关于造船用材料类目的问题及修订措施

造船用材料类与《中图法》其他工程专业的材料类目相比类目设置少，文献量占多数的金属材料未扩展下位类，一些类目名称概括性差。提出了纠正这些问题的方法，即：按照材料化学组成成分分类的方法设置类目，扩展金属材料类，调整非金属材料类，增加船舶特殊需要的材料类目。     

Spaces of emergent memory: Detroit’s 8 Mile wall and public memories of civil rights injustice

This article introduces emergent memory, a conceptual extension to rhetorics of public memory, to describe memory’s genesis in sites built without commemorative commitments. Examining Detroit’s “8 Mile Wall,” a site built to reinforce segregated housing, this project argues the rhetorical tenets of emergent memory present in this space. As a relic of segregated history, the wall symbolically recalls the city’s controversial past, but has recently been the subject of a local mural project to redefine the wall’s purpose. Some consider this a step toward reclamation, as it visually repositions the disturbing remnant. For others, the murals simply cannot overwrite troubling memories of the city’s discriminatory history. This essay uses emergent memory to describe how the wall’s complicated mnemonic legacy simultaneously harkens to a difficult history and how the mural additions use that same legacy to convey an optimistic future for Detroit and those marked by this urban space.

随着企业管理难度加大和科技水平提高,“股东至上”模式下的公司治理体系已经不太适应企业发展的需要,通过对现行公司治理模式存在的缺陷分析,结合企业发展的现状,对公司治理进行了改革设想,认为企业应充分发挥人力资本的作用,让人力资本所有者充当公司治理的主体。     

Analysis and conservation of modern modeling materials found in Auguste Rodin's sculptures

Prior to the exhibition Portrait-making, Rodin and his models (2009), the Rodin museum wanted to restore two busts of Hanako and Clemenceau. Interestingly, these two sculptures contain pieces of modern modeling materials (MMMs) invented at the end of the nineteenth century as an alternative to clay or waxes. The poor state of conservation of the two portraits made any handling and exhibition impossible. Accordingly, the purpose of this article is twofold: to contribute to technical art history and conservation. Elemental and chemical analyses were done on samples from 12 sculptures (SEM–EDX, FTIR, GC–MS, GC–FID, XRD, synchrotron-based µXRF, µXANES, and µFTIR) aimed at identifying the composition of MMMs used by Rodin on plaster sculptures and establishing hypotheses about the origins of their degradation. This thorough study of their composition and degradation was necessary to implement an appropriate restoration plan. The development of conservation protocols adapted to such materials is rarely documented. Different tests were performed on mock-ups (pH, solubility, adhesion, consolidation, and cleaning). In particular, a protocol based on laser cleaning was developed and successfully applied to remove superficial dust and crusts so that the sculptures regained their original aspect.

高分子材料与工程专业实习改革的探索

实习是理论联系实际的重要教学形式,是教学计划中的主要实践环节。结合我校高分子材料与工程专业实习改革的实践,提出了一些新的尝试和改进方法。     

基于博弈论的海上交通事故案例推理方法及应用

为有效积累和挖掘海上交通事故案例蕴含的宝贵经验和知识,提出一种基于博弈论的海上交通事故案例推理方法。从大量海上交通事故历史案例中提取案例特征构建特征指标集,采用偏好比率法和熵值法分别确定指标主观权重和客观权重,采用博弈论得到综合权重;根据案例特征数据类型,定义不同的指标相似度计算方法,利用灰色关联分析法筛选初始案例组成案例库;结合指标综合权重,构建海上交通事故案例相似度计算模型,进而从案例库中检索出与目标案例相似度最高的案例。通过对海上交通事故应急物资需求的预测,验证了模型的可靠性和适应性,可为海上交通事故发生后的应急决策提供一定的理论参考。     

我院大学英语教学改革的思考与建议

21世纪将是一个国际化的科技经济时代、信息时代,智力和人才竞争时代。对中国来说,是一个逐步与国际社会接轨,进一步改革开放的时代。面对这样一个时代,大学英语教学改革势在必行。文章介绍了21世纪对人才的要求,分析了体院大学英语教学存在的问题,提出了关于大学英语教学改革的几点意见。     

试谈朱定和他的小说创作

在建国初期的文坛上,“朱定”这个名字并不陌生。共和国的第一次文艺大批判,就是从对包括他的《关连长》在内的几部作品的批判开始的。从此,朱定走上了一条坎坷而又曲折的创作道路,文革中还险些被砍了脑袋。直到粉碎“四人帮”后,他的创作热情才真正勃发起来,闯进了涉外题材的新领域,为我们摄取了一组表现改革开放生活的连续性镜头。他在这些作品中,既不回避我们在体制上的弊端,又注重表现我们在制度上的优越,对中国,对外国实事求是,一分为二,表现出艺术上的胆识和现实主义的创作态度,具有独特的思想意义和美学价值。     

灾难性事件报道中的评价研究

灾难性事件报道是新闻工作者对灾难性事件的客观描述。我们不仅要关心该类报道所呈现的社会现实,而且更要探究构成它的内在机制。通过运用系统功能语法中的物质过程以及马丁的评价理论对《纽约时报》2005年10月9日关于巴基斯坦地震的报道进行分析,揭示了该报道的态度、立场和观点,彰显了客观性报道背后的意识形态。
