河南省普通高校运动会开展现状的分析

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对河南省10所普通高校运动会开展状况进行研究,分析得出,河南省普通高校高度重视学校运动会的举办,但是学生整体参与意识不强;项目设置专业化和竞技化程度较高,学生参与难度较大;学生整体参与人数少,与全员参与和全民健身差距显著;大学生对运动会参与动机积极向上,运动会现有竞赛评价考核体系不相匹配。

Collaborative IEPs for the education of pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties

Individual educational plans (IEPs) are considered to be more effective when designed and implemented by a multidisciplinary team. This paper deals with the IEP as a collaborative tool for the education of pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). Ten pupils with PMLD and the people working around them (e.g. teacher, speech and language therapist (SLT), physiotherapist, parents) were chosen as case studies. The design and implementation of IEPs were examined through IEP document analysis; semi‐structured interviews with teachers, parents and other professionals; observations at the Annual Review Meetings (ARMs); and follow‐up questionnaires to parents after the ARM. The study concludes that IEPs are not used as a tool for collaboration between teachers, parents and other professionals and this is attributed to the nature of the IEP itself. Collaborative changes are needed if IEPs are to be designed and implemented successfully. These changes include the introduction of broad goals, which could be shared between all those working around the child, together with less‐frequent but better‐quality evaluations of IEPs.     

Analysis of Presidential Primary Campaign Commercials of 2004

This article examines television advertising used during the 2004 presidential primary campaign. Based on interviews with the advertising creators and on repeated viewings by the author and his students it describes and analyzes the advertisements. It reveals that Iowa was the heavy spending state at $12.4 million. It discloses how Kerry won through heavy late spending depending on testimonial advertisements from veterans and others; how Edwards depended on talking-head and town meeting advertisements; how Dean's innovation was the delivery of advertisements on the internet; how Clark relied on a strong bio-documentary while Gephardt, Lieberman, and Kucinich had less notable advertisements.     

试析我国股东网络投票制度的完善

在世界网络信息技术高度发展的背景下,许多国家纷纷开始推行上市公司股东网络投票表决制度,以期能够降低股东表决权行使的委托——代理成本,克服小股东对于投票权的＂理性冷漠＂,一定程度上制衡大股东对公司的操控,进而完善上市公司股东大会表决机制。在我国,该制度尚处于初步发展阶段,且不完善,需要实践探索和理论总结。     

中文科技期刊约稿的策略、问题及举措 ——以《生物工程学报》为例

优质稿件是期刊生存和发展的基础,约稿是中文科技期刊争取优秀稿件的主要方式。通过梳理《生物工程学报》近10年来的约稿实践,总结约稿的策略,以期为编辑同人提供参考。本文结合作者约稿工作的实践和效果,列举并总结了约稿过程中经常遇到的问题,提出相应的解决对策;认为选择恰当的约稿主题、约稿对象,采取灵活多样的约稿方式,及时提醒约稿对象交稿等是成功约稿的关键。     

明代书院讲会组织形式的新特色

讲会既是一种学术组织、学术团体,又是书院固有的学术讨论、会同讲学、学术聚会等会讲活动。从某种意义上讲,讲会和书院的关系是并行而又各自独立的。但实际上,由于“讲学”这一共同事业,“会讲”这一共用的讲学形式等原因,书院和讲会两者往往是连体共存,以“立书院,联讲会,相望于远近”为其生存状态。讲会和书院的结合,是王、湛及其后学寻求学术自由的明智选择,也寄托着社团书院的讲学精神,乃至政治意愿,理应引起人们的注意。区间轮会、州县府省各级联属大会是明代书院讲会最有特色的组织形式,正是在朝、在野王、湛弟子及其后学的讲会讲学,才鼓荡起明代近百年的心学思潮。     

Studies on GaN-based laser devices make progress

Aresearch team led by YANG Hui and CHEN Lianghui with the CAS Institute of Semiconductors （ISCAS） has made breakthrough progress in addressing key technological problems for the GaN-based laser diodes development. The research results were spoken highly at a panel meeting of experts held on 26 November, 2007 in Beijing.

楚汉战争结束,叔孙通制定大朝礼以规范朝仪。大朝礼在每年岁首的早晨举行,大殿内庄严肃穆,以突显其尊君氛围。保卫措施严格,并有专人负责。参加者的身份且有严格限制,现任官员必须按规定参加大朝会,非现任官员被允许参加大朝会是朝廷对他们的政治优待。参加朝会的官员必须身着朝服。朝官参加朝会是权利也是义务,如果违反规定将被剥夺参加朝会的权利。
