjective and that peer assessment offers the opportunity to explore subjectivity in marking, creating an opportunity for dialogue between tutors and students.     

数据库应用程序开发课程教学模式探索

针对高职院校程序设计课程存在教学内容和教学方式陈旧、实践时间严重不足、学生没有学习兴趣等问题,在分析《数据库应用程序开发》课程培养目标和课程特点的基础上,对企业真实项目"移动手机管理系统"进行合理改造,把该项目应用到《数据库应用程序开发》课程的教学上,并在教学过程中实行"模块引导、层层递进"教学模式。使学生熟悉软件项目团队协作开发方式,逐步适应软件企业开发环境和开发方法,使学生能真正开发企业项目。

导游人员后备力量的培养是关系到旅游行业能否顺利发展的关键。文章从导游储备人才的数量、质量、结构等方面探讨目前我国导游后备力量培养中存在的问题及现状,并提出相应的解决方案和对策。

本文阐述了基于WEB的开放式网络考试系统的设计与实现,对系统结构及实现过程中采用的主要技术进行了总体介绍．并指出本系统在功能上的特点。“开放式考试系统”解决了以往上机考试系统存在的“封闭性”问题,体现了高度的开放性、通用性等特点,为当前多种学科课程的自主命题、测试、阅卷的实现提供了一种简便、高效的方法与手段。

The author answers a reference question on bibliographic sources for the Ukrainian periodical press 1840–1850. Helpful publications include bibliographies, guides, and library catalogs. Business Library Web Sites Revisited: An Updated Review of the Organization and Content of Academic Business Library Web Sites

This article updates the findings from a study by Hal Kirkwood in 2000 of the organization and content of academic business library Web sites. The authors examined 75 sites, focusing on five general aspects of the sites: organization, terminology, instructional elements, integration of resources across formats, and annotations. Results of the study show that business library Websites have dramatically improved in the 7 years since the original study.
