从昆明城郊地名看明清昆明三大文化同心圆

通过对昆明城郊大量明清时代流传下来的地名进行分析，从而论证出明清时代昆明地区所在的空间上依次由内向外的三大文化同心圆现象，即承担政治、工商业职能的汉文化核心圈；承担军事、农业职能的中层圈；畜牧业职能的彝族文化外围圈。     

Design,implementation, and evaluation of a multi-disciplinary professional development program for research mentors

ABSTRACT

Undergraduate research experience has been shown to enhance student learning and improve persistence in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Researchers studying undergraduate research experiences have largely focused on student outcomes and have seldom investigated the outcomes of graduate and postdoctoral mentors. Here, we report a non-credit, year-long mentor professional development program designed for graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, and research staff in STEM. Mentors attended a series of six interactive and discussion-based workshops and mentored first-year undergraduate students in independent summer research projects. We report evaluation findings for three mentor cohorts using a combination of qualitative analysis of mentoring philosophies and quantitative assessment of pre- and post-surveys about mentoring objectives and skills. Results indicate that mentors gained self-efficacy in some objectives and skills. However, many other objectives and skills remained unchanged. We explore possible explanations for the lack of more broad-scale gains across survey items and present ideas for program improvement.

中国明清时期的小说深深地烙上了封建官场文化的烙印,其中浓厚的封建官场文化现象是封建社会的典型缩影.清官是士大夫们未做官时“修身、齐家、治国、平天下”的理想,亦是封建专制统治下民众的企盼.然而,强大的现实利益和官场中的倾轧、斗争,往往使初始的理想最终成为一个笑话,于是,清官便成了专制统治下的人们在黑暗中想象的光芒.     

采用师徒制方式培养研究生的经验和体会——以生命科学为例

以生命科学为例,介绍采用师徒制方式培养研究生的5个步骤：导师示范读、导师评析科研思维、学生开口讲解文献、学生动手做试验、学生撰写和修改论文。采用这种培养方式可以培养出“敢问别人没有问过的问题、做前人没有做过的试验、写前人没有写过的文章”的研究生。关键词：师徒制;研究生培养;研究生教育     

“环太湖体育圈”健身与休闲服务业发展与社会、经济发展的互动关系

本研究以苏州、无锡"环太湖体育圈"健身与休闲服务业为研究对象,运用文献资料、专家访谈和实地调查法对"环太湖体育圈"体育健身与休闲服务业进行调查研究,并运用逻辑分析法分析健身与休闲服务业发展与社会、经济发展的互动关系,以此来探索环太湖区域体育健身与休闲服务业发展与社会、经济发展面临的机遇和挑战,通过研究开拓思路,建立新模式,总结新经验,对周边地区乃至全国其他地区构建体育健身与休闲服务体系具有借鉴意义。     

Research on teaching practicum – a systematic review

The aim of the present study is to conduct a systematic review research which focuses on research studies into the school practicum. In order to identify the main issues and also to provide a contemporary picture of practicum, 114 studies published on the topic are reviewed and analysed in terms of: (i) aims, (ii) main participants, (iii) methodology used and (iv) the main outcomes emerging. Many of the reviewed studies take pre-service teachers as their main participants. The review also shows that many practicum studies are relatively small-scale studies since they are mainly qualitative focused and findings derived from a relatively small sample. This suggests that more large-scale studies are needed in the field in order to provide greater insight into teaching practicum. Finally, this systematic review provides some food for thought in the area of practicum research and promotes further studies in this complex field.     

Ten Salient Practices of Undergraduate Research Mentors: A Review of the Literature

This paper identifies salient practices of faculty mentors of undergraduate research (UR) as indicated in the extensive literature of the past two decades on UR. The well-established benefits for students involved in UR are dependent, first and foremost, on high-quality mentoring. Mentorship is a defining feature of UR. As more and different types of colleges and universities strive to meet student demand for authentic scholarly experiences, it is imperative to identify what effective UR mentors do in order to ensure student engagement, quality enhancement, retention, and degree-completion. We offer an original analysis of the literature on UR mentoring in which we identify 10 significant “lessons learned,” or evidence-based practices of effective UR mentors that apply broadly across disciplines, students, institutions, and mentoring approaches.     

高校体育运动模式的系统设计与实施——直面“阳光体育运动”的反思

从学校改革与实践出发,以高校体育运动为研究对象,对高校学生体育运动与健康促进等相关问题作了理论探索与实践研究。研究结果为：通过运动方式的系统设计,达到改进、完善高校体育活动文化圈,构建高校体育运动模式,使高校体育达到“阳光体育运动”要求,真正实现学生体质健康水平的提升。
