流媒体信息服务企业风险识别指标体系构建研究

构建了流媒体信息服务的体系结构,提出了构建风险识别指标体系时的主要原则。并从企业内外部角度构建了流媒体信息服务企业风险识别指标体系,探讨了在专家评判法的基础上利用本指标体系对流媒体信息服务企业的风险进行评估的基本框架。     

指纹与静脉复合识别系统的图像采集

随着生物识别技术的日益发展,采用多种识别技术的复合来提高识别的可靠性,降低误识率已成为目前的主要研究方向。本文主要从图像采集系统的光路出发,提出了一种将指纹采集仪和手指静脉采集仪复合的方案。利用该方案,可同时采集指纹与手指静脉末梢的图像,提高了系统识别的可靠性,并降低了成本,减小了系统的体积。     

从情感视角看教师的专业认同

教师专业认同是新世纪教师专业发展的必要前提.教师专业认同包括"认知认同"与"情感认同"两个层面,其中的"情感认同"极大地影响着教师的专业成长,而教师情感认同是有规律可循的.对教师情感认同机制的研究,有助于清醒地理解教师成长的复杂性,也有助于更好地改进教师教育,实现教师的专业发展.     

字词条件下聋生唇读汉字语音识别的实验研究

本研究采用 2× 3两因素被试内实验设计 ,探讨了聋生唇读语音识别中词长效应和音素可见性的影响。结果发现 :聋生单字条件的正确识别率高于词语首字 ,且存在显著差异 :唇读汉字语音进行声母、单韵母、复韵母识别效果存在极其显著差异 ,识别正确率从高到低依次为单韵母、复韵母、声母 ;字词条件与音素水平之间交互作用不显著。     

Age and maturity related differences in motor coordination among male elite youth soccer players

This study investigated differences in generic and soccer specific motor coordination, as well as speed and agility depending on age and maturity in elite youth soccer players (U10-U15, N = 619). Measurements included body height, body weight and sitting height to estimate age at peak height velocity (APHV); three Körperkoordinationstest für Kinder subtests (i.e. jumping sideways (JS), moving sideways (MS), balancing backwards (BB)) to assess generic motor coordination; the UGent dribbling test for soccer specific motor coordination; a 5m/30m sprint and T-test for speed and agility, respectively. Age specific z-scores of the predicted APHV identified players as earlier, on time or later maturing. (M)ANOVA analyses showed significant age by maturity interaction effects for the speed and agility test cluster, revealing maturity related differences in U14 and U15 players. Next to an overall higher performance with age for all test clusters (η² 0.080–0.468), earlier maturing players outperformed their later maturing peers in 5m/30m sprinting. The opposite was seen for JS and BB. So, players’ maturity status should be taken into account to adequately value performance in talent identification. Also, the focus on characteristics that appear to be minimally biased by an earlier maturational timing (i.e. motor coordination) should be increased.     

Explaining attendance through the brand community triad: Integrating network theory and team identification

In this study, the authors empirically test a model of sport behaviour that integrates both team identification and a network theory approach to understand attendance at intercollegiate ice hockey games. Grounded within the brand community triad, ego network data were collected among attendees to measure the fan-to-fan connections that constitute the horizontal relationships of brand community participants. Additionally, a multidimensional team identification measure was used to illustrate the vertical relationship between individual and team. Both measures were included in a structural equation model to test how both fan-to-fan and fan-team relationships explain attendance. The results from the model support the salience of both dimensions of the brand community triad, suggesting that understanding sport fan behaviour necessitates including both psychological and structural elements of behaviour. Future suggestions for extending the study of sport fans through structural networks are discussed.     

体育保险与构建2008年北京奥运风险转移模式研究

采用文献资料法,研究了体育保险与北京2008年奥运风险转移.分析发现:较为完善的险种,健全的体育保险法规和监督体制,以及有广泛的承保源是西方体育保险的发展特点;保险行业的介入为奥运风险的分散和转移提供了良好的途径.最后,对奥运风险存在的特点和奥运保险的国际通行做法进行了比较分析,并在此基础上提出应奥运风险构建北京2008年奥运风险转移模式.     

新东方主义：力比多实践中的认同政治——从《上海宝贝》到《我的禅》

通读卫慧的小说,其中所展现出的认同政治无疑耐人寻味：它到底是一种游移的身份更新（乃至脱胎换骨）,还是新瓶装旧酒？是国际化语境中游刃有余的本土展现、对抗,还是一种精明的利用？如果将卫慧置于全球化与跨国主义的语境中,考察其认同的变迁,我们不难发现她自我凝视的执著。不管是成名作《上海宝贝》,还是后起的《我的禅》都不能免俗。问题的更深一层在于,她在这种自我凝视中反映出认同的权力关系,或者认同媚俗。不管是价值取向,还是物质成本考量。     

Conceptualizing employee identification with sport organizations: Sport Employee Identification (SEI)

The concepts of organizational identification and team identification have been researched heavily over the last half-century. However, scholars have failed to specifically examine organizational identification among sport employees. We develop a theoretical framework of organizational identification of sport employees, coined Sport Employee Identification (SEI). We conceptualize SEI as an amalgamation of organizational identification and team identification in which sport employees are both external (fans) and internal (employee) members of the sport organization. The development of the SEI model is based on related theory and further ethnographic data are collected over a four-month period within an intercollegiate athletics fundraising department. Implications for scholars and practitioners and avenues for future research are discussed.     

知识型团队核心价值观认同对组织竞争力的促进机制研究——基于Sternberg成功智力视角的数据检验

利他性偏好在经济学领域对"经济人假设"产生了深远的冲击。知识型人才不仅关注自身的利益,也关注他人、社会和国家的利益。核心价值观认同对知识型人才的技术创造力存在着内在的激励作用。以我国知识型团队为样本数据,借助结构方程模型检验了知识型人才核心价值观认同、成功智力和组织竞争力之间的相关性,发现核心价值观认同对知识型团队组织竞争力促进效应的存在性,为我国知识型团队人力资本开发战略与策略的调整,以及为我国人力资源管理学科建设的推进提供了现实性的理论支持。
