不同级别项目团队科研人员信息查询行为特征与差异性

目的：评价不同级别团队科研人员的信息查询行为特征和差异.方法：采用自行研制的科研人员信息查询行为量表,调查所在学校承担国家级、省级、厅级、局级4个层面科研项目的36个团队218名科研人员的信息查询行为,并比较分析其信息查询行为特征和差异.结果：团队中不同性别、不同学历、不同职称科研人员的信息查询行为均存在显著差异,高职称的科研人员对信息查询行为最强;承担国家级科研项目的团队科研人员的信息查询行为最优.结论：应针对项目团队科研人员的信息查询行为水平,提高、增强科研人员的信息协作能力和信息素养,为其构建良好的信息资源环境.     

学术信息合作查寻行为及其动机剖析

随着Web2.0技术的广泛普及和科学研究任务的复杂性提高,信息查寻领域的单用户范式越来越显示出局限性。基于此,本文阐述了科研工作者合作信息查寻行为研究的基本进展,从个案观察分析法、访谈法、调查统计分析法3个不同视角反映学术信息合作查寻的通用研究方法,并针对研究任务的复杂性、研究任务的创新性、科研工作者的知识结构和认识能力、信息查寻的社会性4个层面,提出了科研工作者合作信息查寻行为发生的动机,讨论了其对信息查寻环境优化、查寻系统构建与改进的影响。

Abstract：

With the wide popularization of Web2.0 technology and the growing complexity of the task for scientific research,the single user paradigm in information seeking field has more and more limitations.Based on this,this paper introduces the basic development of the research on collaborative information seeking behaviors of scientific research personnel.The paper reflects the general research method of academic information collaborative seeking from 3 different perspectives of case observation analysis,interviews,and investigation statistical analysis.The paper puts forward the motivation of scientific research personnel in collaborative information seeking from 4 aspects,that is,the complexity of research task,the innovation of research task,the knowledge structure and cognition capability of scientific research personnel,and the sociality of information seeking.Finally,the paper discusses the influences on the optimization of information seeking environment,and the construction and improvement of the information seeking system.

Modeling maternal emotion-related socialization behaviors in a low-income sample: Relations with toddlers’ self-regulation

This study tested the validity of an emotion-related parenting construct, indicated by six key emotion-related socialization behaviors (ERSBs) occurring in daily, developmentally salient parenting in a low-income sample of mothers (N = 123) of toddlers, and examined the relationship between the ERSB construct and toddlers’ self-regulation. Structural equation modeling confirmed a latent emotion-related parenting construct, indicated by observed maternal warmth and supportiveness, observed emotional responsivity in the home, maternal report of mealtime socialization practices, observed maternal use of mental state language and emotion talk, and maternal report of positive self-expressivity in the family. Emotion-related parenting significantly related to toddlers’ effective coping and delay of gratification (medium effect sizes). Maternal demographic risk was negatively related to emotion-related parenting (large effect size) but positively related to toddlers’ effective coping (medium effect size); toddler age and gender were not significantly related to ERSBs. Results suggest that maternal ERSBs are cohesive in a low-income population, reflecting emotion-related parenting, and play a role in economically at-risk toddlers’ self-regulation. Implications for parenting and family support programs as well as implications for future research are discussed.     

盲生刻板行为研究综述

盲生刻板行为在某种程度上具有不良影响,一些行为不仅对于自身身体有一定伤害,而且对于其融入主流社会造成了一定阻碍.尤其在先天盲生及多重残疾盲生中,刻板行为的发生率更高.因此,盲生家长和教师必须重视这些行为.本文通过文献研究,从盲生刻板行为的概念界定、出现率、产生原因、不良影响、评估和干预等几个方面,对盲生刻板行为的相关研究进行了概述.     

Peer victimization,deviant peer affiliation and impulsivity: Predicting adolescent problem behaviors

Abundant evidence has demonstrated an association between peer victimization and adolescent problem behaviors. However, there is a large gap in knowledge about the potential mediators that associate peer victimization with problem behaviors and the potential moderators that exacerbate or buffer this association. The current study examined whether deviant peer affiliation mediated the association between peer victimization and problem behaviors and whether the direct and indirect associations were moderated by impulsivity. A sample of 1401 adolescents (50.1% boys, 11–14 years old) completed anonymous questionnaires regarding peer victimization, impulsivity, deviant peer affiliation, and problem behaviors. Gender, age and socioeconomic status (SES) were controlled for in the analyses. Structural equation models showed that peer victimization was significantly associated with more problem behaviors, and this association was mediated by deviant peer affiliation. Impulsivity moderated both the direct association (peer victimization → problem behaviors) and the second stage of the indirect path (deviant peer affiliation → problem behaviors). Specifically, these associations were especially stronger for adolescents with higher impulsivity. Identifying the processes by which peer victimization is associated with adolescent problem behaviors has important implications for an integrative framework of theory and prevention.
