婚姻中的“礼”性阐微

礼对于维系我国古代社会稳定起着不容忽视的作用。礼在婚姻缔结之前,主要表现为"六礼"和"五不取";在婚后体现为"三从"和"四德";当婚姻出现问题时,主要体现为"七出"和"三不去"。反观现代婚姻关系中出现的诸多问题,在一定程度上体现了礼制缺失造成的不良后果。因此,我们有必要重新审视我国古代"礼制下的婚姻",对于现实婚姻问题,具有积极的指导意义和思考价值。     

青少年暴力成因及干预对策——一个花季少年为何走上犯罪的深渊

青少年时期是生理心理发育的关键时期,也是心理冲突和情绪、行为问题的高发阶段,攻击行为及暴力便是其中较为突出的问题之一。文章以一位正在服刑的青少年暴力犯的成长故事为线索分别从青少年个体、家庭、学校等视角探讨了影响青少年暴力攻击行为发生的因素,并在此基础上得出影响暴力的最本质的因素是青少年缺乏足够的社会能力和正确的自我认知观念。为此,本研究建议对青少年暴力行为进行生活技能的培训和认知行为的训练,以预防和减少青少年暴力行为的发生。

从五个离婚的女性看美华新移民小说女性意识的演变

1995年到2010年,美华新移民小说中离婚女性形象发生了很大的变化。从《美国梦里》、《美国爱情》、《美国情人》到《白日飘行》,女主人公离婚逐渐获得了合理性,可看做新移民女性对男权保守的"进阶突围",但婚姻道德始终是小说中的重要主题。1996年张慈在美国出版的小说《浪迹美国》通过谢思羽反叛婚姻道德的方式消解男权,显示出美华新移民小说中少见的激进女性意识。

本文将就拟制血亲间、姻亲之间以及丧失生育能力的表兄弟姐妹之间能否结婚等问题进行研究,并追踪在完善禁婚亲立法方面提出一些建议。     

Sentinel events predicting later unwanted sex among girls: A national survey in Haiti, 2012

Sexual violence against children is a significant global public health problem, yet limited studies exist from low-resource settings. In Haiti we conducted the country's first, nationally representative survey focused on childhood violence to help inform the development of a national action plan for violence against children. The Haiti Violence Against Children Survey was a household-level, multistage, cluster survey among youth age 13–24. In this analysis we sought to determine whether sexual violence sentinel events (unwanted sexual touching or unwanted attempted sex) were predictive of later unwanted, completed, penetrative sex in Haiti. We also sought to explore characteristics of sentinel events and help-seeking behavior among Haitian children. Multivariable logistic regression was used to test associations between sentinel events and later unwanted, completed, penetrative sex. Overall, 1,457 females reported on experiences of sexual violence occurring in childhood (before age 18). A sentinel event occurred in 40.4% of females who experienced subsequent unwanted completed sex. Females experiencing a sentinel event were approximately two and a half times more likely to experience later unwanted completed sex (adjusted odds ratio = 2.40, p = .004) compared to individuals who did not experience a sentinel event. The mean lag time from first sentinel event to first unwanted completed sex was 2.3 years. Only half (54.6%) of children experiencing a sentinel event told someone about their experience of sexual violence. Among children, sentinel events occur frequently before later acts of completed unwanted sex and may represent a useful point of intervention. Reporting of sexual violence by children in Haiti is low and can be improved to better act on sentinel events.

Barriers to domestic violence education in Northern Ireland: Pupils' views and experiences

Domestic violence (DV) in adult and young people's intimate partner relationships is a social and public health problem across the globe. Education can play an important and unique role in addressing DV; however, it remains relatively under-investigated. The aim of this qualitative study set in Northern Ireland, the first of its kind, was to explore young people's views and experiences of DV education. Focus groups were conducted with 188 pupils (97 males and 91 females) aged 16 to 18 attending post-primary school. The data were analysed using thematic analysis and reveal five barriers to DV education: (1) absence of DV teaching and learning; (2) DV is a taboo topic; (3) lack of teacher training and expertise on DV; (4) religious influence; (5) prioritisation of academic achievement over pupil wellbeing. The results demonstrate that changes are needed in schools to improve the role of schools in addressing DV. From this qualitative study, we make recommendations for how school-based DV education may help prevent and protect young people against intimate partner violence.

《儒林外史》中涉及婚恋的描写多达十多处，这些描写并非闲笔。吴敬梓对这些婚恋情节分门别类，运用多种描写手段，或详写或略写，从正反两个方面阐释了功名富贵对婚恋的影响，强化了“功名富贵为一篇之骨”的思想主旨。
