弱智学生合作与分享行为的干预实验研究

从北京市西城区培智中心学校抽取了两个班学生(实验班6人,对照班9人)作为被试,进行了为期三周的合作与分享行为的干预实验。实验结果表明:(1)“行为示范与讲解———角色扮演及相关活动———适宜行为的及时强化———行为迁移训练”的干预模式对弱智学生合作行为的干预效果显著;(2)该模式短期内对弱智学生分享行为的干预效果不显著;(3)弱智学生的合作与分享行为之间存在显著的相关。     

A Survey of University Students＇ Smoking -- A Case Study of Students of Inner Mongolia Normal University

大学生吸烟作为一种社会现象,其起因在一定程度上受到吸烟者外在环境与主观认知两方面的影响,也折射出当代大学生的生活方式、交往方式和社会心态。本文以内蒙古师范大学在校大学生为调查对象,对于在校大学生吸烟现象（主动吸烟与被动吸烟）进行了问卷调查,并对样本结论呈现出的特点进行分析,提出了采取相应措施以控制和降低在校大学生吸烟率。     

宁德师专女生余暇体育行为调查与分析

采用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计等研究方法,对宁德师专女生余暇体育行为现状进行调查分析．结果表明：女生对体育活动功能的认识和行为之间差距较大;余暇体育活动动机以增强体质、调节心情和缓解压力为主,但还有部分女生是应付考试、达标;主要是在校内与同学结伴锻炼或参加集体活动,锻炼内容呈多元化,以跑步为主;锻炼频度较低、持续时间较短,强度较小;余暇时间主要用于看书学习、上网、逛街和看电视;影响女生参加体育锻炼的主要原因是兴趣、场地设施和指导的缺乏。

Encouraging Future Helping Behaviors: The Role of Student-Faculty Relationships in Higher Education Marketing

ABSTRACT

Extant literature on relationship marketing tends to focus on for-profit firms and their relationships with important stakeholders. However, higher education institutions face many of the same intense competitive forces that have made relationship marketing a practical choice for many for-profit firms. Therefore, it is not surprising that many are adopting relationship marketing strategies. In the context of higher education marketing, we examine the nature of the student-faculty relationship development process and its affect on helpfulness, which we define as a “state of mind” conducive to future helping behavior. Drawing on relationship marketing theory and identity theory, we posit that trust, relationship commitment, and identity salience are key mediating variables between three antecedent variables (shared values, communication, and opportunistic behavior) and helpfulness. Our results provide support for the roles hypothesized for trust, relationship commitment, and identity salience.     

初中数学教师教学观念与教学行为的落差分析--基于十五节初中数学课堂教学录像的分析

教学观念是关于教学的看法和思想,是人们思考教学问题获得的结果。课程改革以来,广大初中数学教师积极学习课程标准所倡导的教学理念,并逐步内化为自己的教学观念,指导自己的课堂教学行为。但鉴于教学观念与教学行为之间的落差,导致课堂教学产生不少问题。调查初中数学教师对教学理念的认可程度以及对教学行为的自我评价,找出教学观念与教学行为之间的差距,以及这种差距在课堂教学中的具体体现。为此,在教学中教师应注意：（1）设计教学目标的同时,要设计与其相适应的教学内容、教学过程和教学策略;（2）自主探究教学要保证学生有充分的探究时间;（3）尝试多给学生自主学习的机会,多进行个别指导,真正实现以学生为主体;（4）以学生的认知特点和认知水平为基准,精选教学内容。     

中职生教育技棚

由于特殊的生源构成,中职生的课堂存在较多的问题行为已是不争的事实。职业学校要创造一个和谐、有序和高效的课堂氛围相对较难。本文结合中职生的特点,根据课堂问题行为控制的实际情况,采用情景案例分析和课堂观察的方法,探讨有效解决课堂问题行为的规范控制策略,以期能为教育教学实践提供一些可操作性的参考．     

Tool for Assessing Responsibility-Based Education (TARE): Instrument Development,Content Validity,and Inter-Rater Reliability

Numerous scholars have stressed the importance of personal and social responsibility in physical activity settings; however, there is a lack of instrumentation to study the implementation of responsibility-based teaching strategies. The development, content validity, and initial inter-rater reliability testing of the Tool for Assessing Responsibility-Based Education (TARE) are described here. Inter-rater agreement was calculated for paired observations focused on 2 different teachers delivering a total of 18 separate physical education lessons for students in grades 1 through 6. Findings indicate that the Tool for Assessing Responsibility-Based Education provides scores with adequate inter-rater reliability. The procedures employed in this study proved feasible and enable observers to characterize the implementation of responsibility-based teaching in physical education. Literature Searching in Medical Education: Online Tutorial Development from Idea to Creation

The medical education literature is growing, and the result is not only greater knowledge, but an increasing complexity in locating quality evidence-based information. In 2008, eight librarians partnered with the Association of American Medical Colleges to research, conceptualize, and build an online module to develop medical educators’ search skills. Developing an online instructional module is a time-consuming, multi-stage process requiring the expertise of content, technical, and design specialists working in concert. Many lessons were learned, including the power of collaborative tools; the benefits of including specialists, such as graphic designers; the benefit of thoroughly surveying existing resources; and the importance of choosing technology wisely.
